“Rob was so great. We had a last minute no-show with another sitter one and a half hours before our vacation. I called customer service and they sent out requests. Rob accepted right away and even picked our german shepherd up. We didn't get a chance to introduce them because we were forced to head to the airport while finding arrangements, and our dog was very much on alert (via the cam) when Rob, a stranger to her, picked her up. He handled it extremely well and safely. He took her on a hike and updated us with happy pictures of her being played with and well exercised. About: I've taken care of my own two cats, Mo and Grey, for almost ten years now. In that time, I've also cared for cats of all ages! I've looked after grumpy senior cats, curious kittens, and cats that wanted nothing to do with me. My favorite cats to look after are sweet cats who just want scritches and a warm place to nap. I am experienced in maintaining litter boxes of all kinds, administering pills to cats, brushing (and occasionally bathing) cats, and keeping cats off of kitchen counters!

About: I've grown up with dogs and cats my whole life! I've recently adopted a new cat, Beef, who is a darling. I have experience birthing and raising puppies. I love bringing my dogs for walks, hikes, runs and playing fetch. I'm always active because I'm a college athlete. I'll make sure to take great care of your family animals while you're away and provide them lots of love, attention and activity! About: I have had my own sweet pup for over 14 years. Assisted heavily during some of the major fires in northern California over the years, working with several professional animal rescue teams. Love dogs of all shapes and sizes just out here hoping to help as many pups as possible. Recently relocated to the Bay Area & while looking for my next full time opportunity decided to lean into some of my passions. Dogs being #1! If I can do that through this app while bringing in a little cash on the side, what could be better? Currently available full time. I’m very active so love taking walks. (My senior dog has slowed down so I’m missing a walking buddy.) I do have a small fenced backyard with grass. Our house is very dog friendly.

“I'm so happy to have found Jeanette and her family. My dog is rambunctious to say the least, and at 70lbs, he can be quite a lot to handle. I wanted to do a trial run with Jeanette before booking her for my 2+ week trip coming up. This was mainly to make sure they could see what they were getting into! And to my sheer embarrassment, I showed up with my dog on the wrong day... but they were so sweet and understanding and let him stay for the day. When he stayed the night, he marked some spots in their house (like her bed ughhhhh) but they handled it by putting a belly wrap on him. It was a wonderful feeling to pick up Buddy as I could tell he was well taken care of and had lots of fun with his friends, and Jeanette let me know how it went in detail. She was honest about everything, which I really appreciated because I know my dog is wild and challenging, I rescued him off the street and while we've come a long way since then, he still has a lot to learn. So I wouldn't trust anyone who said "oh everything was just perfect, no issues whatsoever" lol. They are very good people, and I know Buddy will be in good hands on my long trip. It's my first time leaving him for this long, but I know that they will update me and reassure me that he's doing OK. I highly recommend them.”
