About: I had two dogs of my own for 16 years who have since passed. I took care of them from puppyhood to senior ages. I am attentive to the needs of dogs and I greatly enjoy them. I have walked neighbors dogs and have experience with dogs of all types and demeanors, from aggressive dogs and dogs that pull while walking to super happy go lucky dogs . I love them all. I currently am unemployed and do contract work when it comes, thus, I spend most days at home and have a lot of time to be with your pet. I am used to caring for dogs and planning my time around their needs. I typically walk dogs multiple times a day, for lengths depending on the dogs needs and abilities. I have a large grassy area near my apartment that dogs may run in, or we can walk to the beach to play.

About: No, I had already been working with cats at my job. I never had a pet. About two years ago I decided to adopt my first cat at the harbor shelter. That was an entire different experience than taking care of a dog. They’re mostly on their own, but they definitely love love and cuddles. Then a year later I was blessed with the second cat that my mom found on the street. This cat was a neonate kitten. I have never taken care of such a small kitten before, even in my own profession, the biggest cats that we see, or at least two months. This kid and was a couple of days old I managed to bottlefeed him and woke up at every meow, took him to work with me, and he survived and grow to be a phenomenal cat.

My dog is older and has special needs, in addition to pretty bad separation anxiety. My dog doesn't put up much of a fuss going to his house, which is a testament to how much he likes Armando, his wife, and Buddah! He was also very accomodating with the drop in visit- we had set up the TV to play while we were gone and it messed up, but he was willing to follow the instructions we sent to fix it so that the animals can have entertainment again! “Armando was terrific! My 35 lb 2-year-old had stitches and needed to be kept calm and supervised for a couple days that we were unable to stay home with him. Armando was available on short notice and asked the right questions about what sort of care was needed (one of his dogs had just gone through a similar experience). His dogs were very sweet and he took terrific care of my boy both days, lots of play and socialization while keeping it nice and easy. Stitches came out on schedule after and he's healing up nicely. About: I have taken care of dogs for 8 years now personally for friends, family and myself! I have a chihuahua/ shitzu mix who is 6 years old that I have raised since 7 weeks old and he is the best. My home is open & clean w/wood floors, but I have coverings & blankets on the floor & can accommodate beds or other comfort items / crates if you provide them. About: Growing up, I spent time helping and learning from my uncle, a professional dog walker! I assisted him on daily walks for years and cared for dogs of different shapes, sizes, and ages. About: Our pets are just an extension of our family. I grew up in a house with pets and farm animals. I may not have a ton of recent reviews, but I’ve been on Rover since 2019, and animals have always been my passion 🐾 I currently work as a relief veterinary assistant at CAMP LA in San Pedro and have been there for 5 years. Over that time, I’ve worked both full-time and part-time, gaining hands-on experience with a wide range of animals and medical care. I absolutely love what I do, and honestly, I’ll probably be more excited to meet your pet than they are to meet me 😅 During the weekdays, I’m a stay-at-home mom, so my little one is with me. Because of that, I do require pets to be very friendly and comfortable around a baby. She’s gentle and used to animals she treats our two cats like royalty. Current availability: Drop-in visits Dog walks (best for dogs ~40 lbs or under) For larger dogs or house sitting, I’m available during evening/night hours (around 8 PM–4 AM). Because I’m a stay-at-home mom during the day, pets need to be especially friendly if I’m caring for them while my child is awake. For evening/overnight services (after 8 PM), I’m able to care for pets on my own, but I still require them to be friendly and safe to handle. About: I have been a sitter for years. It’s just something I love to do because I love animals :) Once I got a fur family of my own (Dog & Cat) I thought it would be fun to be a sitter and do something I love. I always go the extra mile and create content, if the client approves. I work as a music producer and have tons of time for my animal friends! About: I have owned 6 dogs through my lifetime, two boxers (Chica and Bella), one fox terrier (Jack), a black mouth cur (Kimber), a pit bull mix (Charlie) and a one eyed Chihuahua (Zoe). I also owned a couple of fish (Cheeto and Elvis) as well as a ferret (also named Jack). I worked as a kennel technician, groomer (I bathed, blow dried and clipped nails only, (I did not cut hair) and a doggy daycare counselor as well! I know how to feed, water, walk, bathe, dry and give medications. Familiar with how to handle dogs in heat. My love for animals has always gone above and beyond, they deserve nothing less🩷 I have a lot of free time and a goal of starting dental school once I can afford it! If I can reach that goal by meeting and caring for your fur babies, it will be a blessing. I’m available anytime from 8:30 am to 10 pm any day of the week or weekend. I do ask for a 3-4 day notice in advance for appointments (scheduling or canceling) please and thank you! For coming to a clients home, I always ask questions and for detailed instructions of pet care. I will follow the schedule, measurements and rules made by the owner to a T. I make sure dogs are being well supervised as well as lots of pets, treats, cuddles and play time! I am able to take them on walks, give them baths, play, crate and respect the dog (or cat) and owners boundaries. Side note: I cannot do boarding in my own home due to roommates and their pets.

My care experience is based on learning from watching, reading online, or learning on my own experience how to proceed in careful matters. Availability comes great with me because I'm home with my fur baby of my own. My special skills are loving, playing with dogs, and keeping them happy always while spoiling them with my love or treats. haha. I also love to take photoshoots with my fur baby as I'm trying to own my business one day. I love teaching tricks, spending time walking with them, or just hanging out. I'm here for dogs. Dog lover is my passion. If I could own many dogs I would. I'm those extra helping hands. I am here for you! I can take them to play, walk, feed them, and potty/poop. I also can be there for your fur baby on weekends if you like to go out somewhere and have no worries. I'm here for you. About: I’ve rescued animals all my life on my own and with organizations and owned a boarding kennel for 15 years until retirement. Lots of experience. I am retired and love being in the company of animals in any fashion. Their happiness and comfort is my primary goal, whatever that entails. I will follow your guidelines on how to care for your fur baby to the letter. I know that activity, food and love are what’s important.
About: We live in a very dog friendly and safe neighborhood. I’m experienced in taking care of special needs dogs as well as non-special needs. If your pup is on a special diet, I have no problem weighing food. As well as administer any meds. I’m currently available to play, walk and take care of your pup. I can take your pup out to go potty every 2-4 hours. Taking care of pups needs is my first priority. I do ask that your dog(s) and cat(s) be current on flea medication and their vaccinations, just to safe as we go for walks around the neighborhood and/or parks.

About: I had two dogs of my own for 16 years who have since passed. I took care of them from puppyhood to senior ages. I am attentive to the needs of dogs and I greatly enjoy them.
