She graciously welcome them into her home on a holiday and took excellent care of them. We got daily check-ins and videos, and she was really intuitive about their needs. There were two larger dogs being boarded at the same time, and since ours haven’t been around many other dogs yet, she was careful to keep them separated to make it less stressful for all of them. “Everything was outstanding. We left our dogs off with Rebecca and her husband and got on the road. They sent us many pictures and a video they took over the time our dogs stay with them. Rebecca and her husband have several dogs, cats and horses at their very nice home and our dogs seemed to have enjoyed their stay. Our dogs were kept together, as I am sure the separation from us caused them to have questions, etc. and keeping them together most likely eased the stress on our dogs. Our dogs were taken on a walk and paid attention to. I am sure our dogs appreciated that (in their own way). We would highly recommend these folks as everything was just outstanding. We don't travel too much, but when we have to travel again, we will look here first for someone to take care of our dogs as we feel our dogs got very good care. About: Growing up on a farm I have had cats as pets my whole life. I raised farm animals in 4-H and FFA when I was young and graduated with a degree in Agricultural science. I am a retired science teacher and I love cats and kittens. My two cats live in my bedroom suite in one wing of my house. I have a ranch style house with two wings and two secure yards. I recently added a catio outside so my cats have a safe enclosure to enjoy outside time also. This yard is dedicated to cats and their catios. I know how much I love my animals and I decided I would like to board cats when their owners need cat care. (vacations/ business trips). I realized I could give your pet individualized care in a luxurious, safe large cat condo indoors in one wing of my house. Each cat that stays with me has their own 3 space catio condo in a bedroom dedicated to my cat boarding. See pictures. I don’t want cats to feel stress with their temporary boarding so I provide a large space for them and often only one cat family at a time. No dogs allowed in this area. They will also be able to go outdoors in their own personal catio condo for part of their day if so desired. I want all pets to feel safe and comfortable. If your cat loves being petted and having attention, I will give it. I would also do drop in visits at your home to care for your pets’ needs. I have done drop in cat pet care for the last four years and I have boarded dogs for the last four years for friends.

About: I have been around animals my entire life. I have been a veterinary assistant for 11 years. When my husband was stationed in Hawaii, we provided an affordable and safe place for other military furry family members to stay while their humans were away. I currently work from 8:00 to 3:00pm and my husband is home in between going to his college classes. Your dogs will be walked in the morning around our neighborhood & again after dinner. My husband will be able to let them out several times during the day. We have a fenced in yard that your dog will be allowed to spend some time in. “We boarded our two young dogs with Kara so that our family could travel on Christmas, and Kara was wonderful with them! She graciously welcome them into her home on a holiday and took excellent care of them. We got daily check-ins and videos, and she was really intuitive about their needs. There were two larger dogs being boarded at the same time, and since ours haven’t been around many other dogs yet, she was careful to keep them separated to make it less stressful for all of them. We felt so confident and pleased with leaving our dogs with Kara, we will definitely be rebooking with her again!”
“Everything was outstanding. We left our dogs off with Rebecca and her husband and got on the road. They sent us many pictures and a video they took over the time our dogs stay with them. Rebecca and her husband have several dogs, cats and horses at their very nice home and our dogs seemed to have enjoyed their stay. Our dogs were kept together, as I am sure the separation from us caused them to have questions, etc. and keeping them together most likely eased the stress on our dogs. Our dogs were taken on a walk and paid attention to. I am sure our dogs appreciated that (in their own way). We would highly recommend these folks as everything was just outstanding. We don't travel too much, but when we have to travel again, we will look here first for someone to take care of our dogs as we feel our dogs got very good care. About: I am 48 years old and have had dogs, cats and horses my entire life. I have been an elementary teacher in Fresno for twenty years. I have rescued three dogs from my school in the years that I have been there. I am familiar with local vets, dog parks, pet stores, and walking trails. What sets me apart is that I am a big softy. Animals can tell this and always gravitate towards me. I believe dogs and cats should be allowed on the couch, in the bed and anywhere that is safe for them to be. I understand that animals have feelings too and are all different with different fears and needs. I do not leave my animals outside when I am not home. I do not leave my animals for more than four hours. I do not watch fireworks on the 4th of July because my Boston Terrier needs me at this time. I would do anything for my pets and yours. I just have a huge heart for them. I'm currently off for the summer. I stay home every day and go on walks, cook, read, watch tv and work around the house. I can give my full time and attention to the animals at this time of year and I love to do so. I have a fenced back-yard and a fenced front yard with grass that my dogs and I love to hang out in. When it gets hot, we go inside the cool, air-conditioned house and relax all together. My dogs are all friendly and get along with each other and the cat that lives here.
