“Banksy had an amazing time at Luna's and loved playing with Jim. I felt extremely comfortable leaving Banksy with Luna, based on the questions she asked about Banksy, her attention to detail about his needs and safety, and just her kind warm personality! I loved the pictures each day. I wholeheartedly recommend Luna and will definitely be having her watch Banksy again!”

About: I've had pets most of my life. When I was born, my mom had three Cocker Spaniels. Over the years, I have had several large breed dogs and one small dog. I enjoy spending time hiking and training my own dog and others. Over the last several years, I have been helping my son with his pet care business, so I have had a lot of experience boarding pets. I am a retired teacher, so I am home most of the time. I do run some errands during the day or am out walking dogs. Most of our guest dogs stay in the living room where we spend most of our time. I have a fenced yard, a Standard Poodle that is very used to having guest dogs in my home, and three cats that live upstairs.
“Ross, Melissa, and Millie were the best sitters we could ask for! We received constant photo updates and they loved on our pups as if they were their own! Our dogs were sad to leave and we could tell from all the photos, walks, and adventures that they had an absolute blast. Would absolutely rebook again when we are out of town and need a sitter!”

“Hope was recommended to us by another great Rover sitter, and we are really grateful. Hope is so friendly and knowledgeable about dogs and their behavior. She made Coconut comfortable immediately. Her little dog Rocky is adorable and super friendly. Coconut loved going for walks and playing with Rocky's toys. Hope was great with sending text updates as well as photos and videos. Here's hoping Hope doesn't get too busy to have room for Coconut the next time we need her!”

“It was a roller-coaster at first, previous bookie canceled at the last moment so we had to scramble to find another sitter, flight was leaving in 2hrs. She accepted we have never been separated longer than a work day. Anna was/IS great!! She took great care of Aries sent plenty of pix and had us at ease!! Definitely will be booking her again”

“Lauren and San are awesome. They took incredible care of Lucy cuddling her and taking her out around town. We appreciated their clear communication and the cute photos we received!”

Nadine sent me pictures and videos every day and that set my heart at rest that Gracie was having a wonderful time. I highly recommend Nadine. Gracie will be seen Nadine, Cosmo, and the other dogs again. Thank you so much, Nadine.”

“Kelly has such a welcoming and kind personality and our sweet doodle was in great hands while we were away for 6 nights. He was loved, played with and snuggled by her sweet children to keep him company while we were away. Definitely planning to call her again. Thank you, Kelly!”

He communicates with us about how she is doing regularly throughout her stay there, and he even sends photos, which really gives us peace of mind. Thanks Michael!”

“Mariah is incredibly kind, warm, responsible, and flexible. She took great care of Bolo and helped maintain our training protocols (which can be a big ask with a 10 month old pup!) She did careful and thoughtful introductions with her doggies, took Bolo on walks, fed him, and made sure he was comfortable and happy. She also sent frequent updates and photos, so I could relax knowing my little guy was doing alright. Her house is perfect for dogs - she has multiple gates to separate dogs as needed and a big yard for the pups to play. She also lives on a quiet street, so there are not cars zooming by.”

“Deborah was great with our dog. My dog seemed to be comfortable right away. She sent lots of photos. When we came to pick her up, she was very relaxed. She definitely took to Deborah! I’m sure my dog would be happy to stay with her again!”

“I had a very positive experience with Chen boarding my pup Bernie for a few days. Bernie is a well behaved dog, but he has a few needs that Chen took on willingly. He also took the time to meet with me and Bernie ahead to make sure all his needs were understood. It is clear to me that Chen loves pets and treats them with care. He sent me many updates reflecting his attention to Bernie's comfort and sense of feeling at home and with family. He also sent many stellar photos. Chen has a real talent there and I think also shows his adoration of the pets he cares for. Chen and his family were kind and warm to me and to Bernie and I reccomend him for you.”

About: I grew up surrounded by dogs and cats since birth and have spent my whole life building a deep understanding of animal behavior and care. Growing up, my family raised two litters of puppies and 4 kittens, giving me hands-on experience with everything from newborn care to socialization throughout various life stages. Cats have been a constant in my life just as long as dogs have. I know how to read their cues, respect their space, and earn their trust on their own terms. I genuinely love every stage of a pet's life and know how to meet each animal where they are, whether that's an energetic puppy, a curious cat, or a laid-back senior. I’ve worked in human crisis intervention for over 6 years, which means I stay calm under pressure and know how to respond quickly and clearly when something unexpected happens. That same steady, caring approach is what I bring to every pet I look after. I do Rover to supplement my nonprofit career, so when I take on your pet it's because I genuinely want to be here, not because I have to be. Your pet won't just be cared for, they'll feel right at home!
“This was our second time having Rebecca check in on my cats while I was away. She took great care of my cats, allowing me to feel a little less guilty leaving my pets, knowing they were in good hands.”

“We were so grateful for Matt and Bella to come kitty/house sit when we needed someone two days out of leaving fire our trip. One of our fur babies needs a lot of attention and Matt and Bella accepted our request with a very short notice. They picked up the phone and we WhatsApp to meet them, since we wouldn't be able to meet face to face, as they were not in town. Matt sent photos each day with updates and photos, which we appreciated. We highly recommend Matt and Bella. They were kind to our kitties and kept an eye on things at the house. We will definitely have them again. Thank you Rover for the excellent referral. Andrea”

“Sofia took such good care of our shy kitty Lady while we were gone for a week. She sent photos and updates and took good care of our home as well. She even left a sweet thank you note and a little treat for us. We will definitely have her back!”

“Rachael was a tremendous and extremely knowledgeable petsittter for our two cats who were recently rescued. She spent time playing and engaging with them, in addition to the litany of clean up and feeding responsibilities. She sent photos of them as well as detailed observations during every visit which were extremely helpful. She also went the extra mile to remove toxic plants from our home, which we were not aware. We would highly recommend Rachael for petsitting. She loves her job and puts the animals first. A definite A+”

“Carrie was fantastic!! I was in the throes of moving my mom into an assisted living whilst at the same time living abroad. She took care of both cats and helped me with sorting out the post and other really essential tasks. Thank you Carrie!!!”

Our dog also has some specific needs and Christiano is always accommodating. Definitely recommend him and his team!”

About: I enjoy engaging in interactive play, daily walks, and maintaining a comfortable environment. Your beloved companion will be in caring hands with me ! ! I’m currently working part time. So I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups ! ! See you very soon. . . . I have fenced yard and a park infront of the house. If they are bored at home. It is a safe area, you don’t have to worry.
About: My passion for both dogs and athletics makes me a great candidate to walk your dog and/or make sure your dog stays active during boarding! I've been around dogs since I was a kid and I love how smart, loyal, and therapeutic they are. I also ran high school varsity cross-country in the Nevada desert, so I have stamina and I love running, mountain running, incline walking, power-walking, and just walking in general. Walking my mini goldendoodle, Vail, is one of my favorite things to do in life and we both look forward to our walks every day. My dog Vail is spoiled rotten and it would be my pleasure to spoil your dog, too! Vail is part of the family and is my top priority! My dog eats, drinks, and is taken care of before I am. Your dog will be family and come before I do as well!
About: I was lucky enough to have some amazing dogs in my life. As a teen a yellow lab named Bandit helped me through some of the toughest times of my life just by being my dog. Later in life a giant schnauzer named Effie came into my life. She was a big girl weighing in at 115 lbs. She was not the most energetic but navigating through day to day tasks with such a big dog is not for the unprepared. Those dogs gave me their greatest years and the combined experience they both granted me with their time here has prepared me to deal with any type of dog; regardless of shape or size and even personality type. I currently find myself with a ton of free time and I don't have any pets at this point in my life but have always missed the company of a cat or dog since I have grown up around animals for most of my life. I plan to care for a pet the same way I would perform any job or duty with the upmost of attention and care. Your pet would be cared for as if they were a human child. During walks I would watch our surroundings carefully to keep us both out of danger, of course water will be provided as well. I am fully prepared to tend to pets here at my home. I have hard wood floors so clean up would be no problem for me and there is a patch of grass in the back part of my apartment building.
“Asatur eased my anxieties with my dog Teddy socializing with other doggos! Teddy had so much fun and he went straight to Asatur at drop off. His house is a great space for the dogs to run around. I am definitely booking with Asatur in the future!! Teddy has been sleeping all day today because he’s exhausted 😄”

“Eileen and Rolando are amazing! We did a meet and greet with my pup and Toro before our weekly dog day care, very friendly invited us right in. Toro is a sweetheart and I'm glad my pup has a cheerful bud to hang with during the day. We get pictures and updates throughout the day and they take them out a couple of times, so plenty of attention and entertainment. Thank you both!”

“Mariah takes our dog for an hour long walk since my family is currently unable to do it every day after our schedules have changed. No complaints here. Mariah is very clear and communicative. 10/10 would highly recommend.”

“Yasmin was so incredibly great with my dog! I have a very hyper little dog and she was so patient and kind with him. She took him for long walks (even in this heatwave!) and made sure he had water after they were done. She also takes the cutest pictures that I have saved many to my phone. She even provides an update of how the walk went and what happened with her walking card which definitely going above and beyond. If you need a great dog walker I would highly recommend her because she is so amazing!”

“Michael has been a lifesaver when life is life-ing. He really built a rapport with my pups especially my rescue german who is weary of strangers. The boys look forward to their walks and are always ready for a nap when they come home. Thank you so much!”

“What a wonderful person! I was very worried because my son's dog is unruly and wants to eat other dogs. Kyla had the dog walking along as peaceful as can be. She was truely a blessing.”
“Matt and Bella are wonderful! They have excellent communication, asked all the right questions, and listened to/understood my concerns about caring for my anxious pup. They were patient and took things as slow as my pup needed to warm up to new friends, and took care in getting to know us as well—sharing many fun stories and experiences! I would love for them to return again and again.”

“This is a repeat hire due to the success and quality of the previous walk . Our Malinois is well rested after the walk , and communication with Judy was clear and comfortable . Heartily recommended!”

“Abigail went above and beyond to care for our two dogs while we were away for 2 weeks. We have two dogs in very different life stages (one is elderly and required medication and one is young and highly energetic). She catered to them both perfectly and sent updates everyday while we were away. We have the upmost confidence in Abigail, she is genuinely kind and attentive. Couldn’t recommend her enough!”

About: Hi! My name is Vivi and I love dogs. (Actually, I love all animals!) I grew up with family dogs and adopted my own last year (she's a complete sweetie). I also have a cat, a bearded dragon, and fish. I worked in a local dog daycare and hotel for over three years and loved it! Now that I'm in a graduate program, I couldn't keep up the hours but missed the dogs. My favorite part of that job was walking the dogs and now I'd love to walk your dog. I really enjoy connecting with each dog, getting to know their personalities, taking care of them, and giving them the attention, stimulation, and fun that comes from being together and enjoying the day. I am currently working on my clinical hours for my degree and am busy Monday and Wednesday after noons 1-5pm and Thursdays at the same time and at 7am-10am every other week. Any other time is all good for me! When I take care of a pet, I care for them in any ways that they might need. I have had experiences with reactive dogs, dogs with specific medical needs, young dogs who are practicing training still, and senior dogs. I want to do what is most comfortable for the dog and am super happy to accommodate for any needs that they have when caring for them! I have experience reading and reacting to cat and dog body language and know when my presence is invited by them and when they might need more space. It's important to look for the animals consent and comfort when working with and taking care of them so they can remain as happy and stress free as possible!
“We had a great experience with Sarita! She took care of our dog at her place for a week. She was super reliable, communicative (lots of great pics, videos, and updates), and our pup absolutely loved her and her family. Overall, we were at complete ease knowing our dog was with Sarita and we highly recommend her for any of your dog care needs!”
“Jennifer was great! This was our first time using Rover for our very playful golden retriever. Jennifer was quick to respond to all messages. We had a meet and greet with her and her dog to make sure it was a good fit. Her backyard is a great size. While we were away Jennifer sent us daily photos and updates, even a video. When I messaged her questions she responded quickly. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with Jennifer and will use her again!”

“This is our second boarding experience with Luciana and Rob, and we couldn't be more grateful for them watching our two dogs for over two weeks. They were communicative and so patient with our doggies. One of our dogs gets super nervous and warey of strangers, so it takes a while for him to warm up to others, and they did a great job of being patient with him and giving him space to warm up, they were finally able to get belly rubs from him towards the end, which shows how gentle and caring they were towards him to show that he trusts them. Thank you for watching our puppies and we look forward to using them again as our future dog sitters. :)”

“Katie was amazing with our dog Skye. She has a very calm and caring energy and my dog really responds well to that. Katie's communication is great and she is really easy to work with. We loved her cute dog Scout too! I would definitely recommend her services and we hope to user much more in the future.”

““Brandon was great. He was willing and able to support our family with Maui, our sweet 3 year old American Bully who can look a bit scary and anxious in new environments. She responded so well to Brandon and he shared pictures and updates. I swear Maui had a smile on her face in one of the pictures! She eve. tried to stay when it was time for pick up! So thankful for Brandon!””

“Kiarash took my pup in when I had a work emergency. I was apprehensive at first because my puppy had never been with a stranger nor have I ever used rover before but things went really good. My puppy is extremely friendly with anyone he comes across. Though my concern is with staying overnight with a stranger because he’s never done that. Kiarash took his time to update me, pass on some knowledge and really spend quality time with my pup and together with his pup. Gatsby came back really happy and seemed to have bonded with both Kiarash and his puppy Sky. I would recommend anyone who is a new puppy parent or anyone who needs a day of onboarding. Kiarash is the reason i am more comfortable using rover when needed. I am hoping to set up other days in the future during some work trips. I trust his work and knowledge and that he would be a great with ANYONES dog. Thanks again Kiarash, my pup will surely miss you!”
