Usually our dog has separation anxiety and does not eat or sleep well, however, after a 11 day stay our dog appeared well rested and had maintained his weight. Their property is fully enclosed and very large (1 acre) so it allows dogs space to roam around and get exercise. In addition the Iron horse trail is next door and easily accessible for walks. Liam is very friendly and clearly is a dog person. Our dog actually was looking for them when we brought him home so in that short amount of time he became attached to them. I would highly recommend Liam and his wife to take care of your dog!”

I work from home, and have ample time to take care of people's pets with my current schedule, especially on the weekends. I can also do overnight sittings. About: I Love dogs, I dog walk and dog sit my neighbors dog regularly, I use to volunteer in the animal shelter, I use to have my own 2 dogs until they peacefully passed. Most recently, I spent four years living in Hawaii with my own dog, cat, and bird, and have cared for pets throughout the Bay Area, including Marin, San Francisco, Oakland, Contra Costa, and Napa. I'm an outdoor enthusiast who loves mountain biking, hiking, camping, and exploring nature. If your dog enjoys adventure and you're comfortable with it, I'm happy to include longer walks or outdoor adventures tailored to their energy level. I enjoy keeping active dogs both physically and mentally engaged, while always respecting each pet's individual needs and routine. During COVID, while my massage therapy practice was on pause, I got a certification in canine massage, deepening my understanding of canine anatomy, mobility, and comfort. This experience has been especially valuable when caring for senior dogs, anxious pets, and those who benefit from right amount of exercise and a calm, gentle touch. Every pet is different, and I take pride in carefully following your instructions so they feel safe, loved, and at home while you're away. About: I’ve taken care dogs and cats since I was about 10, I’ve had beautiful experience with my own pets and helping sitter for relatives and friends pets as well. I currently have open flexible availability daily, I can adjust to your pet’s needed schedule as needed. I can give your pet the love and support needed daily. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a kid. But, when I acquired more responsibilities was when I moved in with my sister to SoCal and I started helping her take care of her dogs, two schnauzers and one yorkie. I would take them hiking, walking, and to the grooming salon. I would buy them enrichment toys and play with them every evening. Then, when I moved to NorCal for school, I adopted a dog, a Labrador. Now, I do the same as before but with more mental and physical exercise since my dog requires it. Taking care of dogs has always been part of me, my grandma was the same and that’s something she gifted me. I enjoy every aspect of it and the responsibilities that come with it. Dogs are a big responsibility and I will make sure to take care of your doggy, as if it’s mine. I am currently working from home so I have plenty of time to play and take care of your doggy. Currently with Hunter we go out four times a day, two times for physical exercise and potty breaks and the other two times only for walks to go potty. Hunter loves to play fetch and hide and seek. We hide the ball and he searches for it, this is his favorite game and it works for mental and physical exercise. We are very active and we exercise Hunter a lot but if your doggy is not like that, no problem, we can go only for walks and Hunter can play by himself. I have a fenced yard and a catio (patio for cats) where my cats spend most of the day. Dogs don’t have access to the catio since that’s the cats safe place. Hunter and the cats get along but my cats don’t play much with hunter, they are very lazy and only care about sleeping, sunbathing, and wet food. Hunter is VERY friendly, the nicest dog I ever known and loves to play all the time. Hunter has been around dogs of multiple sizes and ages from a 10 year old yorkie to a 2 year old labrador. Hunter is not neutered but he is not aggressive and territorial other than marking plants and trees outside at the park.

About: Hello my name is Aléna, I’ve been taking care of animals since I was little. Animals are so amazing to me and I love their personality’s. Looking forward to meeting you pet. My availability is really open, don’t have any dogs of my own, but grew up with them. I miss the connection. So I thought, I would put myself out there, to help service them. In my home I care for my cat Bella by giving her lots of love and making sure to keep her litter box cleaned and let her have her outside time around the yard. My cat Toby, I give him treats and try to teach him some tricks. Give lots of attention and time to play with his toys. He’s a little monster but I love him. Having a clean environment is not only necessary for your animals but yourself. I do the litter box multiple times a week.

About: All my life, I have grown up with dogs and various pets. I grew up on 2.5 acres and we have owned german short hair pointers and Weimaraners. I have always loved taking in stray dogs and caring for animals. I am very comfortable with all size dogs and breeds. I have also grown up with horses, cats, rabbits, and I have taken care of pigs and cows. I'm a huge animal lover and have some knowledge of general first aide with pets.
