A stay in our home depends on your pet being comfortable around our six cats and large dog. We have a fully fenced side yard and a fenced backyard, and visiting pets are always supervised outdoors.

About: I have loved dogs my whole life and my parents blessed me with my first dog when I was 11 years old. Since then I've had 5 dogs and 2 cats which I've taken care of. I was responsible for their care such as bathing, training, feedings & playing with them. Since then I have dog sat for multiple friends and coworkers and I am honored they have trusted me with the care of their dogs. I have a full-time job Monday-Friday. About: I am a pet sitter full time. I have been certified as a professional pet sitter thru Pet Sitters International. We have a doggie door and a fenced in secure yard. Our house is air conditioned for those hot summer days. I provide walks and baths if needed. There are numerous wineries in the area if you'd like to enjoy a day of tasting or try one of our great restaurants and leave your pets with me. I can also feed and care for your dog or cat at your home if preferred (Hopland to Healdsburg and surrounding area. I have 2 small dogs of my own. Please make sure your pup is up to date in all vaccinations before any overnights or daycare. Overnights at your house or mine. Your pup will be very well cared for and may not want to go home. I can provide drop in visits at hotels for those visiting in the area. I can also chaperone your pet during your wedding and provide transportation. A long walk after breakfast is always a must. We come home for a little rest. And then around midday we go out back for some ball playing and fetching followed by a little sunbathing. Pets safety is always the number one priority. Pets will always be on leash while outside the home. Back yard is securely fenced. I have a dog gate up by front door so I dog can not run out if front door is opened.

I have a small fenced yard with artificial grass, and there is a large park at the end of the street, two or three small parks in the neighborhood, and a 2-mile trail to downtown. I was a volunteer and puppy raiser for Canine Companions for Independence back in the mid to late 1980's, and a Puppy Petter for Assistance Dog Institute in the early 2000's. About: Hi, I'm Tommy, my family and recently moved to Clearlake from Santa Rosa. I work nights and am home during the days, but my wife is here when I'm not and can help out if needed. We are all animal lovers here and enjoy having dogs. Unfortunately our own doggies have passed away recently. We aren't looking to get our own again just yet but would love to watch yours for a bit. :) I usually work from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. so I get home around 6:30 at which point I will let the dogs out for some yard time. My wife and son will be up around 7:00 and I know my son will be excited to go for a walk. My wife will be the caregiver until I wake up around 1:00 p.m. so one of us will be around at all times. We have a fenced fully fenced in yard and no other animals on the property, and there will always be someone here to take care of your pet.

About: My name is Nicole. I have been an animal lover since I was old enough to know what animals were. Between catching potato bugs, feeding the spiders in my windowsills, and moving worms off of sidewalks, I’ve always had a particular connection with the animals that most people don’t understand. As soon as I was old enough, I marched off to the Sonoma County Animal Services to volunteer. From there, it was love at first bark. When I turned 18, I immediately went to animal care as my first real job and was lucky enough to work at Rohnert Park Animal Services for several years. I opened my home to many different rescue critters including snakes, tortoises, rats, lizards, and birds. I rescued my first dog and she is still my best friend to this day 10 years later! Over the years, I was blessed to foster many different exotic animals and worked with the Sacramento SPCA through the pandemic. Shortly after, I made a huge cross-country move and ended up in Louisiana working with all kinds of critters at Northshore Humane Society. From there, I ended up back in my hometown of Sonoma County. Throughout all of these changes, the one variable that never changed was my love for animals and passion for making sure they were safe. Through my 8+ years of shelter experience I have worked with the most feral of feral cats, wildlife brought in shoeboxes, all sizes and shapes of dogs, and so much more. I have met and befriended many pets that were reluctant to be befriended and worked with virtually every breed of cat and dog on the planet. I am fear-free certified and have extensive experience with medication management, basic first-aid, canine CPR, and basic training for both dogs and cats. I am experienced with walking large breeds including reactive dogs and can handle heavy pullers (I have TWO huskies!). I have also volunteered with the Bird Rescue Center of Sonoma County and have a special skillset with exotic animals. My two personal rescue dogs are half husky and bully breed which are two of the most misunderstood dog breeds, so there will be no breed discrimination from me. My favorite furry friends are often shy, tricky to befriend, or nervous. Making a scared baby comfortable means the world to me and I love the challenge. As stated above, I also have extensive experience caring for exotic pets including rats, mice, birds, snakes, tortoises, turtles, fish, lizards, invertebrates, and spiders. I am perfectly comfortable with your exotic pet’s diet and am familiar with feeding snakes and other reptiles frozen-thawed rodents. The only animals I won’t consider petsitting for are species that are illegal to own or venomous. If I had to summarize my truest passion, it would be making sure that every single animal feels safe and comfortable. Even if they’re not perfect, they all deserve kindness and patience. Animals are so important to me, sometimes I enjoy their presence more than people! I have experience in the veterinary technician field and all my friends and family say I am great with animals. About: I’ve been taking care of my families puppy and my own kitten for about 2 years now ! Ive taken care of other peoples dogs in the past as well! I’m efficient and competent. Im currently a college student, so I spend most of my time at home and just in general I’m a home body. So, I have enough time to care and tend to pets and their needs. I’m very attentive to my own cat and families dog. They both have feeding schedules and are potty trained. I’ve taken my time to make them good pets. About: I’ve worked at PESCM, a pet emergency hospital, that has given me the knowledge to properly care for animals to make sure there is no risk. I’m currently looking for something part-time with adorable animals and a way to get back to helping people with their pets in anyways I can. I have experience with my own two animals on how to crate train, to not interact with other animals in case of accidents or injuries, and on how to keep cats from escaping the safety of their own home.
About: I have experience caring for multiple dogs at a time, including caring for three dogs in one household and two dogs in another. I was responsible for their daily care and making sure they were safe, fed, exercised, and comfortable. Managing several dogs at once taught me how to stay patient, attentive, and organized, even when they were energetic or had different personalities and needs. I genuinely enjoy being around dogs and would treat every pet in my care like they were my own. I only have a college class twice a week for only one hour of my day and I have a part-time job that is only certain days of the week. Rover will be the perfect fill-in for all that extra time that I have, and I will always put my customers first. I live in a very mellow neighborhood where there are also many dogs around me where people are walking their dogs and having them on leashes, I live in an apartment that is very dog friendly and I will spend all of my time taking the dog or taking it out on the grass, we do have a dog area at my apartment.
About: My family has always had pets my whole life, including a dog for 14 years and 3 cats. I was always dealt the task of taking care of them so I am very familiar with pet sitting. I was very good/reliable so this job seemed like a natural choice for me. I am currently working at a gym, but only 17 hours a week so this will be more of my main priority. Other than the part time job I am free! I have a fenced yard with a lot of room to play, as well as a safe and comfortable neighborhood street for walks. I also have 2 very friendly cats that stay either outside or in my Mother’s room.
About: My love for animals grew when I got my dog moe (the chihuahua in my photos) he is my bestfriend and he is the cutest dog ever! I love spending time with your pets and especially taking tons of photos to send to you. I like to give updates to you throughout the day so you know your bestfriend is safe with me! I do online school at the Junior College so I would be at your house for most of the time giving all the scratches and love to your pet ☺️ I am free throughout the week and can normally fit around anyones schedule. If things come up in the future they will be updated that week on my calendar if I become booked Whenever I leave to go run an errand I always check to make sure all the doors are locked. It is something I always do, even at my own home to make sure the pets are safe. I also like to take them out ever 2 hours just to be sure they are always relieved. If you ask for walks I always love doing them and getting some exercise for your dog and me!

She provided regular updates and photos of Teddy having a great time with all his friends, Brandi dropped off and picked up for us which was so helpful during our wedding weekend. “They've done it again! My little Miss Lemon was so happy when I picked her up, she went right by me. This was her second stay. I wish I could put into words, the difference in her. She's a timid rescue girl. It's just me and her at home. The interacting with other dogs and people has changed her so much. She's my baby and I've never left her. When she's there Lauren sends pictures and updates which is so comforting. I can see the happiness. She thrives there! I'm going to do my best to give her "sleep-overs" for a couple days a month. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 10, which started with dog sitting my neighbors Doberman, and led to me dog sitting a cute pair of girls! I own 3 dogs and 1 cat I currently live with my boyfriend with our 3 dogs and 1 cat in Lucerne. I work from 7:30-5:30 and usually I am able to come home on my lunch break, 12-1, to let the dogs out. The dogs enjoy a fenced backyard most of the day unless there is a reason they can’t be outside. I am only available for housesitting on weekend nights. Weekdays I can do drop ins! I have dealt with dogs being scared over fireworks, which consisted of playing soft music, finding the quietest room in the house, and hugging her until the fireworks stopped. I work on whatever schedule you and your pets need!
