About: Hi! I’m Stuss — a firefighter/paramedic and lifelong dog person based near Keystone/Dillon. Outside of work I volunteer at the Frisco Animal Shelter and with Summit Lost Pet Rescue, so I’m comfortable with a wide range of dogs: puppies, seniors, shy dogs, reactive dogs etc. I’ve also owned two dogs through their whole lives, so I understand how much trust it takes to leave your best friend with someone else. My setup is simple: I only take one dog at a time (or two from the same household). That means your dog gets my full attention, a calm environment, and care that’s tailored to their routine — not a busy “pack” situation. I donate 20% of my earnings on Rover to the local animal shelter/rescue work I support. My work schedule is 48 hour shifts, and then I have a block of 4 days off. Some of those days I go on adventures, and some of those days I chill around the house. Those "rest days" are when I open my calendar up for dog sitting, so, your dog(s) will have my company all day while I'm at home doing chores, relaxing, and getting outside. I love to hike year round and I will take your dog with me, if they're up for it. I always match the day to your dog. Energetic dogs can join for longer walks/hikes, and seniors can take it slow with short strolls and extra couch time. I live in a ground-floor condo at the end of a quiet street with trails and open space nearby. With your permission, I also drive a few minutes to local trailheads for variety, and I kind of specialize in knowing quiet places to hike without the crowds. About: I've had dogs all of my life, and currently my family has three. I have watched family friends dogs while they have been on vacation. I had a cat growing up and have some experience with them as well. I will begin full time work on the 13th of June, then my schedule will change week to week depending on my hours! My book was titled “Dogs” and predicted that by 2050 dogs would have their own hottub and sing karaoke. I guess you can say I’ve always wanted to give dogs their best life! I do have a couple other job but, don’t let this deter you! I work in a couple restaurants that are only open for dinner. Usually, i’m there 3-5 nights a week. This schedule does change sometimes. The shifts usually range from 4-6 hours. I let pets out before work and return home to do the same right after. This leaves all day to snuggle, go on hikes/walks, go swimming in the summer, play fetch, etc. Whatever is on you and your dog’s agenda! When I leave the house I usually put on Dog Tv on YouTube I always follow owners exact instructions whether it be at my place or theirs. I’ve also lived in the area for about 10 years and am very familiar with my surroundings. We do live in an area where you have to be careful about wild life. Proud to say I have never had any incidents! Living here that long I’ve learned different areas to take dogs on walks on or off leash, good areas for dog friendly or not so dog friendly dogs, or just a different place to play fetch.

About: I have always loved dogs! I have an 11 year old family labradoodle back in Minnesota and I also helped take care of my roommate's border collie while I was in college. Additionally, in high school, I volunteered at the Animal Humane Society as a dog walker and I also worked at the Petsmart PetsHotel, where I spent my entire days entertaining dogs. About: Hi! I’m Stuss — a firefighter/paramedic and lifelong dog person based near Keystone/Dillon. Outside of work I volunteer at the Frisco Animal Shelter and with Summit Lost Pet Rescue, so I’m comfortable with a wide range of dogs: puppies, seniors, shy dogs, reactive dogs etc. I’ve also owned two dogs through their whole lives, so I understand how much trust it takes to leave your best friend with someone else. My setup is simple: I only take one dog at a time (or two from the same household). That means your dog gets my full attention, a calm environment, and care that’s tailored to their routine — not a busy “pack” situation. I donate 20% of my earnings on Rover to the local animal shelter/rescue work I support. My work schedule is 48 hour shifts, and then I have a block of 4 days off. Some of those days I go on adventures, and some of those days I chill around the house. Those "rest days" are when I open my calendar up for dog sitting, so, your dog(s) will have my company all day while I'm at home doing chores, relaxing, and getting outside. I love to hike year round and I will take your dog with me, if they're up for it. I always match the day to your dog. Energetic dogs can join for longer walks/hikes, and seniors can take it slow with short strolls and extra couch time. I live in a ground-floor condo at the end of a quiet street with trails and open space nearby. With your permission, I also drive a few minutes to local trailheads for variety, and I kind of specialize in knowing quiet places to hike without the crowds. About: I was a foster parent for the Larimer Humane Society for years, have been around animals since I was a child. I love hanging out with pets of all shapes and sizes.
