She did a thorough meet and greet the day after we contacted her, and asked tons of great questions. She walked us through her home and yard so we saw where the pups would be (very uncommon in my experience, so I appreciated it). Their home was neat, nothing extra that the pups would get into potentially. I loved that they (and their beds) came home clean, there was only 1 additional dog (other than their 2 small ones) in their care, and they kept to our pups regular schedule. “We just picked up our 10 years old border collie Lucky after a 6 day 5 nights stay. It is a pity the highest rating is only 5 stars, to Lucky, Juanyi's service is 10 stars. My border collie does not like strangers in the beginning, but he allows Juanyi pet him in just a few hours. I could see from many pictures and videoes that my boy enjoys the friendship from Kaka, Panda and other lovely guests, also enjoys the love from Juanyi. I feel my boy is having a great vacation of his own too. I always hesitate to sign up family vacation because find a reliable dog sitter is often a difficult task, the last 3 dog sitter we used were moved or no longer offer service. I am glad we found Juanyi and the experience is so great. I read every review when i look for any kind of service, and by the time we book the service, there was only one review, to be honest i was a bit uncertain. “I want to give a huge thank you to Bruno and his fiancée for taking such amazing care of my husky, Nova, especially on such short notice! From the moment I reached out, Bruno’s communication was clear, professional, and thoughtful. He asked about Nova’s allergies, schedule, and any personal preferences to make sure she’d feel comfortable and safe throughout the day. Within the first hour, I received pictures and a video of Nova walking and playing happily with their sweet pup, Jojo. Throughout the day, Bruno continued to send updates, pictures, and videos, in total, I received 15 photos and 4 videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear from the start that Nova was not only being watched, but truly cared for. They even gave her snacks and a fun new topping on her food to make her feel extra special. On top of that, Bruno made sure to update Nova’s Rover report with a detailed summary: two long walks, potty breaks, food and water intake, every detail was covered. We had to deal with many emergency situations and we got very familiar with animals and what they need. I have also volunteered at the Humane Society and helped in any way that I could. I give my 100% to animals because they don't have a voice and they all deserve the best care! I treat the animals like I would like to be treated myself. I will always make sure to check on their needs and be very proactive. I have a dog friendly apartment community that is perfect for dog walking as well. I also have watched a lot of senior dogs, and I’m very familiar with giving them their medication and taking extra good care of them. I work from home full-time, so I am able to give your dogs the attention they need and take them out however often you would like. I am very good with animals and understanding what they need. I am extremely attentive and over protective and I am always monitoring my pets and others pets at all times. I just want to make sure they are happy and comfortable at all times. I truly believe in making the owner, feel confident and comfortable that they can enjoy their time away by knowing that their baby will have the best care.

I've had two dogs (Shih Tzu and Pitbull,) whom I've raised and trained from puppy into senior years and know how to care for small dogs and big dogs. I work from home so I can devote much of my attention to your dog. As long as I am contacted about a service well in advance, I can effectively organize my schedule in a way that will best fit your dog's individual needs. Please let us know ahead of time if your baby has any specific requirements that need to be fit into their routine and feel free to come see if our house is a good fit for you. Since our dogs crossed the rainbow bridge, our house is now prepared and ready for the sound pattering paws and snuffling wet noses once again. We have a legacy of clean toys my dogs have left behind, waiting to be loved again by a new furbaby. The house is safe and pet proof, in an environment free of hazards. I have a dedicated doggie door to a full sized fenced back yard where your dog can run and play to their heart's content. My neighborhood is in a very safe and enclosed cul-de-sac that is further from any busy main roads, making walking worry free.
