We typically feed our dogs in the morning and evening, but can accommodate your pups needs. Our home is very clean and well taken care of. There is a main level in which we hang out with great room, office and kitchen. The dogs have free-roam of the main level which has laminate flooring, but covered with carpet squares as one of our dogs does not like walking on hardwood floors. So, it is mostly carpeted for her comfort. We have a large sectional in which we allow dogs to snuggle with us while watching TV. The LARGE yard is mostly grass, some mulch/landscaped trees & shrubs, with concrete patio in which we spend a lot of time dining and reading. We pick up poop DAILY. During the evening, if you request your dog could be crated in the bedroom in which one of us is sleeping as dogs are pack animals and they don't like being separated from the pack. We keep them close to us. But, we want to keep everyone safe, so the crate is available (optional) for their safety as well as ours/our pets. But again, they are slumbering in the same room with us.

About: I've been an animal lover my entire life. Ever since I was a little girl I would bring home injured or stray animals to care for. I've raised an assortment of pets from parakeets, cats, fish, bunnies, chickens, ducks, and many dogs. Our dogs are like our children to us. Any animal that comes in our presence will experience the same treatment. I work full-time remotely. While we don't have a yard per se, we live in the mountains bumped up against BLM land with lots of hiking trails and areas to walk. Our dogs get exercised daily on the trails surrounding our home. With my at-home work schedule, I have the flexibility to take walks for my breaks and lunch hour and to get up and take care of things as needed through out the day. We get up early and go outside immediately so our dogs can relieve themselves then we go in and have breakfast. After breakfast, I start work while the dogs tend to relax on the bed behind me. I will take them out to potty again on my first break then on my lunch hour, we go for a walk through the forest behind the house. They get another potty break on my second break and then another short walk after I sign out of work for the day in the evening time. We free-feed our dogs but if we have other dogs in the house we will adjust the feeding and schedule to the visiting dog(s). We are normally in bed around 10 pm and our dogs are fully on our schedule for sleeping. If we need to step out for a bit, our dogs are good being left alone in the house but we do have a crate if needed for dogs that aren't good being left alone.

About: Hi, I’m Allie! I’ve been an animal lover and caregiver since I was 8 years old. I’ve loved and cared for horses, dogs, and cats throughout my life and would love to care for your furbabies like they’re my own. I share a cabin with my husband and two goofy Labradors, Jenny and Elwood. We have a half-acre, fenced in yard with plenty of room to play and roam. About: I have been around dogs since the day I was born. Always living with at least two in my house. Most have been rescues but I have had the opportunity to train some from 8 weeks old. I watch both of my best friends dogs when they go out of town usually for a couple of nights. I love dogs with all my heart. I always walk and care for them no matter whose they are. About: I've lived most of my life with dogs and cats in addition to sundry other animals from tortoises to tarantulas. I am particularly fond of all dogs which is why my wife and I have fostered nearly a dozen rescue and foster dogs/puppies over the last 8 years. Along with raising two high energy Australian shepherds from puppies, I have had plenty of experience handling medium to large size dogs that can be reactive or fearful under certain situations or are simply a handful. Having worked with a lot of dogs I know they all have their own unique personalities and challenges and understand the importance of flexibly adjusting care strategies. I work from home ~2 days per week and when house sitting will remain with your pet during the day. I generally do long walks in the mornings before work and after. Dog walks or short visits during the day can be arranged as long as they are done so well in advance. I have two relatively high energy dogs who need a lot of attention. Generally, I take them to an open fenced in space in the mornings to play fetch then go for a walk. We then go for a shorter walk in the evenings. We have a small fenced garden that we let them out in to do their business when they need to 2-3 times per day. As our dogs have gotten older and more mellow/better behaved we've relaxed a number of rules such going on furniture or sleeping in our room at night.
