“We found Remo in a pinch just a few days prior to our upcoming trip. Thereafter, Remo gladly came to the park nearest our house to meet our French Bulldog for the first time. We are new to the SF bay area, and previously have never boarded a dog at a kennel. Usually our babies stay with family, but this was not possible in a new city. To compound things, we had never left our 5 month old Frenchie, Latch, alone for more than about 4 hours at a time. I was uncomfortable leaving him with someone he didn't really like or in a facility where no staff was available at night, so we were hoping Latch and Remo would hit it off. At the first meeting, Latch was instantly drawn to Remo! He brought along another dog he was keeping at the time (that was also a puppy) that was clearly comfortable with Remo. He explained how he takes the dogs to an array of parks, and that pups in his care are watched 24/7. We were very impressed with his knowledge and enthusiasm for dogs! He was an extremely outgoing and kind individual that also offered us a lot of information about exploring the city and best places to hike. Our anxiety about leaving our baby for the first time was eliminated after the first meeting! Remo has a fantastic personality and a beautiful home with a gorgeous fenced in yard where your baby can play. With Remo, your dog is cared for 24/7 and not confined to a kennel. Remo consistently uploaded photos each day of the many park adventures, and of Latch making himself comfortable in Remo's home, playing at the park with other dogs, and exploring the city. It was fun logging in each morning to see what our baby had been up to and knowing he had been properly cared for. During his stay with Remo, Latch got to explore more parks than he's ever been to with his own parents- we are likely going to have to step it up after this! I highly recommend Remo to anyone who considers their dog a member of the family and wants to ensure a loving and caring environment while they are away. We had a fantastic experience, and are so glad to have found the perfect pet sitter! ”

About: I love all living creatures, big and small. As a child I used to have exotic pets and still have some, such as rats, fish, insects and hamsters. I spent my summers at the small farm helping take care of hens, roosters and baby chicken, as well as tortoise Chapa and multiple cats of the property. Since that September, some things have changed: my part-time job is now on a different schedule, so I can visit your cats and walk your dogs in the mornings and afternoons, 9am - 1pm, and/or later in the evening, 7pm-10pm. All the rest is the same: I will follow your instructions, play and interact with your pet according to their personality, wash their food and water bowls before putting food and water there, clean their litter box and, if needed, clean little unfortunate events from the bathroom floor. I will report with photos of your pets, trying to catch the best angle, and with a little note on how our visit went for both them and me. About: I’ve been around Dogs since I was 12 and regularly Dog-sat and walked dogs for family members and friends until I was 21 years old. After graduating from the UW at 21 with a pre-law degree, I adopted my baby girl Dahlia. I’ve become a very proactive and efficient handler since, as Dahlia was adopted from an abusive household. I specialize in reading body language, positive-reinforcement, and am able to handle small to extremely large Dogs since Dahlia is a 90 pound Mastiff mix. I recently moved from Seattle to San Francisco to start law school, and decided it would be best for to leave my Dahlia with my parents, for a better quality of life. It’s my goal to take care of and bring the joy your pets deserve, as I would do for my Dahlia. Currently, I’m a law student in the city and do not work to focus on studying. As a result, my schedule is fairly flexible. I’m able to care for your pets before, between, and after classes. Moreover, I have a both a bicycle and a car so transportation is no issue for me. I have experience with dogs that must be kenneled, dogs that are allowed to sleep in the bed, dogs that must be kept close on a leash, dogs that are allowed to explore on a lead, and all other options in between. My place is facing a patio, so it’s easy to take dogs out for quick and frequent potty breaks. About: Hi! I'm an artist working from home who loves spending time with pets and has a little black cat at home. I often pet sit for friends, from short visits to boarding for several days, so I’m very comfortable with daily routines like walks, feeding, playtime, and just keeping pets company so they feel safe and happy. I also tend to take way too many photos, so you can expect lots of photo updates while I'm with your pet! I work from home doing freelance work, so my schedule is pretty flexible and I’m able to plan my day around pet care, whether that’s walks, drop-ins, or staying with them for longer periods. I’m available for boarding, house sitting, and walks, and I like keeping a consistent routine so pets feel comfortable and not rushed. I live in an apartment right next to Washington Square Park and Coit Tower, so it’s really easy to get dogs out for nice long walks and some additional short walks to get some fresh air! I also have a 3-year-old cat who’s used to being around dogs. I keep my place clean and calm, and I pay attention to how each pet is feeling so they’re comfortable. I’m also happy to follow any routines or instructions so things feel familiar for them.

About: Shelby grew up with Labrador retrievers ever since she was 5 years old. She has experience with medication administration, ear cleaning, walking, and more. We have a 2.5 year old dachshund who we crate, potty, and leash trained. We are both dog lovers with some of our friends saying Shelby is “the most dog obsessed person I’ve ever met.” We will strive to make your dog feel as comfortable as possible while respecting any rules and boundaries you have in your own home. We absolutely love every kind of dog and would give your fur baby 5 star care ⭐️ We both work from home, so our schedules are very flexible. We take our dog out 3 times a day for potty breaks and several walks a day. We can really take your dog out whenever is needed, as one of us is always available. Our home is very, very dog proof. Our dog loves to eat everything so we’re very mindful of keeping things tidy. Especially with larger dogs, we put away our dogs smaller toys, so that there’s no possibility of them being ingested (there’s the labrador experience haha!) we will be around and loving your pet 24/7 while they’re in our care ❤️
