Wanda is in a nice neighborhood in Long beach which made us feel safe leaving our dog with her. About: In the past, I have volunteered for a cat rescue group known as 'Cats In Need.' Aiding in adoption days, I would set up crates filled with bedding, toys, blankets, litter boxes and water. About: I have two cats of my own, one I have been having my whole life, so 18+, the other one, he was a stray kitten, I took him in and I started taking care of him about 5-6 years ago. I recently got another cat a couple months ago from the shelter as well that I started taking care of.

About: We have both had dogs almost all of our lives. We have experience with puppies, young dogs, middle aged dogs and seniors. Having recently lost our last one (a Malti-Tzu) at the age of 15, we have even more senior experience, including injections, picky eaters, giving meds (pills, drops, foams, sprays, etc). One of us is almost always home, so your dog/s will usually have someone there giving them love and attention. We live in a quiet neighborhood with good sidewalks to get some good sniffs and walks in too. Working from home gives us plenty of time with your dog. Occasionally we will need to go run errands or to an appointment, so your dog would not be alone long, if that happens to overlap. We get up somewhat early, between 6-7:30 am, and can walk your dog/s then, and as needed throughout the day, along with a longer daily walk if your pup needs it, and then an evening walk around 8:00 pm, or whatever your dogs needs are. We like to tailor our care to your dog’s needs, be it more active and wanting more play time and walks, or more downtime and cuddles. We have dog beds, dog bowls, and general dog supplies, and just enjoy being with them and making them happy…and maybe even a little spoiling :)

About: My 16.5yr old MinPin passed recently and I miss her dearly. In order to fill the void I wanted to offer boarding services to others so they can experience the love and joy we have for our furry family members. “Christa was awesome! My dog Toby is pretty finicky, but she went above and beyond, going to the grocery store to get him cheese and other special treats and making sure he felt comfortable. He also gets itchy skin especially when he is nervous so she got him coconut oil to rub on his fur. She also took him on so many fun beach adventures and concerts in the park which I really appreciated. I was really happy with Christa! Would trust her again to take care of my Toby!”

About: i’ve worked with animals over 6 years I have pets of my own so I know that we just want the best for them. I’ve worked with huge pets and small pets and even some with medical conditions so if they need to be accommodated just let me know I am currently working part time so I will be updating my schedule constantly but I will be available on weekdays and even weekends . I want your pet to feel like their in a familiar space so whatever you do to make them feel comfortable I will do my best to match that
About: UW–Madison Kinesiology grad, now a medical student. I'm comfortable giving oral and injected meds, and I care for senior dogs. I've had Mamba, my Lab, for 6 years and I'm raising Cleo, my young Doberman/cattle dog mix, so I know high-energy pups. I'm on a flexible fall schedule and available Monday–Saturday any time for walks and drop-ins. Sundays I'm available for house sitting. You'll get photo updates every visit, and I'll keep your dog's feeding and potty routine exactly as you do it. On walks I use a secure leash and harness and check for heat and hazards. For boarding, your dog stays in a house with a small fenced dog run, one family at a time, crate-trained dogs only. My Lab Mamba is the only dog in the home, and I never leave dogs unsupervised with him until we've done a slow, supervised introduction.
About: We have both had dogs almost all of our lives. We have experience with puppies, young dogs, middle aged dogs and seniors. Having recently lost our last one (a Malti-Tzu) at the age of 15, we have even more senior experience, including injections, picky eaters, giving meds (pills, drops, foams, sprays, etc). One of us is almost always home, so your dog/s will usually have someone there giving them love and attention. We live in a quiet neighborhood with good sidewalks to get some good sniffs and walks in too. Working from home gives us plenty of time with your dog. Occasionally we will need to go run errands or to an appointment, so your dog would not be alone long, if that happens to overlap. We get up somewhat early, between 6-7:30 am, and can walk your dog/s then, and as needed throughout the day, along with a longer daily walk if your pup needs it, and then an evening walk around 8:00 pm, or whatever your dogs needs are. We like to tailor our care to your dog’s needs, be it more active and wanting more play time and walks, or more downtime and cuddles. We have dog beds, dog bowls, and general dog supplies, and just enjoy being with them and making them happy…and maybe even a little spoiling :)

About: I’ve cared for dogs and other pets for many years for family, friends, and neighbors. I’m comfortable feeding, walking, playing with, and checking in on pets while their owners are away. I treat every pet with patience, love, and attention and make sure they feel safe and comfortable in my care. I’m currently a stay at home mom and I spend plenty of time at home. Therefore, my availability for boarding your pet is flexible. I have a fenced yard and I can easily crate your dog if needed. I will supervise your pets and will follow the owner’s instructions.
