About: I’ve cared for cats my whole life, including rescues and shy kitties. I grew up with two stray kittens, one I bottle-fed and the other I found as a child. I also cat-sat for neighbors from middle school through high school. In college, I fostered a very shy, formerly stray cat, and with lots of love and patience, he eventually came out of his shell. I ended up adopting him and he now sleeps in my bed, follows me everywhere, and is happy and affectionate. About: I currently have three dogs, a golden retriver, a dachshund mix, and a golden retriver german shepard mixed puppy. I have grown up around dogs and many kinds of animals. Since I was young I have taken care of my dogs, I walk, feed, and clean them. Additionally, I know how to handle a difficult dog becuase my recently deceased lab mix had some behavioral issues which I think is important because not all dogs are easy to walk. I'm currently a college student home for the summer. I'm essentially a sitting duck right now, meaning my schedule is wide open. I can come in the morning, night, or afternoon. I make sure to walk my dogs at least once a day but I try to make it twice a day. I feed and weight my dogs food before giving it to them, and make sure to feed them at the same time everyday. I am very good with dogs and respectful of peoples homes and make sure to keep my own home clean while having three dogs.

About: Taking care of any type of dog is something that I always look forward to doing, and I have been doing it for friends, family, and more for most of my life. I am mostly focusing on school, but when I am free, spending time with dogs is something that I have always been interested in. I want to do something that I enjoy instead of a boring, behind the counter job. At my house, my whole front yard is gated, and has a grass area that is perfect for any type of dog, no matter the size. I am perfectly fine at following instructions given by the owner that will best benefit the dog while he/she is my responsibility.

Cats are fed separately in the kitchen, with their food placed on furniture to keep is safe from curious dogs. For hydration, I have a water fountain for the cats and a water dispenser for the dogs, both inside and outside for the dogs. When needed, I can easily crate your dog at night; my boxer is crate trained but prefers to sleep freely now. I require that you bring your dog and cat with their own bed, food, and treats, ensuring they feel comfortable. Additionally, It's essential that all pets have a collar with a tag and a leash for safety. This structured approach helps create a harmonious atmosphere for all furry friends in my care.

“I last minute needed to schedule a sitter for Bentley, I reached out to Ashton and Jay. They were very responsive, quickly set up a meet and greet. Jay was awesome, he was very chill, he had great energy Bentley and I felt comfortable with him almost immediately. Unfortunately I did not meet Ashton during this stay however; Jay sent updates to let me know my baby was doing great. Bentley is very spoiled and will sometimes decide not to eat the first day that I leave her, the fact that she ate so well for Jay told me she was very comfortable there!
