“The only difficult part of writing this review is finding enough good things to say about Elena. Every interaction, from my first communication to picking up Puck after his stay, conveyed both a love of animals and professionalism. We met first in a local park for a meet and greet, where Elena and I chatted and her daughter played with Puck. I felt really comfortable with Elena’s easy manner and the questions she asked to ensure that Puck would be happy with them. I left in confidence when I dropped Puck off, and the photos she sent made it clear that Puck was happy and well cared for. Her daughter makes for a wonderful added bonus; Elena told me when I picked him up that her daughter made a fort for them, and it was clear in the pics that Puck received lots of play time with his favorite toys. When I picked up Puck after his stay, he was of course happy to see me, but not overcome with nervousness or anxiety. I could see that he felt safe and loved in Elena’s home. When I arrived home, he slipped right back into normal routines without needing decompression time. Thank you, Elena, for providing Puck with a warm and loving home-away-from-home.”

About: I was raised by two cat lovers, who brought me into a house with 2 cats already. I’ve been around cats almost constantly in my life, but adopted my first when was in high school, a hefty russian blue (said the vet). In all honesty she’s been incredibly easy to care for, so when I met my partner in college, I was a bit unprepared for his roommate’s fosters. They were emergency fosters, often barely able to eat wet food, some were sick and had the tiniest meows. I grew to find helping with the fosters was so gratifying, and watching tiny kittens grow into young cats was at times incredibly emotional. I’m so happy to have had that experience, and it’s helped me to understand cats so much more, and made me want to care for more!

About: I have over 30 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds and sizes. About: We have had our cat for over 6 years and she is the most important thing in our lives. We know what it is like to travel and have the peace of mind that someone is caring your pet just like you would! About: I am a mature professional work from home female. I have been taking care of dogs , cats, birds , fish , rabbits , chickens of any kind since I was 10. I grew up on a family farm. My friends , family , neighbors have relied on me to feed , walk , bathe their pets. I have a small maltipoo Sugar. She is very friendly with small dogs like her. My 16 y/o son loves all animals. They will get a lot of belly rubs. We can train them too. I work from home full time. I wake up at 6:30 walk your pets out for 10-15 mins and then we come back and have breakfast. After that I turn my computer on and your pets can just lay in the sofa next to me or play in other rooms. At lunch we again go out for a walk. We play in the backyard with water hose if it’s too hot outside. And after work we take a walk again. We have beautiful paseos nearby. Before going to bed we take a final walk or backyard potty break. I have a nice fenced backyard pet proofed with a net around where your pets can safely play. We will be walking outside 2-3 times a day. Mostly your pets will be staying home and cuddling with me.

About: I’ve always had a love of animals, and been in close quarters with both cats and dogs early in my life, which i found to be incredibly beneficial for me. I have experience taking care of dogs of all sizes, from a grumpy miniature pinscher to a deaf pit bull, with medication routines and environmental needs. While much of my experience with caring for dogs is with older dogs, my forever dog Roxy was not always a senior dog and in her younger years she was a 65+ pound pittie mix. I love taking dogs around the neighborhood and letting them set the pace, and if necessary I can carry a pretty heavy dog, in case of a splinter in a paw or a mean dog. I like to keep animals out of the sun during the hottest part of the day, and try to make sure that they have enough time/daylight to work out all the excitement. I also take medication, so when caring for a dog who also needs medication, I like to take mine with them. I work part-time as a botanical assistant and artist, so my hours are irregular, but thus allow quite a bit of time for me to care for animals during the day. Im big with cuddly animals, they often find me very approachable and sweet when i interact with them. My own animals are rather skiddish around strangers, so I tend to try and assess each animal by their body language, if it’s a jumpy and exited animal, I will greet them with a similar energy and love up on them, if they are a bit more shy I will get on their level, and wait for them to initiate. I only feel comfortable if my friend is, that when I know we will get along great.
About: My soul dog lived until he was 15. Recently passed but I loved and cared for him for all those years. About: I am a mature professional work from home female. I have been taking care of dogs , cats, birds , fish , rabbits , chickens of any kind since I was 10. I grew up on a family farm. My friends , family , neighbors have relied on me to feed , walk , bathe their pets. I have a small maltipoo Sugar. She is very friendly with small dogs like her. My 16 y/o son loves all animals. They will get a lot of belly rubs. We can train them too. I work from home full time. I wake up at 6:30 walk your pets out for 10-15 mins and then we come back and have breakfast. After that I turn my computer on and your pets can just lay in the sofa next to me or play in other rooms. At lunch we again go out for a walk. We play in the backyard with water hose if it’s too hot outside. And after work we take a walk again. We have beautiful paseos nearby. Before going to bed we take a final walk or backyard potty break. I have a nice fenced backyard pet proofed with a net around where your pets can safely play. We will be walking outside 2-3 times a day. Mostly your pets will be staying home and cuddling with me.

Every interaction, from my first communication to picking up Puck after his stay, conveyed both a love of animals and professionalism. We met first in a local park for a meet and greet, where Elena and I chatted and her daughter played with Puck. I felt really comfortable with Elena’s easy manner and the questions she asked to ensure that Puck would be happy with them. I left in confidence when I dropped Puck off, and the photos she sent made it clear that Puck was happy and well cared for. Her daughter makes for a wonderful added bonus; Elena told me when I picked him up that her daughter made a fort for them, and it was clear in the pics that Puck received lots of play time with his favorite toys. When I picked up Puck after his stay, he was of course happy to see me, but not overcome with nervousness or anxiety. I could see that he felt safe and loved in Elena’s home. I’ve cared for the animals of loved ones for over 20 years. I’ve also helped care for difficult to handle dogs (seniors, aggressive large breeds, small ornery breeds) and loved every minute of it❤️. I had my Maltese/yorkie boy Yanni 20 years before he passed a few years ago. I’ve also assisted in training rescued, often aggressive bully breeds. Unfortunately, I am allergic to cats. So, I do not work with any cats or households that have a cat. I am a personal trainer and CrossFit coach for people over 50. I have a 17 year old daughter who loves all animals. I have flexibility, transportation, and time to give. We don’t have dogs of our own at this time. I have a fenced patio area, but I love to walk dogs. I am an attentive, responsible, loving caretaker who will happily take care of all your lovie’s need as you instruct. I can give medication and maintain any schedule or rules that you have at home. We don’t let dogs jump up on our furniture and we’ve found as long as they have a comfy spot they generally don’t protest.
