Kevin has grown up around a family dog business - participating in AKC scent trials, agility training, boarding and almost any other type of dog event & training you can imagine. I’ve had cats and dogs my entire lifetime and used to help foster kittens as a child and teenager. We currently have two dogs, several cats, chickens, turkeys and more. Your animals will be in safe and caring hands with us! We both work but set our own schedules and/or work from home so your dog will rarely, if ever, be left alone. Since we have animals of our own, caring for additional pets is not a problem and part of our normal lifestyle. We have a large fenced dog run outside, in home kennel area, along with crates for crate trained dogs. Our property is about 5 acres and fully fenced with front gates so dogs cannot leave the area. We also have a couple large lawns we use for doggy playtime, fetch and training sessions.

My professional life is uniquely flexible, which allows me to be a great anchor for an early morning walk or early afternoon walk. I am available Mon-Thurs 5am-7:30am and 3:30pm to 8:30pm. Friday, Saturday and Sundays I am available all day for those walks and check ins that are needed when errands outs are the priority. I will treat your home with the same level of respect I’d want for my own. My process is thorough: I double check that all doors are deadbolted, alarm systems are set, and water bowls are topped off before I leave. About: Unlike general pet sitters, I have a background as a veterinary assistant. I am comfortable administerting oral and injectable medications. About: I grew up always having a pup by my side. Even in my teens I had up to 3 dogs at one time. There were times we’d all camp on the porch and have doggie camp outs (we lived in a ranch at that time). My love for dogs has only gotten stronger as I have gotten older. I have one available kennel that has constant running water and is covered along with concrete flooring and is cleaned multi times a day if in use. During your pets stay we will go on multiple walks, lots of petting and if they love it brushings. I genuinely care about the animal and their needs and want nothing more to make them happy. We live on a 40 acre ranch but would keep your pup on a leash during walks.

About: Though I am not well versed in special needs dogs, ones with anxiety I know far to well as my Bella suffers daily. I homeschool during the morning and have fun by mid afternoon so adding some visitors to my day would be my pleasure! Both my Bombay cat and Deer Chihuahua were rescued. I work with many rescues in the surrounding areas to make sure all strays brought home find their forever homes. I do live in a rental so I do request that they are potty trained! Both my cat and dog are fully house broke and getting up in the night for those midnight tinkle breaks are possible since my dog is a senior and needs to go too. I hope that gives you a little insight to my life and allows you to be comfortable in choosing me as your fur babies mini vaca destination. I have a fully fenced decent size back yard with cameras for lots of room to run and get their wiggles out or just explore and sunbathe. I have a large crate if they prefer some quiet time alone just request you bring their favorite bed or blanket so they have a piece of home to comfort them.

In a clients home, it’s important to follow all of the instructions they provide, while also making their pets feel as if the owners never left.

My yard is fenced in entirely but rather large and dogs off leash would easily be out of site if not watched. I also have a few chickens on the property so I’d like to be cautious of them.
About: Kevin and I have both been caring for dogs and many other types of animals for our entire lives and absolutely couldn’t envision our life without several animals. Kevin has grown up around a family dog business - participating in AKC scent trials, agility training, boarding and almost any other type of dog event & training you can imagine. I’ve had cats and dogs my entire lifetime and used to help foster kittens as a child and teenager. We currently have two dogs, several cats, chickens, turkeys and more. Your animals will be in safe and caring hands with us! We both work but set our own schedules and/or work from home so your dog will rarely, if ever, be left alone. Since we have animals of our own, caring for additional pets is not a problem and part of our normal lifestyle. We have a large fenced dog run outside, in home kennel area, along with crates for crate trained dogs. Our property is about 5 acres and fully fenced with front gates so dogs cannot leave the area. We also have a couple large lawns we use for doggy playtime, fetch and training sessions.

About: My friends and family have relied on me to look after their dogs when they’re at work or out of town. My care consists of lots of love, running around in parks and more. About: I’ve had dogs around me since I was a baby! Growing up I’d take our dogs on vacations regularly so I am well equip to know how to feed, walk, and care for any dog in any environment. I recently transferred with my job from the East Coast to Utah, and now reside in Northern California and currently frequent the Humane Society to visit with the cats and dogs waiting for homes. About: I’ve owned and taken care of all types of dogs. From Rottweilers to currently owning a Rat Terrier. I love dogs and have been known to be able to teach them some minor tricks. Most importantly, I love to let them be themselves and have fun. I walk every day for exercise, so walking your dog would not be an issue for me. The more I walk the more weight I’ll lose. I have a one bedroom apartment. But it’s big enough to take care of multiple pets. My dog has three beds herself. I have a playpen area where they can play many dog toys, and treats.
