About: Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to cat sit and dog sit. I’ve always had cats my whole life and in love with all animals, am happy take care and spend time with animals. I work part time at home as an artist, so I have plenty of time to take care of pets here and give them my undivided attention. I own a Siamese cat at home, she will give your pet a new buddy to play with. I have a backdoor screen, can have it open so pets can go freely to the back deck to be in nature. I live amidst trees in the forest, so I can take a walk to my backyard and explore the forest. I have a 1000sq house, your pet will have enough space to roam around and play.

Your dog will be loved and well taken care of not only by me but my whole family. I have 2 goldendoodles that I got as puppies and potty trained them as well as taught them basic commands. I do not allow pets outside, even my fenced yard, without me outside with them. We never have visitors so an opened gate will never be a problem, because our gates are always shut. Your animals will be loved as if it were one of our own. If an overnight stay and they are used to sleeping with a human, myself or my child will be more than happy to comfort them throughout the night. They will be so spoiled, loved, and extremely well taken care of. I work less than part-time from home. I am always available and can fit in your pets needs at any time. Your pet will fit right into my daily life. I have a fenced in yard, and your animal will not be allowed outside at any time alone, I will always be with them for potty time. I have 2 goldendoodles of my own, who are extremetly shy and skittish of people, but love other dogs. I can crate your animal if you prefer, but they are also free to roam around and be loved on. If your pets prefer not to be around other pets, I can block off part of my home so my dogs are separated from yours.

I am a ‘Stay at Home’ Mom, currently homeschooling my 6 year old daughter through a fantastic charter school. I make my own schedule and can easily accommodate your pet’s schedule into my own. My daughter is very well-behaved, with an easy going disposition, which makes animals love her. My husband also loves all animals, but will not be care-taking for your animals, as he is works full time. I will be the full-time caretaker of your beloved fur-friends. I have 2 portions to my property . One side is fenced on a hillside with a small astro-turfed area for potty breaks. The other side is open with a small water fall and full Astro turf. This gives dogs lots of time outside. I will also keep your dog in the kitchen, where I spend the majority of my time cooking and teaching my daughter kindergarten + computer work at the kitchen table. Your pup will also enjoy the walks around the neighborhood, which includes a lot of trees and nature.

About: I am comfortable around most animals and have spent most of my life with all kinds of pets. In the past I have volunteered at Animal Haven Shelter in NYC and have volunteered at Humane Society in Delray Beach, FL. Most recently, in my volunteer position at animal haven I was responsible for walking dogs of all ages and sizes as well as feeding and socializing them. I have done homestays for friends as well as family and clients here on Rover. I’m used to being in new environments frequently and will adapt to whatever routine you have set for your fur babies. I have a fully fenced yard with one exterior entry/exit that is secured at all times. This was Calvin's first time with a dog walker (he used to go to a pet boarding facility) and we felt he would be more comfortable staying in his own home - with Karina's help, that turned out to be just the right thing to do! After the loss of my beloved 20-year-old cat, I found joy in walking and playing with a neighbor's Husky, helping to fill that void. Currently, I don't have any pets of my own, so your furry friend will be my top priority and cherished companion until you return. I moved to the mountains five years ago and work primarily from home, allowing me to provide plenty of attention and care. I am very hands-on, with a wealth of love to give, and I have a natural knack for connecting with animals. My cat used to snuggle with me every night, and I can't wait to welcome more little fur-balls into my life to cuddle. My standard nightly rate includes up to 2 pets. In addition to my passion for animals, I have completed a cat and dog CPR certification course through the Red Cross, ensuring that I am prepared for unexpected situations that may arise. I also hold my own liability insurance underwritten by Lloyds of London, separate from Rover's insurance, giving you peace of mind while your pet is in my care. Furthermore, I have successfully passed an enhanced background check by a third-party provider. Animals are my passion, and I feel incredibly grateful to live in the mountains, surrounded by all the beautiful wildlife. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member/s! Pets need love, security and re-assurance when their human parents are on vacation. That is why I prefer to house sit. I have 2 portions to my property . One side is fenced on a hillside with a small astro-turfed area for potty breaks. The other side is open with a small water fall and full Astro turf. This gives dogs lots of time outside. I will also keep your dog in the kitchen, where I spend the majority of my time cooking and teaching my daughter kindergarten + computer work at the kitchen table. I can take your pet out as often as you require and I can transport dogs to the dog park if that is okay. I also have extra feeding and water bowls, as well as toys and treats for any dog I am sitting. I also have a fenced yard.

I am self employed and normally have freedom with my time. This allows for great care and running of the dogs who need daily exercise. I am available for short term boarding and wilderness exercise.
