About: Hi, I grew up around several different animals of all sizes from rodents/reptiles to livestock/dogs. I have always had at least one dog in my life at all times. The more the merrier. I love all animals big and small. I worked at a kennel where I learned about boarding and training dogs for about a year and I have pet sat for about 15 years in grand total. I currently work at a pet store in Sutter Creek. I love being around dogs and training or even just hanging out and playing. I am a outdoorsy person. I have experience with livestock animals also. Horses, cattle, chickens, Lhamas, mini animals, donkeys. I have references also if you would like them. Our home is completely fenced and sits on 3 acres. We have two friendly german shepherds. I work part time so some days I am gone at work. But our 17 year old daughter is always home. We also go to church Sunday morning so we would be gone for a couple hours but otherwise we are always home. I care for pets in my home as I would my own. I have 3 German Shepherds. 10 months to 7 years old. As for in home pet sitting I would follow whatever routine you have set for your fur babies already so it would be easier on them.

About: I have always been in love with animals, and so from a young age I have always been the one to help a person babysit there fur babies if needed, and what better way to spend time making money, taking care of different amazing animals. It brings me pure joy!:) I am pretty flexible and could do it any day of the week, but I prefer not to do over nights unless you are gone for long periods of time. I always make sure that other peoples pets are comfortable with me, and have everything that they need, and more. One on one time with the animals are also important to me as the bond clicks faster. About: I've had two dogs of my own as an adult, grew up with family dogs, and regularly do walks and drop-ins for my neighbor's dog. Both of my boys were brachycephalic breeds, so I understand how much care that takes — I'm especially attentive to heat sensitivity, breathing, and pacing during walks, and I know how to read a dog's signals and adjust accordingly. I've taken several dog training classes, read several books on positive dog training, and understand a dog's body language and signals. I've also cared for both senior and sick dogs, including my English bulldog who lived to 12 and my Frenchie that I supported through IVDD and surgery. I'm currently between jobs at the moment, and both my kids are in school. I'm generally open from 9am to 4pm for drop-ins and walks. I am extremely cautious and respectful in people's homes, and sensitive to both to their privacy and their belongings. I don't even like opening the fridge in my siblings' own homes.

About: I have been a full-time puppy whelper for the past 8 years and come highly recommended with lots of references. I welcome all different breeds. I am always home. While I do have to pick up and drop off my children for their various sports and activities, it’s just a five minute drive away.I am always available. Plus, I’m attending school online from the comfort of my home. I live on 1 1/2 acres with a mini horse, two small goats that like to visit the neighbors and two potbelly pigs. Additionally I have two older French bulldogs who are house trained and very friendly, as well as two cane corsos who get along well with all animals including pony,goats, and pigs- they’re all pals! All of my animals are well-behaved , and I’ve often been told I should’ve been a vet or a dog trainer because of my love for animals. I have two separate backyards-one for the smaller dogs and one for the bigger ones. However I’m accustomed to rotating them due to my experience as a whelper. I know how to manage introducing new dogs and keeping them separate if needed.My dogs have access to indoors and outdoors, and they sleep in the house at night. About: I was raised on a ranch with all kinds of pets. I can't recall life without dogs we are so fortunate to have them in our lives they are unconditional in the love and affection they give . I was in dog rescue for 21 years as a foster. I had 7 dogs all were what was considered not able to be put in a home do to behavior issues the only option for these dogs was to be euthanized so I kept the rejects and had to stop rescue as to the inn was full and I still dog sat for the dogs that had been at my home until a new home was found . I have extensive experience with all types of dogs . I have a cat who pretends dogs do not exist so she just stays away, my cat was a ferel rescue cat and is now a fat and sassy house cat . I have a large home so have part of it sectioned off where her litter box and food are to keep dogs out of both . If I house sit I have experience with farm animals for feeding. I garden so watering is in my range. I'm home 80% of the time so I'm available. I may run a errand but that's about it . If weather permits and you have a road dog car rides with me are perfect. I spend a lot of my time cooking and blogging I cook for seniors in my community. If I'm gardening outside the dogs are welcome to be with me. I have a double lot so plenty of play room . Half of it is fenced for plenty of play room . I have a crate if needed . Your dog will have free roaming access in my home and allowed on the furniture . If I'm sitting your pet in your home it's your home and your rules that I follow . I have passed my Background check here on Rover to take care of your fur babies. I have passed my 2nd Government Background check to take care of children. I have passed my 3rd Goverment Background check to take care of elders . The point is I want you to be assured your fur babies are safe with me .

I recently transferred with my job from the East Coast to Utah, and now reside in Northern California and currently frequent the Humane Society to visit with the cats and dogs waiting for homes. About: For the past four years, I have raised and cared for chickens, lambs, and goats for our county fair. My responsibilities included feeding, cleaning pens, changing water, and walking and training each animal one to two times daily. I always made sure to dedicate consistent, quality time to properly train and care for each of my animals. While these are not the specific types of animals I would be caring for in this position, I believe this experience reflects my strong work ethic, responsibility, and ability to care for animals of all sizes and needs. In addition to my fair experience, I have had animals my entire life. Currently, I have three dogs and ten chickens at home, and I am responsible for their daily care, including feeding, cleaning, and overall needs. T is a few days where my hours may change, but overall I am available at all times of day every day to fit your needs. If there is fences at your home I will always be sure to lock and close them behind me if your pets are inside, I am also well versed in handling larger dogs/animals so I will not easily be pushed to the side if your pet is prone to doing so. I am confident in my animal handling skills and if your dog needs to be fenced in or crated I am confident I can do so.

About: Owner Away? I’ll Sit and Stay. I am willing to take care of your dog at my house or yours and have been an avid lover of our furry friends for as long as I can remember. Besides caring for dogs, cats, birds, fish and gerbils of my own in the past, I have been declared the animal whisperer in my family. I am currently a third-year student studying to create prosthetics for animals at Cal Poly University and volunteer with Guide Dogs for the Blind as well as two other organizations that foster and rehouse animals to their furrrever homes. I would love nothing more than the opportunity to meet with you and your pet to give them the best level of care while you're away and to help you feel confident in trusting to leave your fur baby with me. I am currently taking this quarter off of school to focus on work and so I have quite a bit of free time as my job only requires that I work from home. That being said, whatever availability is required to fit your needs, that is a department I am more than flexible to appease. Ideally, I would like to offer care in the client's home, whether that be pet/house sitting or just walking the dog. In that situation, I would be more than happy to take care of upkeeping the household if need be (i.e. water plants, take out the trash, pick up the mail, etc.) I live in an apartment complex where smaller animals are allowed so depending on the client's case, I can try to accommodate housing arrangements in my home instead.

About: I have always had a pet dog throughout my life, so being around dogs feels natural to me. Taking care of them has been part of my daily routine, from feeding and walking them to making sure they are happy and healthy. Over time, I’ve learned how to understand their behavior and needs, which has helped me build a strong connection with them. Dogs have always been an important part of my life, and I enjoy spending time with them and caring for them. I work from home and love the challenge of some dogs. I wake up at 5 and feed my own dog and do some work. After I usually take him out for walks through the day. I walk him about 2 miles and can also walk your own dog, just tell me and I can do it. I can also follow any strict dietary restrictions if your dogs requires it for food. After around 3 I am free and spend time with my dogs all day after and chill with him beside me. But, if your dogs requires sheds a lot, I can’t promise he will be sleeping with me or be laying on the couch, I have a specialized ginormous dog bed for he/she. I live in El Dorado Hills, so it is very hilly in some areas, including my home. I have a big dog kennel outside that is surrounded by a fence, while I have a large dog cage inside my house that can also be used. I also have a area for the dogs to run and play in my backyard.
