About: I’m a dog mom of two chihuahuas, although I love cats as well! I’ve had my first fur baby since I was 11, the other for a little over a year ago. I love taking them on adventures, pampering them, & of course giving them all the love! I can assure you, your fur babies are safe with me. I work weekends to make ends meet for school! I’m currently attending Paul Mitchell The School in Temecula 3 days a week (wed-friday). I am available for pet sitting after school/work as well as my days off (monday & tuesday). About: I am comfortable around most animals and have spent most of my life with all kinds of pets. In the past I have volunteered at Animal Haven Shelter in NYC and have volunteered at Humane Society in Delray Beach, FL. Most recently, in my volunteer position at animal haven I was responsible for walking dogs of all ages and sizes as well as feeding and socializing them. I have done homestays for friends as well as family and clients here on Rover. I’m used to being in new environments frequently and will adapt to whatever routine you have set for your fur babies. I have a fully fenced yard with one exterior entry/exit that is secured at all times. This gives dogs lots of time outside. I will also keep your dog in the kitchen, where I spend the majority of my time cooking and teaching my daughter kindergarten + computer work at the kitchen table. Your pup will also enjoy the walks around the neighborhood, which includes a lot of trees and nature.

I have cared for many different kinds of animals in my life, some of which include dogs,cats,birds,mice,rabbits,guinea pigs,fish,snakes,goats,chickens and now pot belly pigs. We love making homemade treats in our house so I am currently taking some pet nutrition classes to safely make special dietary treats. I am comfortable with all ages and sizes. I would be more than happy to meet you before any final decisions are made so that we can discuss everything there is to know about your pet. I have experience with different illnesses and medications from working with a rescue where I adopted my own angel with a neurological disorder. We absolutely adore pets and I can promise you that you and your baby will be treated like family. I am a stay at home wife that is taking pet nutrition and business classes so I could someday open my own pet boutique where everything is homemade. I promise no potty breaks will be missed and your baby gets all the love and cuddles they can handle. 😊 We have dogs, cats and pot belly pigs for your pet to play with in our fenced yard but we also have big crates for separation if needed. Your baby will be allowed on our furniture to sleep and get cuddles unless you say otherwise lol we do love our snuggles.
About: Growing up in South Africa, going on safari was a significant part of my culture, and my love for animals has been ingrained in me from a young age. After the loss of my beloved 20-year-old cat, I found joy in walking and playing with a neighbor's Husky, helping to fill that void. Currently, I don't have any pets of my own, so your furry friend will be my top priority and cherished companion until you return. I moved to the mountains five years ago and work primarily from home, allowing me to provide plenty of attention and care. I am very hands-on, with a wealth of love to give, and I have a natural knack for connecting with animals. My cat used to snuggle with me every night, and I can't wait to welcome more little fur-balls into my life to cuddle. My standard nightly rate includes up to 2 pets. In addition to my passion for animals, I have completed a cat and dog CPR certification course through the Red Cross, ensuring that I am prepared for unexpected situations that may arise. I also hold my own liability insurance underwritten by Lloyds of London, separate from Rover's insurance, giving you peace of mind while your pet is in my care. Furthermore, I have successfully passed an enhanced background check by a third-party provider. Animals are my passion, and I feel incredibly grateful to live in the mountains, surrounded by all the beautiful wildlife. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member/s! Pets need love, security and re-assurance when their human parents are on vacation. That is why I prefer to house sit. I can also just drop in for feedings and walks if you are more comfortable with that. I will treat your fur babies with love and respect and give them lots of play and cuddle time! Your wish is my command and I will follow any special instructions or routines you may have.
About: I have had family dogs growing up and as well as into adulthood and around my daughter. My dog passed a couple years ago and I thought I could give back to the pet community. I have my own business so I can set my own schedule which allows me to work around the schedule that you need. My business is local on the mountain so I am up and around the area. I care for the pets the way that you need. I will ask questions and find out from you how best to care for them and their needs. I then write those details down and remember them on the follow up visits.

About: I have over 40 years experience caring for dogs (most of my life), from young to old, big to small, in all stages of health, and various temperaments. I believe dogs are an integral part of the family, and if you're not going to spoil your pets, you shouldn't have one. “Karina was great. We got updates on all of our dog Calvin's walks, and pictures were great to have too. Calvin has a new friend and Karina definitely spoiled him with longer walks and attention. Calvin can be a bit anxious but took to Karina right away. It was comforting to know that we could count on her to take Calvin out at the prescribed times and didn't have to worry. This was Calvin's first time with a dog walker (he used to go to a pet boarding facility) and we felt he would be more comfortable staying in his own home - with Karina's help, that turned out to be just the right thing to do! In the future, we'll definitely use Karina whenever she's available!”
About: We are both huge animal lovers. Both having animals in our care at a very young age. These animals included dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, lizards, horses, cattle, lambs, and goats. Kristina has works at many Humane Societies where she got hand on experience working with w cats of all temperaments and sizes. We reside in the beautiful Lake Arrowhead so we can take your pup for a dip in the water or for a scenic hike! I have a huge fenced yard your fur baby would love to explore. I work from home so your pet with have 24hr supervision while in our care! We will either be cuddled up or playing with your pup, they will NEVER be left alone I have a huge fenced yards. I do have dogs but will keep them separated unless asked otherwise by pet parent. Pets are allowed inside and on the furniture!

From fish to iguanas and to even some guinea pigs. My most recent pets I have are 2, 6 year old Cocker Spaniels.
