“I have used Yi Ling in the past, and this is my second time with her. My little guy spent the week with her, and I don't think he's ever had so much fun. He was so tired from constant play that he slept much of the day when we picked him up. Yi Ling is so diligent with sending twice-daily updates and photos. We really appreciate her!”

“We had the BEST experience with Kyle and Des! Our puppy Fernando loved hanging with them, their family, and their other boarder. They made us feel so comfortable leaving him for the first time and even gave him a bath before we picked him up. Kept us in the loop with photos and texts as well. 10/10 would recommend.”

“Tamara was amazing! She is a great communicator. Kept me updated throughout the stay. Sent pictures and details that helped me feel better about a new sitter! Very nice and relaxed environment. Chewbacca loved Banjo and spending time with Tamara’s son. 100% would recommend, we will be back!”

“Carrie was very good at communicating and sending pictures while I was away. She is very passionate about what she does and the dogs she cares for. Would definitely recommend!”

“My pup had such a good time and came home exhausted after hanging out with Laurel and her family! He got along very well with her dogs and children. Laurel was very responsive and provided great updates. Can’t wait for his next stay with her!”

“Ryan and Lorien took exceptional care of our senior dog, Keira! During our 8-day trip, we received wonderful daily writeups and photos - we enjoyed experiencing the details of her day and knowing that everything was going so well. Ryan took great care in organizing her walking routine, food, and medicines so that she was always comfortable and happy in their home. We will definitely use Ryan and Lorien again when we need a petsitter - and know that Keira will be welcomed back!”

“Kimberly took amazing care of my dog, Champ, while I was away! She communicated with me, sent lots of pictures, and gave me complete peace of mind knowing he was in such loving hands. Champ came home happy and completely worn out from all the playing and love he received. I couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter. Highly recommend!”

“Julia is an absolute gem!! 💎 She greeted Kaya at her door and before I even had her bag out, she’d found Kaya’s favorite spot to be petted! I felt so comfortable knowing my girl was with a wonderful pet sitter, it helped make my weekend that much better. The communication was great - the photos and video of her enjoying her best life with Julia’s dog 🐶 and out walking made me smile and know I made the best decision for her. Highly recommend!!”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter during such a difficult time. While we were laying my grandmother to rest, Misty gave us peace of mind and even a reason to smile. Her communication was excellent, lots of photos and videos that really helped ease my wife’s stress. When our flight got canceled, she graciously kept our dog an extra day without hesitation, which meant so much to us. Our dog clearly had an amazing time. She fell in love with her daughter and played tons of catch. We will absolutely be using her again. Only downside? When we got home, our dog was bored 😂 which tells you everything.”

“My dog has an overnight stay with this family and they were wonderful with her! Our dog is so attached to us (and we have no other pets) so she can be picky about what humans and other dogs she trusts and enjoys. I appreciate that she was allowed free access around their house. Most of all, I loved seeing the genuine happiness of Ashley and Jeremy’s boys for hosting. I’m so glad to have found someone that will give us peace of mind that she’s well taken care of when we’re away.”

“Buoy was happy and well taken care of while staying with Sidney! She is so flexible on drop off and pick up times. I was so thankful. Always willing to send pictures and updates. Very quick to respond to messages. We will be rebooking a stay soon! So thankful to have a place that Buoy is happy to go to while I’m out of town. The pack that she has welcomed him in seamlessly :)”

“We picked our English Bulldog up at 7:45am and Jessica had everything packed up, Posey’s kennel broken down, and we were able to get right on the road for a 12 hour drive! Posey had obviously played hard because she went right to sleep. She is worn out and happy! Thanks, Jessica!”

“Delaney was very responsive in communicating with me. She answered my texts right away. She was also very caring and kind to my dog. He spent the night and all went well. I highly recommend boarding your dog with her!”

“Mandy was wonderful! She stayed in contact and sent pictures :) My dog was worn out when I picked her up and fell asleep on the car ride home. Highly recommend Mandy for your pups daycare or boarding!!”

“Amaya took great care of our kitty. She kept the litter box clean and maintained the food and water bowls. She provided our kitty playtime, attention, and outdoor time. She regularly communicated with us through the Rover app. She provided pictures and a brief summary of her visit. Amaya offered suggestions on calming techniques for animals that are left alone. She arranged for a get to know you visit before we left on vacation. I would highly recommend Amaya as a pet sitter. I will reach out to her the next time I go out of town.”

“Evelyn watched our cats for 14 days while also giving medicine, playing with them and giving them lovings. We were so stressed about leaving our cats with a stranger, but she made the process so unbelievably easy, on top of the fact we have a diabetic cat and she went above and beyond ensuring nothing went wrong. So responsive to messages, sends noted and pictures daily and clearly made sure the litter didnt get out of hand -- absolutely no gross smells or messed by the time we came home. We will be looking for her on our next trip, especially considering how fast our cats took to her and how relaxed they were during the trip and when we came home. Thank you Evelyn so much for all that you do and for being you, you will be contacted again for our next trip, as said.”

About: I will treat your fur baby as if they were my own. Years of experience in watching family and friends pets. I cater to you I work Mon-Fri, but do come home at lunch for an hour if I’m boarding at my house. I have weekends off and open availability I have a fenced yard and have friendly playful fur babies too. I will accommodate to medication or dietary needs, we can crate if needed.

About: I have cared for cats my entire life, including cats with FLUTD and asthma. I am comfortable administering medications, monitoring for symptoms or behavior changes, cleaning litter boxes (including robot litter boxes), and following specific feeding routines and care instructions closely. I understand that cats can have very different personalities and comfort levels, and I always take a calm patient approach to help them feel safe and comfy.
“Amber goes above and beyond, and I can depend on her to be there when I need her. She is very knowledgeable and has a lot of expertise with dogs and went above and beyond and gave me great value today when she bathed both of my dogs. One of them is a puppy and quite the shyster. She is a golden doodle and I know they are not easy to keep groomed. Thanks, Amber and I will see you next time!”

About: I have always been around animals, never in my life have I not had a dog. Growing up I volunteered at the local animal shelter walking, training and taking care of the animals there. Once I got my own car I started sitting for friends and family. As a massage therapist I took animal massage courses in school, I am very comfortable handling animals. I love being outdoors and active, I am very excited about being a dog walker. In my home we are very relaxed, allowing our pets lots of room and freedoms to play inside and outside in the fenced yard as well as lounge on the couches and pet beds. We don't use crates or keep animals separated unless instructed by their people, we like for the dogs to be together and play with eachother! That being said, we do have spare rooms for pets that have social anxieties. I am currently working part time so I have plenty of time to care for your pups! When I work I am home by noon to give potty breaks and lots of love and attention! My back yard is a nice fenced yard for safe play time and potty breaks. I have 2 dogs to keep your furbaby company during their stay. Crates are available if preferred for alone time or night time.
“Emma was amazing! She helped us out for a week and went above and beyond taking care of the pets and cleaning up any messes they made. Would highly recommend!”

“Aj is absolutely wonderful with our two kitties and our home! Communication is quick, home visits are reliable, photos and thorough descriptions of the drop-ins are always provided, and most of all... both our cats (even our shy guy) are comfortable around Aj and get enough love/play that we get to come home to a happy house each time.”

About: I've taken care of animals my whole life. I even have a special bond with animals because I understand them and get a long with them better than people. My friends and family have always relied on me to take care of their animals because they know that they will be good hands. I am currently not working so I have a lot of flexibility during the day. I also have a 7 year old son so when school gets out, I do have to pick him up from school. I have 2 cats who are free to roam around the house. I currently do not have any dogs but only because I have a low fence.
About: I started walking dogs at an age 12 for an elderly neighbor who had trouble walking. I walked her min pin name Bouncer :) after that I got a dog at 14 (min pin/chihuahua) named Snickers. He lived for 13 amazing years and was my best friend. Fast forward to now and I have a dog name Bonnie. She’s an imperial shi tzu and is my best friend! I have availability most days during the week and all weekends! Just give me a couple days notice and we can make something work. Thank you! I’ll care/visit your pet in your home. Let them outside to use the restroom, play with him/her, and spend some time with them! Open to requests not mentioned!

“This was our first time using a pet sitter, we were pretty nervous at first but Ashley quickly calmed our nerves. We're very grateful for her, and would 100% recommend her! She had a spare room where the cats stayed during their visit, a huge plus. It was nice knowing they had their own space to explore and relax. We will definitely be seeing Ashley again:)”

We will definitely be return visitors for future day care and boarding. Thank you Carrie for being so great with Tic Tac.”

“Trixie has so much fun going to see Amelia and playing with her 2 dogs. I get pictures throughout the day, and Trixie is so happy and also worn out from playing when I pick her up. Great sitter!”

“Jennifer was wonderful, I needed a last minute dog sitter for the day and she was fast to respond and setup arrangements. Her house was easy to find with nice dogs and a big backyard. I would definitely have my dog stay again :)”

“Apple was great with our dogs, Jax and Lola. She came to our home a day before our scheduled drop off to meet them. My dogs instantly connected with apple and her daughter. I received pictures of how our dogs were doing during their stay. When I picked them up they seems happy and in good spirits. Thank you Apple for taking such great care of our loved ones.”

“Provided amazing experience, fantastic update , took him on a walk and really made sure he was great.! He made some friends throughout the day and ate really well. Thank you for being fantastic.”

“I highly recommend Evelyn! She took care of my puppy for the day and did an excellent job. After meeting with her, I felt very confident with my choice. Her home is clean and well suited to taking care of pets. She asked all the right questions so she could give him the best care. She was friendly, professional and communicated in a timely manner. My puppy immediately felt comfortable in her home and when I picked him up, he seemed content to just continue hanging out there:) I am very happy to have found a petsitter who gives me peace of mind that my dog is very well taken care of when I am away.”

“We had a great experience with Aimee taking care of our senior husky for a day-care appointment. This was our first time using Rover so we weren't sure what to expect. Aimee met with me promptly for a meet and greet and we talked about any potential issues, since our old boy has some anxiety. Aimee was competent and confident that she could keep him comfortable for the day. Our family was just enjoying the area for the day but our activities didn't accommodate our dog. He had a great day with Aimee and her teenager. She kept me updated on how he was settling in and sent pictures all day! We are so happy that he got to have a good day while we were separated. When he started to have some separation anxiety near the end of the day, we communicated and she was able to do some training interventions with him and he calmed down. If we are ever in the area again, we'd gladly leave our pets in Aimee's care. She was also the most budget friendly sitter in her area and we appreciate that! You will be thrilled with the care Aimee gives your pets.”

“Sophie came home super happy and sleepy. Janette and her little ones were incredibly gracious and welcoming. Don't hesitate to reach out if you're in need of care for your pup. Thanks Janette!”

“Erin and Sebastian went above and beyond in caring for our pup Percy! We had a last-minute request, and they were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and kind. Throughout the day, they kept us updated with plenty of photos and made sure Percy was entertained and comfortable. With his medical needs, including medication administration, they were attentive and thorough—we could tell he was in great hands. It’s clear they genuinely love and care for the animals they look after. If you’re looking for trustworthy, communicative, and compassionate pet sitters on Rover, I can’t recommend Erin and Sebastian enough!”

“A true dog whisperer. When I needed to find a sitter last minute AJ made accommodations perfectly. He made my pup feel at home from the minute he introduced himself. Not to mention how attentive he was to my pups needs. He had so much fun and almost didnt want to leave. Thank you AJ you're the best.”

About: My wife and have had dogs most of our life and multiple dogs at the same time throughout our 15 years of marriage. She previously worked with HABIC (human animal bond in colorado) to train her dog as a therapy dog to work in hospitals. We currently have 2 dogs, Bear a 13 y/o pyrinesse and Sasha a 8 month old rez dog rescue. Dogs are always welcome here. Dog ages dont matter, Bear has a gentle spirit to him and he loves puppies. Our only requirement is the dogs do a meet and greet and as long as they are good with each other so are we. We can help with minor training i.e. potty training, crate training, sit, shake etc. if you request it. Currently there is someone home 24 hours a day to play with and care for your puppies. I work a flex schedule and my wife is home during the days. We have 6 foot fenced yard for room to run outside, but prefer for their comfort to keep the pups indoors in the ac. We do have a smaller dog run if you prefer your pup to hang out outside. Fresh water is always out. We have several dog beds so they have comfy places to lay and we will work with your feeding schedule. We are familiar with giving oral medications if needed. Treats are handed out on the regular because the puppies deserve them.

“Elyssa is amazing! She is always punctual and amazing with my dogs! I have a husky who usually takes a while to warm up to people and she was almost immediately okay with Elyssa. She goes above and beyond for the puppers! She’s for sure keeping us as a regular!”

About: I professionally worked with dogs for 3 years and have experience working with all types of dogs large and small, high energy and mellow, social and shy. I’m well acquainted with administering medication orally and topically. High quality photos during our time will also be provided :) It’s a priority of mine to respect your home and leave your home just as it was when you left and with a happy dog when you return! NOTE: I do not accept 90+ lb dogs that are known to pull/get riled up by environmental factors. I am pretty small myself so I cannot safely handle such dogs. This is for the safety of both your pup and me! Thanks for checking my profile! As of now, I am currently unemployed and Rover is my main gig. That means more time and availability for you and your pup! If this changes it will be reflected here. I will always treat your home and your pet with utmost care and respect. ❤️ I’m in tune with reading dog behavior and language and can adjust my manner to whatever is needed to make your pet comfortable and happy.
“Alissa did an AMAZING job with our pup Luna. She can be quite a handful but when we came home our girl was taking a long nap as she had 2 great walks around the lake. Alissa also accommodated to our needs of using codes to get into our apartment and unit along with booking a second walk last minute. :)”

About: Hello, my name is May, and I use any pronouns. I grew up taking care of animals, and I have wanted to care, protect, treat, and defend them since I could breathe. I am a certified dog trainer and I have multiple years of professional animal care experience outside of Rover. My interests are medicine, welfare, conservation, education, and ecology. My skills are grooming, lodging, daycare, training, education, and medical care. I have even worked with dogs from k9 and search & rescue teams. I have experience caring for dog, cat, fish, turtle, chicken, guinea pig, lizard, and bird. I am a cat mother and fingers crossed a dog mom someday soon as well. I can take care of your pets/companion animals from any age, breed, or size. You name it, and I will be there for them. Common questions: What if my companion animal has a medical condition? You let me know what they need, and I can accommodate them, even if they have behavioral struggles. I am patient, understanding, and gentle. What if they need medications? No need to worry. I can administer medications via subcutaneous, transdermal, oral pills or liquids, or even instramuscular per perscription instructions. What if they are high energy? High energy animals have high activity levels, which means they require frequent exercise and attention. To accomodate these needs, I can be available for multiple daily visits, walk them, and even curate a training plan for them. Your animal family members deserve the best. They deserve a professional. Not just someone who loves them, but one who you can trust to care for them in every capacity while you're away in safe hands. My skills: ✨️ Administering medications (via any route; Oral liquid or pill, IM, SQ, Transdermal) ✨️ Grooming/Bathing ✨️ Nail Trims ✨️ Meal Prep & Feeding ✨️ Animal Behavior ✨️ Training ✨️ Medical Care Rover is something I fit into my life whenever I can while I work & continue education. Some seasons are busier than others, and that's normal. Companion Care is already a part of my daily life, so these requests come as a breeze for me. I try to update my calender monthly, but if things don't look right, if your other sitter isn't available, or if you just need someone ASAP, you are always free to message me any time in the app. I try to reply as soon as possible, but sometimes I don't recieve notifications, so it may take me a few hours to reply in some instances. My calender should reflect my un-availability at minimum. If you have any questions, please message me as I am flexible and will accommodate where possible. Keeping things fear-free as much as possible is a priority for me. I like to keep things calm, relaxing, and easy or neutral. When I meet them for the first time during the meet & greet, I wait for them to come up to me. It's what they are comfortable with. This helps everyone establish trust and familiarity. My hope is that I can be your go to whenever you need companion care. Sometimes, I use miracle tones to help with fear, it is soothing and calming for all. Wildlife or "Pet" TV is a great option to add to their environment while you are away as it helps them feel less alone and gives them something to interact with. I like to stick to a rhythm or routine. As I enter their palace, I introduce myself gently by using a high pitched soft tone and a treat. Then, I let them sniff me out before they welcome me through. Any grievances? No siree! Next, I like to start feedings and medications after activities. But, I take it at their pace. Afterwards, I will take care of cleaning & notes before my departure from their palace. What I value during my bookings: 💖Trust/Familiarity (Completing the Meet&Greet & sticking to a rhythm or routine) 💖Safety (Keeping doors locked) 💖Compassion (Always stay kind, patient & considerate) 💖Comfort (Temperature in the home, toys, beds) 💖Respect (Their boundaries and space) 💖Quality care/Ensuring all goals are met (Fulfilling all visit requirements) I will not force anything.

I’ve also fostered many dogs, giving me experience supporting pets through transitions and helping them feel secure in new environments. I also have veterinary assistant experience in a veterinary hospital that includes patient support, client communication, and animal welfare. ⸻ 🐕 Reactive, Nervous & Training-Support Experience Through fostering and hands-on care, I’ve worked with reactive, nervous, and shy dogs, using calm handling and desensitization techniques to build confidence and reduce stress. I’m experienced in reading body language, preventing triggers, and creating structured, positive interactions that prioritize both the dog’s comfort and safety. ⸻ 🐈🐍🦜🐴 Multi-Species Animal Care In addition to dogs and cats, I have experience caring for reptiles, birds, and large animals. This has strengthened my ability to follow detailed care instructions, maintain proper environments, and recognize subtle changes in behavior or health across many species. ⸻ 🛡️ Safety-First & Detail-Oriented Care Safety is always my top priority with every animal I care for. I’m highly detail-oriented with feeding schedules, medications, enrichment, potty routines, and special instructions. I focus on secure handling, clean environments, and constant awareness to ensure pets are protected and comfortable at all times. ⸻ 💬 Reliable, Loving & Communicative Whether your pet needs calm companionship, structured activity, training support, or extra TLC, I’m committed to providing reliable, knowledgeable, and loving care. I value clear communication and want every owner to feel confident and at ease knowing their pet is in capable, caring hands. Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily and weekly routine. As a student in a veterinary technology program, animal care is already a central part of my life, and I structure my schedule to allow plenty of time and flexibility for pets in my care. This allows me to be reliable and attentive with dog walks, drop-in visits, and care while owners are away, without rushing or cutting corners. I’m used to planning my days around animals’ needs, including consistent feeding times, exercise, enrichment, and observation. Because of this, I’m able to provide dependable, focused care and give each pet the time and attention they deserve. I also take great pride in taking pictures and updates of the animals in my care. So you can also feel connected and comfortable being away from your furry companions. When caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I focus on providing a safe, structured, and comfortable environment that meets each pet’s individual needs. I live in an apartment but am surrounded by nature trails, which allows for plenty of exercise, enrichment, and mental stimulation through regular walks and outdoor time. In my home, pets have designated, secure areas for rest, feeding, and play, and I carefully manage space to prevent stress or unsafe interactions. I do not have any permanent animals in my residence, which allows me to fully focus on the pets in my care, though I do foster puppies occasionally with proper separation and supervision. Safety is always a top priority—I follow secure leash practices, maintain a clean environment, monitor behavior closely, and strictly follow owner instructions to ensure every pet feels protected, comfortable, and well cared for at all times.

“Carrie was very good at communicating and sending pictures while I was away. She is very passionate about what she does and the dogs she cares for. Would definitely recommend!”

“This is the second time our dog has stayed with Darcy and he ran right into the house. He's very comfortable there. Darcy takes very cute pictures and sends them them a while away, which I appreciate. Thank you for being so flexible as well!”

“Heather did an amazing job with our standard schnauzer. If you know the breed, you know they can be a bit difficult. He loved staying with her and becoming a part of her pack. Heather's communication and attention to detail put all of my fears at ease. It was the first time leaving him and I was a bit worried.”

“The best family you will ever find to watch your pups!! They go above and beyond every single time, treating our dogs like their own. We love them and our dogs never want to leave!”
