My daily routine already includes caring for dogs. I run a small mobile dog grooming business, so I am used to being around pets every day. About: I am a physically active recent retiree and capable dog lover who recently lost my beloved Wheaten Terrier after 11 great years with him, so I'm well able to care for your very active or senior dog that might have special dietary or physical needs. I'm recently retired and home every day, so I have lots of time to care for your pet. Drop-off and pick-up very flexible every day and evening. Although we have a securely fenced and paved back yard, it contains a swimming pool, so we kept our own pet indoors or on our fenced in, covered deck/patio which is also secure. We have a large dog crate which our dog slept in every night, but this is flexible depending on your own dog's sleeping preferences. I do not let pets sleep on my bed. We live on a very quiet street with no 'through' traffic, so it's easy to walk your dog regularly without risking encounters with other pets. Our own dog was not comfortable around other dogs and this was easy for us to manage.

Unfortunately, as she aged, she got really sick and I lovingly cared for her until her passing. I then had another dog, who was my life before children. About: I’ve owned pets all my life. I had a dearly loved dog that I saw through from puppyhood all the way to thirteen years old when she passed from cancer. I’ve had two cats since they were kittens, one of which had hyperthyroidism which required daily treatments. He has since passed away from kidney failure at seventeen. About: I have one dog, who is 7 years old and three cats and they are between the ages of 12-14. By having all these animals, I have a full understanding on how and why it is important to take care of your pets. I recently just graduated college and currently, I am in the process of finding a post graduate job! This job will give me the chance to take a break from staring at the screen, and have fun with many pets! I understand that every animal has their own personality. I will definitely take note on what the pet's likes and dislikes are. In my own home, I have a gated backyard with a friendly dog. I would be happy to keep them away from each other if needed.

They took great care of our pup Kiwi, who can be anxious and slow to warm up to people, and they understood that Kiwi needs to go at her own pace. Upon handoff, they immediately took her for a quick walk around the block which helped ease the transition, and by that evening, Kiwi was comfortable and asking for pets. Katie and Jason are quick to respond and kept us updated with both many adorable photos and brief recaps of walks or fun things that happened in the home. They accommodated our late pickup time with no fuss and had everything prepared: the bowls were washed and dried, and the blanket was folded. Highly recommend these two! “The family of Zicheng and Kennedy took care of Minnie so well. It was such a life saver during our long trip to know that Minnie was at good hand . “Data, my 100 pound German Shepherd, usually stays with his girlfriend Repunzel when I am out of town but She was sick so I searched Rover for sitter. Evie’s location was nearby and when I stopped by for a visit I was impressed with the large amount of lawn area for Data to explore. Evie kept me up to date with pictures and activity reports which I greatly appreciated. I’ll be going on vacation this summer and will be using Evie again.”

A lot of boarders overlook that extra care, so I really appreciated it. Molly’s eyes looked so clean and well cared for when I picked her up. Jennifer also kept me updated throughout the weekend with pictures and videos, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. She was very accommodating and understanding when my flight was delayed as well.
