“Susana was amazing and very accommodating, she hosted my dog last minute and took great care of him! She provided frequent videos/pictures with updates on how he is doing since he doesn’t spend a lot of time away from home. She even tried hand feeding him when he wasn’t eating. Thank you Susana and your beautiful family for taking care of Kylo as if he was one of your own!”

“Amazing communication! She is such a sweet lady and took care of my baby as if she were her own. Thank you so much for the amazing care. I truly appreciate everything you did, and I highly recommend her!”

“Super chill Kevin is happy to accommodate. We were a last minute family-emergency type thing and he was glad to help us out. Not anxious about any quirks our baby had, observant and could see that she had chosen a safe spot and that’s where he set her things and food. Ten out of ten would totally recommend again.”

“Ilona did a wonderful job watching my Frenchie Snickers. It’s so hard to find reliable people and Ilona was a joy to work with and set my mind at ease. She sent adorable daily photos and updates, and I was able to relax and enjoy my trip knowing my boy was safe and sound.”

“Skylar is the best! Whether you need some help last minute or if it’s a regularly scheduled event, she is always so awesome to work with! Sends tons of pics and made sure my boy was happy throughout all of his stays:) highly recommended!”

“This was our first time dropping our puppies off with anyone. Tiffany and her family welcomed them in like they were part of their own family. She sent me pictures and kept me up to date with how they were doing. My puppies LOVED it there and loved Tiffany!! I will ask Tiffany to watch my puppies whenever possible!”

“Mae made my first time leaving my Frenchie with someone outside of family so easy and comforting. She and her family cared for her like their own and sent sweet updates throughout the weekend. I’m so grateful for Mae’s kindness and will definitely book with her again!”

“Stacey spoiled our little guy and even gave us a framed picture of him when we picked him up. We will ask Stacey to take of Harold from now on. He was very happy when we picked him up and adored her backyard and child.”

“AMAZING at her job. We had a situation where we needed our Uncles dog watched for 30 days and we found Melissa. She did an amazing job and even helped put Tiny on a diet. We felt very safe knowing Tiny was in good hands 🙌🏻 Highly recommend her !!!!!!!!”

“My dog had a great time during our absence. Robert sent videos and pictures to show how our furry baby was doing. We will avail of their services the next time we go out of town.”

“Great first experience leaving our baby! We got lots of pics throughout the week that made us feel at peace knowing he was having fun. Our pup had a great time and came back tired! Highly recommend them! Thanks again!”

“Ivy was amazing with Boomer. We had a last minute change in the schedule and she accommodated us right away, made special arrangements to have Boomer dropped off so we can make our flight. She sent us lots and lots of pictures and videos of Boomer all the time, and they always put a smile on the kids’ faces! We will most definitely use Ivy again, and refer her to all of our family and friends!”

About: I’ve spent nearly my whole life around animals, and I genuinely can’t imagine it any other way. Almost 30 years working with horses — training, rehabbing, and caring for them — taught me patience, how to read an animal’s body language, and how to stay calm when they’re not. That instinct carries straight over to dogs, cats, and just about anyone with fur. When your pet is with me, they’re not an obligation on a checklist. They’re company. I’ll keep their routine steady, give them the attention and exercise they need, and send you updates so you’re never wondering how they’re doing. Whether it’s an anxious rescue who needs a gentle hand or a high-energy goofball who needs a real walk, I’ve got them. Acton/Santa Clarita area. Reach out and tell me about your crew — I’d love to meet them. I work from home, so pets aren’t squeezed into the margins of my day — they’re part of it. My schedule is flexible, which means I can match your pet’s routine instead of forcing them into mine: morning walks, midday check-ins, feeding times, all of it stays consistent with what they’re used to. Between my own animals and my work with horses, caring for animals is already woven into every day. Adding your pet to that rhythm isn’t a stretch — it’s just one more member of the crew. I’m around throughout the day to keep an eye on things, so your pet gets steady attention rather than a quick drop-in and gone. In your home, my first priority is keeping your pet’s world exactly as they know it — same feeding spots, same walk routes, same routine. I don’t rearrange things or cut corners. I make sure doors, gates, and yards are secure before anything else, because a lot of trouble starts with a gate that didn’t latch. I keep your keys and access details private and treat your home with the same respect I’d want for mine. With animals themselves, decades of reading horses taught me to watch body language closely — I can tell when a pet is anxious, overstimulated, or not feeling right, and I adjust instead of pushing. New environments and unfamiliar dogs get introduced slowly and on the pet’s terms. I keep an eye on hazards most people miss: food left out, toxic plants, an open trash can, a fence gap. You’ll hear from me with updates and photos so you always know your pet is safe and settled. If something seems off health-wise, I’ll reach out right away rather than wait — and I’ll always have your vet’s info on hand just in case.

“Areli was super kind and took great care of our dog Charlie! She sent us lots of photos and updates while he stayed with her. Definitely recommend her to anyone needing boarding for their pets 💖”

“Laura took great care of my dog and even sent me pictures of Daisy several times so I could see she was happy. It was the first time we’ve ever left her with a non-family member, and I couldn’t have found a better place for her. I would definitely leave Daisy with her again!”

“Highly highly recommend! They take excellent care and are invested truly in taking great care of the dogs. This time my dogs were eager to get inside their house when they went for the weekend. Very lucky to have found them.”

“Absolutely the best cat sitter I've had on this app. She got along so well with our kitties, was able to deliver medicine to our elder Sassy cat (no easy feat), did the kitty chores diligently every time she was over, and the has the best price for her rate. Cannot recommend her enough!”

“Perla was a fantastic pet sitter. I was gone for a week, and she took excellent care of my four cats. The communication was great, and she kept me posted on the progress of my kitties daily. I highly recommend her services to anyone who needs pet care.”

About: I’ve spent most of my life caring for animals and have experience with cats of different ages, personalities, and comfort levels. I’m very comfortable with shy, independent, affectionate, senior, and more particular cats, and I understand that earning a cat’s trust often means giving them space and letting them come to you. I pay close attention to normal routines, appetite, litter box habits, behavior, and any subtle changes that may indicate a cat isn’t feeling like themselves. I’m also comfortable following detailed feeding instructions, administering routine care as directed, keeping litter areas clean, and maintaining the home while you’re away. Because I work remotely as a bookkeeper and tax preparer, I’m often able to spend much more time in the home than someone who is gone at work all day. I genuinely enjoy the quiet companionship of cats and am just as happy giving cuddles to a social cat as I am peacefully sharing space with one who prefers a little more independence.
About: I have 2 wonderful dogs myself so I understand wanting the best for your little friends. When it comes to caring for a pet it is very important that they be comfortable and have trust with the carer. I can provide a gentle touch like no other to make your furry friends feel loved and safe while you are away. For pet/house sitting it is best to meet before hand to make sure that the animal understands that you trust me so it's okay for them to trust me as well. I can provide as many walks and potty breaks and the dogs need to be comfortable. I do require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Walks start at 30 minutes per walk at $10 a walk for non holidays

About: I have had cats all my life and have experience with sitting for the cats of others as well. Currently I have 4 cats at home along with other animals, I enjoy caring for animals. I look forward to helping with your pet and all their needs!
“Amanda is awesome! She was very attentive and followed instructions precisely. She was also great at communicating every detail and asked for guidance whenever she faced an issue we hadn't addressed. I highly recommend her, and will use her again!”

“Jennifer did a great job taking care of my cat, Momo. Always on time and sent pictures throughout. Finding a new sitter after moving can be a little worrying but Jennifer was super kind and personable which eased any concerns. Will be rebooking soon. Thank you!”

“Trinity was thoughtful, considerate of our home and dogs, and did an absolutely wonderful job communicating and meeting our needs as dog owners while also nurturing our pups. She truly went above and beyond by leaving our home looking neat and giving our dogs excellent care. I especially appreciated all the photos and videos she shared. We have officially found our dog sitter!”

“Kristine is very professional working with our dog. She was gentle and careing and our dog became very close to her. Kristine was always attentive and on time. She was a blessing when I had an extended business meeting she was able to return and cover for me. In the future I would recommend hiring her again.thank you.”

“Kyle has a great energy that I know my dog really enjoyed! You can tell he is a dog lover, and also a good person in general. Will be requesting him again when needed. Thank you!”

“We could not be happier with the attention and care taken while we were away. This was our first time away from the cats, and their first time without us. When we returned they were happy, running around, tails in the air, and acting normal as if nothing different had happened. Maybe a little hurt they didn't seem to mind us being away, but that is all the better. We'll be back with Alyssa next years vacation, without any questions or hesitation.”

About: I have fostered and housed many kitties in need and found them great homes, I’m a kitty girl and I love them so much! I have 3 kitties of my own and I’m always the number one person my family and friends will call to come baby sit their animals ever since I was 15 :)
“Shannon took wonderful care of our cats while we were out of town. She was kind and calm, which made them feel comfortable immediately. Especially the more nervous one! She was receptive every time we reached out and always sent us sweet pictures so we knew our fur babies were happy and healthy. We will definitely book with her next time we go out of town!”

“First time using Kayla’s services and did not disappoint. Very thorough report cards and always on time. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again! Had no issues with multiple cats and one with complicated medical requirements and picky eating.”
About: I love dogs. I love animals in general but preferably dogs. I’ve worked at a dog grooming place for a year and I learned so much about dogs and the proper care they need. If I took care of someone else’s dogs I know for sure they’d be happy and safe in my house and neighborhood. I have a dog myself, I love him with all my heart and hope I can share my love towards anyone else’s dogs. My dog loves playing with other dogs so I know he’d get along with anyone else’s dog. I can even take all the dogs I’m taking care of to a dog park, a regular park, play fetch, give belly scratches, etc. And just give the love a dog needs. I am available all day and everyday. I would have time to babysit, walk, feed and do all that good stuff for your pup! ! I have a dog park near my house, and would gladly love to take anyone’s pup there and play fetch, run around with them or even introduce them to my pup.

“I would 100% recommend Areli to care for your fur baby! It was my first time leaving my boy and she went above and beyond to update me with photos and keep me informed. I will for certain be rebooking with Areli !!”

About: I have always had animals since I was a kid and I have always loved them! I love their unconditional connection with us. I have senior dog care and medication administering experience. I am trying something new in my career path, which will hopefully include your pet. I want to work with animals more and turn it into a career. I can't wait to get my steps in with your pet! I have an open schedule at this time. I'm looking to fill my week with regular walks, visits, and boarding. I have three daughters. My oldest actually works as a pet bather with Petsmart and my two younger daughters love animals as much as I do......I've been told by my oldest that I'm not allowed at the animals shelter anymore. 🤣🤣🤣 I live in a mobile home with a fenced yard. I have four of my own fur babies that are welcoming to new visitors. Depending on weather we may go for walks at the park and visit the dog park or play in the backyard or even the house with toys. But as long as it's not too hot or raining we hit the park and dog park.
“Chengcheng did an amazing job taking care of my dog while I was at work. She went on multiple walks, took her to the park, and even sent pictures of my babe throughout the day so I always knew what they were doing together. I highly recommend Chengcheng for any service she offers, you can rest assured your baby is in good hands.”

“Our dog has been going to Laura and Brian D. regularly for daycare and occasional overnight stays since March 2025. He always has a blast when he goes there, which I’m able to see from the great photos they send me. I love that he has so much fun with such a cool group of dogs! We had an unexpected family crisis this past week, involving me to spend long stays in the emergency room. The one day of daycare I’d scheduled turned out to be a 3-night stay for our dog. Laura and Brian were so incredibly kind and supportive, making accommodations as my ER stay became longer and longer. I appreciate them so much, and am so glad I found them!”

“Tina is an absolute gem. I left my little Ruby in Tina's care for a few hours to ensure Millie and Ruby got along well enough for a much longer stay coming up soon. It could not have gone better! I am so glad I chose Tina, she met and exceeded all of my expectations.”

“We’ve never boarded our beagle before and we’re unsure what to expect. Stacey was great with our dog. Spent time playing with him and sent us pictures and video. Her home is set up well for taking care of dogs, with lots of toys and a nice fenced backyard. We look forward to boarding our dog there again!”

About: I have had dogs my entire life and love and treat them as my own children. They are a man’s best friend. They light up your day and take the stress away. I daily take them out on walks and feed accordingly. I am a stay at home mom with 20 plus retail Experience. I have decided to retire from sales. Now my focus is taking care of your pets if you are out of town, need a day sitter, etc. I have a fenced back yard, but I never allow pets out there unless I am beside them. I walk dogs on a leash. Play with them throughout the day.
About: Hi my name is Alexis I'm a full time college student and I nanny as well as pet sit. With that being said, I've always loved all fur babies and started dog sitting locally overnight about 4 years ago. I now help with dog sitting during my stay with clients while being a nanny. Occasionally I will also volunteer and dog walk at Rock and Rescue adoption center in Woodland Hills when I have free time after school. Additionally, I will help a friend of mine who has her own dog walking business walk the dogs and spend time with them if needed. I am hoping to meet you and your fur baby soon and I can't wait to hear back from you! Thank you.
“Melisa was amazing, offered to even meet prior to the arrangement and took wonderful care of our pup. We will be using her in the future, glad we found her. Very responsive and flexible.”

“We needed a dog sitter asap while we got our kitchen demolished for renovation. Our 9 month old Shepherd mix had a great time. He played with her dog, he was walked and he took naps throughout the day. I was updated with pictures and videos. It assured our family to know he was in good hands. Thank you so much Elena ❤️ Look forward to bringing our puppy back again when we need your services.”

“Laura was very nice in assuring me my dogs would be well taken care of during my day away. I was able to enjoy my day out with my family and felt like I didn’t need to worry about my anxious dogs. The dogs seemed happy when I came to pick them up! Often times when my German Shepherd mix is left without me, her eyes turn red due to anxiety. When I picked her up today, her eyes were nice and clear, which tells me she was comfortable. Laura had great communication with me through the day and sent cute photos! 10 mins after I brought my dogs home they were knocked out! I know my girls are EXTREME HANDFULS, I appreciate you caring for them. Thank you so much Laura!”

About: I’ve had private clients over the past two years consistent of house sitting and dog walking. Moving to a new area and switching to Rover to meet new pets to care for. I currently have open weekends and work a 9/80 schedule allowing me to be off every other Friday and available to help your pets! About: Hi, I’m Josselyn! 🐾❤️ I’ve been caring for animals for as long as I can remember. While living in Bakersfield, I saw firsthand how many stray and neglected animals needed someone to stop and care. I couldn’t just drive past. I would stop for dogs wandering the streets, provide food and fresh water, check for injuries, and do everything I could to get them somewhere safe. Whenever possible, I helped connect them with rescues, foster families, or loving forever homes. If you looked in my car, you’d probably find a bag of dog food, extra water, treats, and a leash because helping animals isn’t something I turn on and off; it’s simply who I am. Some of the most meaningful moments for me have been watching an animal go from scared, hungry, or unsure to safe, happy, and loved. That’s when I realized caring for animals isn’t just something I enjoy—it’s something that comes naturally to me. Along with caring for my own dogs and cats, I’ve also provided dog walking and pet sitting for others. I’ve cared for dogs with all kinds of personalities, energy levels, ages, and needs. Whether your pup is shy and needs time to warm up, playful and full of energy, or a senior who needs extra patience and gentle care, I take the time to understand them and make them feel comfortable. I’m also very active, so if your dog loves long walks, jogging, hiking, or getting their energy out, I’ll happily keep up! If they prefer a slower, relaxed walk with plenty of sniffing and attention, I’m just as happy to go at their pace. Every dog is different, and I believe their care should be personalized to who they are. What truly sets me apart is that I don’t see this as just a job. I was caring for animals long before joining Rover. I treat every pet as if they were my own—with patience, kindness, respect, and lots of love. When you trust me with your pet, my goal is simple: for you to have peace of mind knowing your best friend is safe, happy, comfortable, and genuinely cared for while you’re away. Because to me, they’re not “just pets.” They’re family. 🐾❤️ I can’t wait to meet you and your furry family member! Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because it's something I truly enjoy. I currently work two part-time jobs, which gives me a flexible schedule with availability most mornings, afternoon, evenings, and weekends. Whether your dog enjoys a relaxing walk, an active run, or just some extra love and attention, I'm happy to tailor my care to their needs while providing dependable, consistent service you can count on. Your pet's safety, comfort, and well being are always my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet's routine, personality, and any special instructions so I can provide care that's consistent and personalized. Whether I'm in your home or out on a walk, I'll make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for. I'll also keep you updated with photos and messages, so you can have peace of mind knowing your furry family member is in caring and dependable hands.
“Great communication with lots of pictures of bacon on walks. She really took care of him like he was her own dog. I will definitely be requesting more walks from Alyssa.”

About: I love all animals even the initially intimidating ones. I know how to read animals signals and access their comfort level. I give each pet the time it needs to get comfortable so that I can establish a relationship of trust. I'm nether a cat person or a dog person or a tortoise person for that matter, I love all pets equally. I've taken care of virtually every kind of house, pet (including my aunt's chinchilla) thank you got something I haven't seen before? Bring it on. I'm ready for it all. I don't consider taking care of pets to be at shore or work. I take care of them because they take care of me. They keep me calm and grounded, even when things are at their most chaotic. First things first, I treat each animal as if it were my own. I make sure to give each pet the attention it deserves. Upon first introduction and the patients to let it get comfortable when needed. From there I'm happy to take care of any special requests you might require for your pet.

I truly love dogs and enjoy spending time with them, whether it's going for walks, playing, or simply keeping them company. I recently graduated from college, which means I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of free time to dedicate to caring for your pets. This allows me to provide reliable attention, supervision, and companionship to ensure your dog feels comfortable and cared for while you're away. I understand that pets are family, and I will treat your dog with the same love, kindness, and care that I would give my own. My goal is to make sure your dog feels safe, happy, and loved at all times. I am responsible, trustworthy, and committed to providing a positive experience for both you and your pet. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member! Since I recently graduated from college, I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability throughout the week. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I enjoy staying active and spending time with animals. I am available for walks, drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, and providing companionship during both weekdays and weekends. I can easily adjust my schedule to meet your pet's needs and make sure they receive the attention, care, and love they deserve while you are away. The safety and well-being of every pet is my top priority. I have my own dog, who is a beloved member of my family, so I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet. Caring for my own dog has given me experience with daily feeding routines, walks, exercise, playtime, and providing lots of love and attention.
About: I grew up with pets and currently have my own pets, teaching my daughter proper responsibility and behavior with animals. We fully incorporate them into our family, and love and care for all living things! We love pets! I work a very flexible schedule, working a max of 3 days a week. I find at least 45 minutes a day to walk my pets so understand the need for animals to get out of the house, sniff, potty, and see new environments during the day. Our pets are fully incorporated into our home and our family. They are allowed inside, get at least one walk a day, but strive for 2, their health is maintained and prioritized, and Safety for my pets, other peoples pets, and the owners is always a priority.
About: I’ve had dogs since I was a little kid! As an adult, I have been dubbed a certified “dog lady” by my friends. Love to babysit and watch friends and families pets when needed! I also have experience volunteering at various dog rescues around Los Angeles! I have a flexible work-from-home job and am able to watch pets when need be. Currently have an adorable rescue dog who lives with me in my apartment! Trust is very important to me! Your pet is my #1 priority and want to make sure you feel comfortable leaving them in my care!
“Sarah is wonderful with my dog Nala. I think Nala looks forward to her walks with her. It helps to have someone reliable to come by and spend time with Nala while I am at work.”

“Great first experience leaving our baby! We got lots of pics throughout the week that made us feel at peace knowing he was having fun. Our pup had a great time and came back tired! Highly recommend them! Thanks again!”

“The only difficult part of writing this review is finding enough good things to say about Elena. Every interaction, from my first communication to picking up Puck after his stay, conveyed both a love of animals and professionalism. We met first in a local park for a meet and greet, where Elena and I chatted and her daughter played with Puck. I felt really comfortable with Elena’s easy manner and the questions she asked to ensure that Puck would be happy with them. I left in confidence when I dropped Puck off, and the photos she sent made it clear that Puck was happy and well cared for. Her daughter makes for a wonderful added bonus; Elena told me when I picked him up that her daughter made a fort for them, and it was clear in the pics that Puck received lots of play time with his favorite toys. When I picked up Puck after his stay, he was of course happy to see me, but not overcome with nervousness or anxiety. I could see that he felt safe and loved in Elena’s home. When I arrived home, he slipped right back into normal routines without needing decompression time. Thank you, Elena, for providing Puck with a warm and loving home-away-from-home.”

“Anh & William are great!! They’ve watched our dog multiple times and he always enjoys going there. They are great communicators and always send lots of photos. I highly recommend booking them to watch your fur baby!”

“Shayna did a wonderful job taking care of Maru and was so patient given my dog’s high fear and anxiety with strangers. She was very knowledgeable and gave us great pointers. She also sent us a ton of pictures and videos throughout our trip, which helped ease our anxiety!”

“Melissa and her family provided my dog with excellent care and support during her stay with them. My dog was embraced as being part of Melissa’s family. Melissa took the time to write status notes and periodically send videos and photos of my dog. This helped ease any anxiety associated with leaving my dog with a dog sitter.”

“I had an amazing experience with Leslie and her family for our pet’s care for 4 full days and 3 nights. Leslie is on top of her communications, very considerate, great with dogs, knowledgeable and experienced. Our dog got along well with the family as well as their two pets, which gave us a lot of relief in knowing that she is just living in another home for sometime and is loved by them while we are away. My dog is 10/11 months old and has a lot of energy as she is a puppy. However, Leslie acknowledged the fact and gave us assurance that it will be all good. With a list of tips, commands and her own intuitions, she took a great care of our pet and will surely be recommending her services to others as well.”

“Great with my dog Austin, felt like I left him with family the way I got daily updates and occasional photos. I’m glad I found a home away from home for my soul dog”

“Kayla was so sweet and took such great care of my dog! She communicated with me throughout the whole time and made me feel completely comfortable leaving my dog with her. You can tell she genuinely cares, and I would definitely trust her again in the future. Highly recommend!”

“Cindy and Hans were absolutely incredible with our dog, Cooper. From the moment we picked him up, it was clear he had completely fallen head over heels for Cindy… he followed her everywhere like her little shadow! It honestly warmed my heart to see how comfortable and happy he was with them. They treated Cooper like he was their own, and it showed in every way. When it was time to go home, I swear he looked a little sad to leave because he loved being with Cindy and Hans so much! As a dog parent, there is nothing better than knowing your pup is not just cared for, but truly loved while you’re away. We feel so lucky to have found Cindy and Hans. If you’re looking for people who will treat your dog like family, you couldn’t ask for better. Cooper can’t wait for his next visit! Sara & Ari”
