We were so stressed about leaving our cats with a stranger, but she made the process so unbelievably easy, on top of the fact we have a diabetic cat and she went above and beyond ensuring nothing went wrong. So responsive to messages, sends noted and pictures daily and clearly made sure the litter didnt get out of hand -- absolutely no gross smells or messed by the time we came home. About: My wife and have had dogs most of our life and multiple dogs at the same time throughout our 15 years of marriage. She previously worked with HABIC (human animal bond in colorado) to train her dog as a therapy dog to work in hospitals. We currently have 2 dogs, Bear a 13 y/o pyrinesse and Sasha a 8 month old rez dog rescue. Dogs are always welcome here. Dog ages dont matter, Bear has a gentle spirit to him and he loves puppies. Our only requirement is the dogs do a meet and greet and as long as they are good with each other so are we. We can help with minor training i.e. potty training, crate training, sit, shake etc. if you request it. Currently there is someone home 24 hours a day to play with and care for your puppies. I work a flex schedule and my wife is home during the days. We have 6 foot fenced yard for room to run outside, but prefer for their comfort to keep the pups indoors in the ac. We do have a smaller dog run if you prefer your pup to hang out outside. Fresh water is always out. We have several dog beds so they have comfy places to lay and we will work with your feeding schedule. We are familiar with giving oral medications if needed. Treats are handed out on the regular because the puppies deserve them.

“We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter during such a difficult time. While we were laying my grandmother to rest, Misty gave us peace of mind and even a reason to smile. Her communication was excellent, lots of photos and videos that really helped ease my wife’s stress. When our flight got canceled, she graciously kept our dog an extra day without hesitation, which meant so much to us. Our dog clearly had an amazing time. She fell in love with her daughter and played tons of catch. We will absolutely be using her again. Only downside? When we got home, our dog was bored 😂 which tells you everything.”

About: Hello! My name is Elyssa. I have two dogs of my own, Kodi, a cattle dog and Kira, a husky! With me having a very active lifestyle, my dogs also do too! I’m a serious athlete/runner, so every animal I care for are guaranteed adequate exercise! I provide the best personal care and treat all as if they were my own. I understand anxiety when leaving pets home alone, so I only hope/serve to provide comfort for the pet and owner with feeding, potty breaks and lots of play time and walks! With being a photographer as well, you are sure to get A TON of updates and photos of your loved one :D I care for animals of all sizes and ages, any temperament too! “Darcy , her dog, and teenage kids were FANTASTIC! my dog is a picky eater and Darcy did great with reading Maya’s cues! She got to snuggle at night and during the day she chose to stay at Darcy’s feet! I had a family emergency and needed her to watch Maya for 3 extra days- no problem, she showed great empathy and took care of it. I also received daily photos which really helped me! Yes, I found my sitter, thanks Darcy!”
