“This was our first time boarding our kitty with a sitter and we had the best experience with Xiaoying. From the beginning and until we picked up our kitty, communication with Xiaoying was fantastic. She was very prompt in answering all my questions and really put me at ease. Throughout the stay, we received regular updates and photos, which made us feel confident that our kitty was in great hands. Xiaoying also took time and care to introduce our kitty to her own beautiful cats. I want to point out that a definite plus for me was that Xiaoying’s home is immaculate and my kitty had her own room. It was obvious that Xiaoying genuinely cared and went above and beyond to make our kitty feel comfortable and at home. She was very attentive to our kitty’s needs including her water intake, bathroom habits and her diet. At one point, my kiddos were afraid our kitty wouldn’t want to come home, that she was too comfortable at Xiaoying’s. When we picked her up, our kitty was relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be booking again in the future. Highly recommend!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for more than 7 years, from puppy to senior dogs, including fostering dogs from shelter. I love spending time with them and get to know more about doggies every day. Not only is her home pristine, cozy, and in a lovely safe neighborhood with lots of grass and greenery for pups to roam and sniff, but she has such a warmth about her that shows in her care for our dogs. She is observant of our dogs needs and followed all of our feeding and walking instructions. She is also communicative with any concerns that came up along the way and was great about sending us photos and updates of how our furbabies were doing each day. So happy to have found her and would not hesitate to book with her again!”

“Hsin was an amazing sitter for our dog! She is thoughtful and detail-oriented. Her experience with fostering dogs is hugely helpful in caring for dogs who require above-average attention, like ours who needed medication and also struggles with separation anxiety. From the first meeting I could tell that my dog liked her, as he immediately laid down near her and went to sleep, which he almost never does, and her calm demeanor helped put him (and me) at ease. About: I have taken care of animals since I was a kid! I love meeting new animals and caring for them. My experience ranges from boarding animals for 7 days, to doing stop-by visits multiple times per day. I not only love animals but I love giving families the peace of mind that their animal is in good hands. I’m a very caring mother and pet owner who is diligent and flexible. Having pets of my own my whole life, I’ve learned how to care for, engage and love all sorts of animals. I’m looking for families that need help either as a one-time getaway or on a regular basis!
