They even allowed Dante to sleep in their bedroom and relax on their living room couch. Annabelle and Ben have a large fenced-in yard where Dante was free to hang out and play with their very sweet pup Ranger. Dante also enjoyed fetching softballs from their kids and taking walks around their neighborhood. Annabelle and Ben were incredibly professional throughout the whole process. Annabelle invited me over for a meet and greet before booking and sent pictures daily while I was away. I could tell from the photos that Dante was very well taken care of. Dante came home calm and happy which is a true testament to the expert care that Annabelle and Ben provided. I will definitely use them again. In fact, I will be bringing Dante back in a few weeks!”

About: I’ve been a pet owner for 25 years. I use to be a zookeeper for 8 years and have worked with exotic animals for over 10. I have basic training skills and am good with large dogs. I am currently working part time and have most days free and evenings as well. Local neighborhood walks or pick ups would be ideal, but not necessary. I currently do not have any other pets. About: Since 2009, I have had dogs... I absolutely love them (and really all animals)! I cared for my two dogs until their passing at approximately 9 years of age since they were puppies. While in graduate school, I volunteered at the Oakland Animal Shelter for a few months taking care of pigeons, such as feeding them and cleaning their cages. So, if you have some unusual animals- I am open to taking care of them too! I also had a 2 week experience cat sitting for my cousin's senior cat by feeding/giving her water and general watching her. So, I have good experience with taking care of cats too although I have never had a cat personally. At the moment, I have my senior dog, Mr. Beau, an 11 year American Staff Terrier I adopted in 2023 at the shelter. While I was at the Oakland Animal Shelter, staff made it known that senior animals are the most often overlooked animals for adoption and that made me feel sad :( So once I was able to, I made it a mission to adopt a senior pup, and I am so happy and fulfilled with my decision. As with any senior (including humans), they come with special needs, such as different medications, loss of hearing, limited walking, increase in illnesses, etc. My dog has had many complications, but with my great patience with senior pups, I feel confident in taking care of their specific needs! I know what it is like to trust strangers with taking care of your pet- its scary! Mr. Beau has specific senior needs and is picking, so I hope my experience can make you feel more comfortable with choosing me to take care of your pet when you're away! Experience: senior dogs, puppies, cats, birds, or other types of pets. I am open-minded! I was laid off from my job at the end of June, so I while I am applying to full time work, I have time to take care of pets in the meantime to fill my weekly schedule! If your dog is crated at night or when left at home alone, their crate must be provided.

If you need to go out of town and you need someone to stay with your dog I can stay with your dog. Or if you need me to come few times a day to take your dog for a walk I can do that as well. If you need me to come and feed your dog due to your are out of town I will do that as well and play with her or him. I will walk your dog for 30 minutes each walk I know how to give meds to your dog and if you are too busy I will pick up and drop off your pet.
About: I have experience with dogs, cats and the occasional fish. I can handle senior dogs, puppies, medication and injections. I am an expert snuggler and give great belly rubs. “Alina was so wonderful. Our regular dogsitter had to cancel on us last minute. Alina came to the rescue and watched our dog for a 4 night stay. We were nervous to leave our senior dog (who has some special needs) with a brand new person. Usually we book an initial one-night stay with a sitter before doing anything more than 24 hours. It turns out we had nothing to be worried about. Alina checked in with us regularly and had very accurate descriptions of how our dog Bedu was settling in. By the end of her stay Bedu was in love. We brought home a very happy pup who was so well looked after, I can happily say she also had a little vacation herself. Alina’s residence is right next door to Petco, which was very convenient for us as we had forgotten to pack some supplies and stopped there on the way.”
