I have classes Monday-Thursday starting at 12:00pm and ending by 4:00pm. I live on campus and have a car so transportation is not an issue. I am able to pet sit at anytime throughout the week that I don’t have classes- and am willing to stay over night and/or through the weekends. Caring for your companion will vary depending on personality and routine but there are definitely some core principles that I carry with me. First one being respect— respect of your home, respect of your animals needs and wants, and respect of your time. I will be present as much as I can be, even if that means just sitting in the same room as them. Another core value, depending on your pet, is exercise. It doesn’t matter if it’s a long walk, a short and slow walk, or even just interacting with toys— something that gets them moving and keeps them entertained. About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs for most of my life, and caring for them is something I truly love. About: Hi! I just moved to San Diego from OC with my 4 year old Goldendoodle Willow (who I’ve raised since she was 8 weeks old) to get my masters in social work. She loves hanging with new dogs of all sizes! At home, my mom has two dogs and I’ve been dog sitting for years now. I’ve always been an animal lover and truly enjoy caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities. About: I have taken care of dogs eight years of my life! I have also have dogs along the way as i’ve grown up as well as seeing dogs everyday at my old job at Dutch Bros Coffee. Neighbors and friends have trusted me with their animals. I have noticed dogs and cats often feel safe with me quickly and i feel that it’s due to their ability to sense a humans positive energy. My goal is to make your dog or cat feel safe and loved as their owner does and it’s a perk for me because I get to spend time with an animal!! I do school full time but that is fully online so I can be fully available for that. And depending on pay and your schedule, i would be working at another job and would adjust my hours accordingly to fit your needs. I know how scary it can be to trust your animal with a stranger let alone trust that they will be there enough to attend to the dogs/cats needs but that would be my priority and im flexible!!! The services will definitely depend on the owners wishes. I will live with other dogs in my home so it would be a better idea to take care of the animal in the owners home to prevent any conflict with different animals. Again, i’m flexible.
