When I picked up Sandy, she was brushed and kept “white” as nicely as when we dropped her off. Suzanne is also nice and friendly. She is organized and calm. About: Rover is an amazing thing in my family's life. Our whole household REALLY LOVES DOGS. We love all the different dog personalities we get to know. We genuinely appreciate pet families trusting us to care for their pet(s). Boarding is our most used and preferred service of the Tree House. We have many regular clients who use our Boarding and Doggy Day Care services. We love all sizes of dogs and the full range of dog personalities. We host up to 4 guest dogs at a time and are very conscientious of the dogs we host and how they will interact. Therefore, if your dog does not do well with other dogs, our house may not be a great fit for your pet. We get requests for exclusive bookings, and where we can accommodate these requests, we will. ****price for exclusive bookings is 2X our service rate, currently $150/night or day care slot**** We require all new clients to do a meet- & -greet, so we can only accommodate last-minute new clients if we get a solid referral from another sitter, you are a friend of the family, or one of our regular clients referred you. We have found our guests do much better when they have been here and sniffed about before their stay. Your dog(s) will be loved and treated with the utmost respect by every member of our household and any other guests. Our home is very relaxed, and our backyard is a dog paradise with lots of shade and different areas for dogs to claim their own space. We always have a crew of dogs, so your dog will have plenty of stimulation and exercise while at our home. We work from home and are here nearly all the time. Pickup and drop-off times are flexible—the key is communication and consideration—fees may apply where either is lacking. The yard has plenty of room for guests to stretch it out and find their own space. We are happy to accommodate crating, and problem children will have some sort of time out until they can ground and be good guests. On good days, I take Belle on hikes at Redwood, Sibley, and the surrounding areas. I am home full-time with my 6.5 y/o German Pointer, Belle. Belle and I spend at least 1 hour outside everyday, weather permitting, and would love some company on our daily adventures. I can't take her out on hikes daily so some days consist of multiple walks with many potty breaks throughout the day. Belle is a very sweet and easy-going dog; she can be anti-social or shy at first and needs time to warm up to other dogs. Don't be offended if Belle shows no interest in your dog! Dogs have supervised access to the yard for bio breaks and are free to explore the home. Mental games and toys are available to keep dogs entertained if I am busy in the kitchen or running errands. I also like to train dogs basic cues (sit, down, stay, here/come, etc.) so if you are okay with that, I'm happy to do so! Belle and I completed beginners and intermediate training with Bravo Pup, and I like to continue to reinforce our training every day.

About: I have loved animals my whole life! My walls were always adorned with National Geographic photos of my favorite creatures and I longed to one day have my own little wolf pack! I grew up mainly with cats and have a huge adoration for the felines of the world. I once had a three legged cat named Ziggy ( Stardust) whom was my most treasured companion. I always had friends with a lot of dogs who depended on me to love and support them as my own. Currently, I have a 8 year old Black Labrador Retriever named Olive who has been my closest furry friend for years! I truly consider her a part of me. I also have been raising my Yellow Lab pup, Juniper, since she was 8 weeks old. She is now currently 4 years and 2 months old. Raising a puppy has by far been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life and I have had so much fun training her! I consider myself a confident two legged friend who knows how to set healthy boundaries so that a pup can become the best they can be! I am a practicing herbalist and my heart is always geared towards healing. I care deeply for the sweet animals in my life! I am currently working part time and am an online student. Generally, I am available some mornings for dog walking and some nights as well. Sitting is a possibility but may be limited to my schedule. Feel free to ask! I like to play a little fetch or tug with them out in the yard or whatever keeps your pup stimulated:) But happy to take a nice long walk when appropriate for your pooch. I can feed,walk and bath any dog. I also dabble In giving doggy massages I am pretty free all summer so I am available most of the time. I am able to fit it in day and night. So there is lots of time for walks I make sure that all doors are closed at all times. I have a big backyard that is gated so there is no way for them to get out. I also keep the dogs in a separate room with me during the night.

I grew up on a horse farm with dogs, cats, horses, hamsters, and the odd rogue toad, so caring for animals with love and respect is literally second nature. I'm a somatic embodiment coach by trade, so I have a unique skill set for helping animals feel relaxed and comfortable in my care. I have joyously fostered 20+ dogs and cats in their transition to forever homes, and have extensive experience with house and pet sitting. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds, from 6 pound little weasels to 80 pound gentle giants. I have a special place in my heart for seniors (and have experience caring for them.) I am comfortable and experienced with administering medication. Because I work from home online and over zoom, I can accommodate animals that need a shorter window of alone time. I love walking dogs and can easily do day or evening walks and stop-bys. I have a 6year old neutered male Australian Sheppard and a 2 year old indoor/outdoor cat. Both are amenable to sharing their space with new furry friends. I'm an active retiree so I have plenty of time for your furry family members. My dog loves to play with new furry friends or chill and give them space. I have a fenced yard and dog door for in and out privileges. I accept dogs that are crated at night or free roaming. Home is well suited to pets.
