About: I have had dogs my entire life and currently have a lab mix and a Chihuahua mix who are friendly with other dogs. We live in the country so we have room for the dogs to roam. My husband and I are retired so someone will always be home and the dogs would not be left alone. Our dogs go out and come in all day. We have 2 acres that is fenced. We also have a pond so prefer dogs that don’t like to swim as I don’t want to have to constantly dry the dog off to come inside.

About: I have personal experience taking care of small, medium, and large size dog breeds and understand the different needs that come along with different dogs. I am adamant about following pet routines to include walking, feeding, reinforcing house rules and play time. Pets have always been an integral part of my family life and I believe that they deserve all the love and attention that we have to give. I have been lucky to have known two special dogs of my own who have since passed, Maddy was a large ball of energy that enjoyed running, tug of war, and lots of belly rubs, and Woofy who was an old soul that enjoyed snuggles and gentle head scratches. As Woofy aged he developed diabetes and a host of other medical needs (including a wheelchair) so I am familiar with injections and medication regimes for special needs dogs. Now a golden retriever named Asa is my furry companion for hiking, swimming, and general adventure. I work close to home during the day but I am available mornings, evenings, and weekends. About: Hi, I grew up around several different animals of all sizes from rodents/reptiles to livestock/dogs. I have always had at least one dog in my life at all times. The more the merrier. I love all animals big and small. I worked at a kennel where I learned about boarding and training dogs for about a year and I have pet sat for about 15 years in grand total. I currently work at a pet store in Sutter Creek. I love being around dogs and training or even just hanging out and playing. I am a outdoorsy person. I have experience with livestock animals also. I have 3 German Shepherds. 10 months to 7 years old. As for in home pet sitting I would follow whatever routine you have set for your fur babies already so it would be easier on them.

About: I have been a full-time puppy whelper for the past 8 years and come highly recommended with lots of references. I welcome all different breeds. I am always home. While I do have to pick up and drop off my children for their various sports and activities, it’s just a five minute drive away.I am always available. Plus, I’m attending school online from the comfort of my home. I live on 1 1/2 acres with a mini horse, two small goats that like to visit the neighbors and two potbelly pigs. Additionally I have two older French bulldogs who are house trained and very friendly, as well as two cane corsos who get along well with all animals including pony,goats, and pigs- they’re all pals! All of my animals are well-behaved , and I’ve often been told I should’ve been a vet or a dog trainer because of my love for animals. I have two separate backyards-one for the smaller dogs and one for the bigger ones. However I’m accustomed to rotating them due to my experience as a whelper. I know how to manage introducing new dogs and keeping them separate if needed.My dogs have access to indoors and outdoors, and they sleep in the house at night. I’ve set up set up my garage to be cozy and welcoming for dogs to stay in at night.

I recently transferred with my job from the East Coast to Utah, and now reside in Northern California and currently frequent the Humane Society to visit with the cats and dogs waiting for homes. Pet Sitting - I am able to walk them/feed in the mornings and after 5 p.m. Monday-Wednesday and Thursday - Sundays more frequently. I do prefer overnight pet sitting. About: I was raised on a ranch with all kinds of pets. I can't recall life without dogs we are so fortunate to have them in our lives they are unconditional in the love and affection they give . I was in dog rescue for 21 years as a foster. I had 7 dogs all were what was considered not able to be put in a home do to behavior issues the only option for these dogs was to be euthanized so I kept the rejects and had to stop rescue as to the inn was full and I still dog sat for the dogs that had been at my home until a new home was found . I have extensive experience with all types of dogs . I have a cat who pretends dogs do not exist so she just stays away, my cat was a ferel rescue cat and is now a fat and sassy house cat . I have a large home so have part of it sectioned off where her litter box and food are to keep dogs out of both . If I house sit I have experience with farm animals for feeding. I garden so watering is in my range. I'm home 80% of the time so I'm available. I may run a errand but that's about it . If weather permits and you have a road dog car rides with me are perfect. I spend a lot of my time cooking and blogging I cook for seniors in my community. If I'm gardening outside the dogs are welcome to be with me. I have a double lot so plenty of play room . Half of it is fenced for plenty of play room . I have a crate if needed . Your dog will have free roaming access in my home and allowed on the furniture . If I'm sitting your pet in your home it's your home and your rules that I follow . I have passed my Background check here on Rover to take care of your fur babies. I have passed my 2nd Government Background check to take care of children. I have passed my 3rd Goverment Background check to take care of elders . The point is I want you to be assured your fur babies are safe with me .

About: I grew up in a home filled with animals, so caring for furry family members has always come naturally to me. During the 7+ years I lived in Philadelphia, I taught at a large charter school and began house and pet sitting on the side for fellow teachers and staff. Over the years, I had the privilege of caring for so many sweet furry babies, including pets who needed extra attention, medication, and around-the-clock care. I truly grew attached to many of them and missed them dearly when my Philly chapter came to a close in 2024. If directed I can help with other farm projects. I have a pretty busy schedule, but can set aside time on my busy days for drop-ins. I am free to stay at the house with your pet on my off days! To paint a better picture for you of what my availability looks like, my schedule alternates between busy and free days every other day. About: Over 30 years of pet care experience! I’m the type of person that stops by the side of the road to save a lost animal. My dog is a swimmer, not a walker! I work from home, but have a very flexible schedule. Definitely looking for a morning walker and am open for home drop ins otherwise. Safety is key, it is summer right now so pets should be indoors most the day. Early morning or late evening walks are best. Check the ground temperature and do not walk your dogs when its hot!
