About: I’ve always loved cats and dogs I could never pick a side. I had a Chihuahua growing up and currently have a cat called Bonbon. So I know how to take care of both dogs and cats. I understand cats enjoy their space while dogs don’t understand that word. Which I don’t mind at all. :) I am currently going to school right now so I have a lot of time in between my days to take care of your pet(s) wether it’s stopping be for their meal time or taking them on a walk I am happy to do so. I have classes currently Mondays and Wednesdays so my availability might be little more tight but will still be available. I know how to keep pets safe such as know in what dogs and cats should refrain from eating and can make sure that your pet is always safe and knows they are being cared for while you are away.

About: Walks through Armstrong Redwoods are a favorite activity. I have a large yard and a dog friendly house. I have a couple of years experience working in a veterinary clinic giving me experience medicating animals, including giving injections. I have a pool for dogs who love to swim! I was a volunteer and puppy raiser for Canine Companions for Independence back in the mid to late 1980's, and a Puppy Petter for Assistance Dog Institute in the early 2000's. I've also kept busy with boarding in my home for friends and acquaintances. I love dogs!! About: I’ve always had cats in my household since I was 9 years old. Currently all my sisters including my mom have a cat so we have 4 cats in total. The cat on my profile is called Bonbon and I’ve had him for 3 years. So I understand how to take care of cats. I know how to trim their nails how much they need to be fed. As well as dealing with their cute attitudes.

About: I’ve had cats my entire life and understand them well. My sweet kitty just passed away at 20 years old and I’d love to help take care of yours. I frequently travel for work for weeks on end, but when I am home and able to cat-sit, my schedule can be completely flexible. Day / night. Since I only offer cat-sitting, I doubt that this section about my own house will matter much. Cats don’t like to be relocated for temporary purposes.

I do work full time and I am gone 8-5 unfortunately. So weekends would be best for me. I’d be willing to do weekdays but you would have to be comfortable with me being gone during the day. I would take them on 2-3 walks per day.. 1 in the morning before work and 1 as soon as I get home from work. Unfortunately I don’t have a yard, just a small deck. If it’s a cat, I would make sure they had care and attention when I am home.

My husband (a social worker) and I are both dog lovers and have a dog (a Frenchie) as well. About: I grew up in a neighborhood my friends used to call “the farm”. We had 3 dogs, one neighbor had chickens, one neighbor had horses, and another neighbor had goats. I do work full time and I am gone 8-5 unfortunately. So weekends would be best for me. I’d be willing to do weekdays but you would have to be comfortable with me being gone during the day. I would take them on 2-3 walks per day.. 1 in the morning before work and 1 as soon as I get home from work. Unfortunately I don’t have a yard, just a small deck. If it’s a cat, I would make sure they had care and attention when I am home.
About: Dogs & cats have been in my life since I was born! Growing up, I’ve taken care of so many dogs, cats, and even geckos. These lovely pets including my own, my neighbors, & my friends! About: I've taken care of animals ever since I can remember, and I am grateful to have been raised around cats and dogs. It has shaped who I am as a person. I have rescued many dogs and cats (or maybe they chose me), and I have experience with training, administering medication, young pets, old pets - all of it. I think the instructions I leave for our sitter are ~3 pages long, so I won't judge! I have experience with young animals and the elderly, and have administered medications for both dogs and cats. I would describe myself as a very vigilant pet parent, meaning I take pride in my awareness. For example, when walking my dogs, I always put safety first, watch for cars and other animals, and stay aware of my surroundings. I pay attention. I'm the kind of person who often checks the perimeter of my fenced yard, has multiple dog cameras, makes sure there are no ways out, and double-checks the gate locks. I know it might sound like I'm a helicopter parent, and that might just be a fact. Shar Peis are a stubborn (and amazing) breed of dog, but they notoriously require this level of attention, so I am going to credit my sweet dogs for training me to be the ultimate caretaker. Fun fact: I've had Shar Pei for the past 20 years! I'm here to meet your animals where they are when we are together - if they want to hang out, cuddle, play, and be goofy, great! But if they just want to chill on their own, I will respect their space.

About: Walks through Armstrong Redwoods are a favorite activity. I have a large yard and a dog friendly house. I have a couple of years experience working in a veterinary clinic giving me experience medicating animals, including giving injections. I have a pool for dogs who love to swim! I was a volunteer and puppy raiser for Canine Companions for Independence back in the mid to late 1980's, and a Puppy Petter for Assistance Dog Institute in the early 2000's. I've also kept busy with boarding in my home for friends and acquaintances. I love dogs!!
