“The only difficult part of writing this review is finding enough good things to say about Elena. Every interaction, from my first communication to picking up Puck after his stay, conveyed both a love of animals and professionalism. We met first in a local park for a meet and greet, where Elena and I chatted and her daughter played with Puck. I felt really comfortable with Elena’s easy manner and the questions she asked to ensure that Puck would be happy with them. I left in confidence when I dropped Puck off, and the photos she sent made it clear that Puck was happy and well cared for. Her daughter makes for a wonderful added bonus; Elena told me when I picked him up that her daughter made a fort for them, and it was clear in the pics that Puck received lots of play time with his favorite toys. When I picked up Puck after his stay, he was of course happy to see me, but not overcome with nervousness or anxiety. I could see that he felt safe and loved in Elena’s home. When I arrived home, he slipped right back into normal routines without needing decompression time. Thank you, Elena, for providing Puck with a warm and loving home-away-from-home.”

Thank you Nicole and family for taking such great care of my Buzz!”

About: I’m a cat mom myself. I’ve raised my two cats since they were just 2 months old, and they’re now 3 and 5 years old. Caring for them has taught me how important it is to respect each cat’s personality, routine, and comfort level. I know that every cat is different, some love to play, some prefer quiet companionship, and others need a little extra patience before they warm up. I’ll never force interactions and will always care for your cat at their own pace while making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable in their home. When I care for your cat, I’ll treat them like one of my own. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else, and my goal is to give you peace of mind through reliable care, plenty of affection (if your cat wants it!), and regular updates so you always know how your furry family member is doing.
About: With 13 years of experience, caring for dogs isn’t just something I do—it’s truly part of who I am. My love for pups started at 18 when my chihuahua was born right under my bed. We’ve grown up together, and now that she’s a senior, I’ve learned how to give older dogs the gentle, attentive care they need. I also recently brought home a lively young chiweenie rescue, so I understand how to balance playful energy with the slower pace of an older dog. Whether your pup needs long walks, cozy cuddles, or just some patient company, I’m here to make them feel safe and loved. I offer in-home visits and pet sitting. Monday through Thursday, I’m available for morning walks, evening drop-ins, and after-work hangs. From Friday to Sunday, I’m free all day for weekend stays, midday walks, or extra one-on-one time. I provide a calm home and a flexible routine, your dog will always be treated like family—getting the care, attention, and affection they need and deserve.

“We needed a dog sitter asap while we got our kitchen demolished for renovation. Our 9 month old Shepherd mix had a great time. He played with her dog, he was walked and he took naps throughout the day. I was updated with pictures and videos. It assured our family to know he was in good hands. Thank you so much Elena ❤️ Look forward to bringing our puppy back again when we need your services.”

“My baby Makana had a great time at JJ’s house.. Though we didn’t see the host’s interior of the house where the pets are, the pictures she had sent looked clean and safe.. It’s Makana’s first time to socialize with 2 dogs since she turned 2 yrs old due to some health issues when she’s a pup. We thought it’s time for her to explore and find out if she is well adjusted now that she’s an adult. She is as expected to be a little shy but was able to adapt and became comfortable. She is tired and pretty happy bec she had a play date with Zuri ( the host’s furbaby) and another furbaby. I’m glad that JJ has been sending pic and videos of our baby’s socialization activities and so nice of their son to play with the FBabies.. Thank you and will definitely recommend her services.”

“Llona was wonderful. She responded very quickly to my last minute request. My dog definitely perceives the vibe of people and as soon as he met her he happily ran into her home. She sent me photos of her boys playing with our dog...he loves children and you can see they are dog lovers too. She was in good communication while caring for our dog which of course made me feel comfortable...no worry on my part. Funny enough dropping your dog off to a stranger is like dropping your child off ...you want to know they are well cared for and that they feel safe and of course have fun. I would give it an A+ day for his first visit with Llona. And we will def use her again and recommend her!”

“I would 100% recommend Areli to care for your fur baby! It was my first time leaving my boy and she went above and beyond to update me with photos and keep me informed. I will for certain be rebooking with Areli !!”

“Melisa was amazing, offered to even meet prior to the arrangement and took wonderful care of our pup. We will be using her in the future, glad we found her. Very responsive and flexible.”

“Teddy Bear, our goldendoodle stayed with Fiona for one week and he had the best time. She made home cooked meals, sent us pictures and videos all the time and treated Teddy like family. Fiona and her family watched Teddy Bear and took extra special care and love! Teddy played with her sons, bubbles and lots of exercise/walks in a very dog friendly neighborhood. He was smiling in the pictures she sent and we could tell Teddy was happy in her care. Best dog sitter ever! We found our dog sitter for every family trip knowing that Teddy had a mini vacation with Fiona’s family too. Thank you so much!”

“This was our first experience with home boarding. Our dog Kisses stayed for they day just to see how everything would work. Nicole sent a photo of her and let us know she was doing well. We were happy with her communication. We would use Nicole again.”

About: As a paranoid pet owner, I had only one person I would trust with my senior dog other than myself. I would like to be that person for you. I have a ton of experience with senior dogs and their needs and younger dogs? No problem. Pets are our family. I am small in stature and cannot handle large dogs. Please keep that in mind. Thank you! I look forward to meeting your fur babies! I'm a substitute teacher, I'm currently not working and available everyday. Starting in August, I will be working 3 days a week and available at 4 PM. I have a fenced yard and currently no other animals in the household as my dog just went to the rainbow bridge a couple months ago.
About: I have experience with big and little dogs which I’ve been doing for over 30 years. I would bring me great joy to spend time with all dogs Recently retired looking to fill in days and nights helping others take care of their fur babies as I love taking care of my little one I have a fenced in yard or I can crate the dog if needed. I live at the end of a cul-de-sac where there’s plenty of room to walk and play

“Laura was very nice in assuring me my dogs would be well taken care of during my day away. I was able to enjoy my day out with my family and felt like I didn’t need to worry about my anxious dogs. The dogs seemed happy when I came to pick them up! Often times when my German Shepherd mix is left without me, her eyes turn red due to anxiety. When I picked her up today, her eyes were nice and clear, which tells me she was comfortable. Laura had great communication with me through the day and sent cute photos! 10 mins after I brought my dogs home they were knocked out! I know my girls are EXTREME HANDFULS, I appreciate you caring for them. Thank you so much Laura!”

About: I’m an animal communicator with a deep, intuitive connection to animals — I don’t just care for your pets, I actually listen to them. I’ve spent my life alongside dogs of all temperaments, sizes, and needs, including my own two girls, Daisy and Chloe. I understand animal behavior, body language, and emotional wellbeing on a level that goes beyond feeding and walks. Senior pets, anxious dogs, and strong-willed characters are my specialty. Your fur family will be safe, seen, and genuinely loved while you’re away. I’m currently available full time through mid-September, making this a great time to book! After that I take on seasonal evening work Thursday through Sunday, so I’m still available for daytime care and drop-ins year round. I’ll always be upfront about my schedule so you can plan with confidence. My home has a fenced yard, though the fencing is low enough that larger dogs could potentially jump it. I supervise all outdoor time with bigger dogs until I know their behavior well, so everyone stays safe. My two dogs, Daisy and Chloe are social, dog-park regulars who welcome new friends easily. I have crates available for large dogs if needed, and I’m happy to sit in your home as well if that’s a better fit for your pet.
“Tina is an absolute gem. I left my little Ruby in Tina's care for a few hours to ensure Millie and Ruby got along well enough for a much longer stay coming up soon. It could not have gone better! I am so glad I chose Tina, she met and exceeded all of my expectations.”

About: Dogs have been part of my life as long as I can remember! Love meeting all of them and can't wait to meet your little bud! I make my own schedule, so for the most part I'm available when needed (with proper planning for longer visits of course.) Feel free to reach out when you need a hand! My pup is on pretty good schedule, so I'm know the importance of keeping those scheduled feedings and/or outside time. If we need walks, someone to throw a ball to get the zoomies out or just someone to hang with so they're not alone all day I'm in!

About: I’ve grown up caring for animals and currently help care for four dogs and a cat at home, so I’m very comfortable with different routines, personalities, and energy levels. I have experience with young puppies, older dogs, cats, and multi-pet households, so I understand how important consistency and attention are. I’ve also worked with horses, which taught me to be calm, patient, and aware when caring for animals. I genuinely love animals and try to make every pet feel comfortable, cared for, and kept on their normal routine while their owner is away. Pet care already fits naturally into my routine because I’m used to caring for animals daily at home. I’m comfortable planning around feeding schedules, walks, playtime, check-ins, and giving pets consistent attention. I have a pretty open and flexible schedule, so I’m available most days and times. I’m easy to communicate with and like to stay organized ahead of time, but I can also be flexible depending on what’s needed. I take pet care seriously and focus on keeping pets calm, comfortable, and in their normal routine. I pay close attention to instructions and each pet’s personality so everything stays consistent. At home, I care for a young puppy, so I’m used to staying active, patient, and engaged. I also have experience with a puppy who has allergies and needs more attentive, consistent care, so I’m comfortable handling more detailed routines. In addition, I have a senior dog, so I understand the patience and consistency that comes with slower-paced care and medication routines. I also really enjoy taking my dogs on walks and keeping them active. I have a cat as well, so I’m used to daily feeding, keeping up with the litter box, and adjusting to her personality, sometimes social, sometimes more independent. Overall, I’m very comfortable adapting to different needs while keeping everything organized and running smoothly.

“Leah and Edward were great treating walking my two senior pups. One gets very fearful and is partially blind and they were gentle and able to get her going on a walk. They communicated with me every step and sent photos. We Will definitely recommend and use them again!”

“Having Nihcole care for and walk our pets twice each day gives us so much peace of mind and joy when we're away from home. She's a bargain, in addition to being professional, well loved by our pets and bringing positive energy with her to every visit. We're pleased to be able to write a review and recommend her to other people who don't want to board their furry family members when they can't be at home. Nihcole's the best!!!”

“Graham is the best! My dog doesn’t like other dogs and can be a handful, but Graham is so good with him and my puppy always comes back happy and tired from his walks. Graham is such a calm and kind dog walker, it gives me so much peace of mind knowing my dog is in good hands.”

About: I’ve retired from my role as Director of Student Housing at CSU, Bakersfield. I’m an active CrossFit coach with lots of flexible time - and I love dogs! I’ve cared for the animals of loved ones for over 20 years. I’ve also helped care for difficult to handle dogs (seniors, aggressive large breeds, small ornery breeds) and loved every minute of it❤️. I had my Maltese/yorkie boy Yanni 20 years before he passed a few years ago. I’ve also assisted in training rescued, often aggressive bully breeds. Unfortunately, I am allergic to cats. So, I do not work with any cats or households that have a cat. I am a personal trainer and CrossFit coach for people over 50. I have a 17 year old daughter who loves all animals. I have flexibility, transportation, and time to give. We don’t have dogs of our own at this time. I have a fenced patio area, but I love to walk dogs. I am an attentive, responsible, loving caretaker who will happily take care of all your lovie’s need as you instruct. I can give medication and maintain any schedule or rules that you have at home. We don’t let dogs jump up on our furniture and we’ve found as long as they have a comfy spot they generally don’t protest.
“Hailey did a wonderful job with my dog after requesting her services last minute. She even put my package that was delivered, in my home for me, without me asking. Very sweet, very thoughtful. Thank you so much Hailey!!”

I also have one friendly old dog that can keep your dog company. My dog can also be put in another room to allow your dog some space if needed.

“Mae made my first time leaving my Frenchie with someone outside of family so easy and comforting. She and her family cared for her like their own and sent sweet updates throughout the weekend. I’m so grateful for Mae’s kindness and will definitely book with her again!”

“I’m so glad I found Aimee and her family! My pup came home exhausted, happy, and so well taken care of! I could tell he was having a great time by all the pictures Aimee sent. Lovely home and family, would recommend to anyone!”

“Melissa is always so accommodating and willing to host Kylo even if it’s a last minute request. She really treats him as one of her own doggies, always spoiling him with lots of cuddles, treats, and multiple walks throughout the day. She also sends multiple pictures and updates throughout the day to put your mind at ease! Thank you Melissa, Kylo can’t wait for his next stay with you!”

“Kevin was excellent with Sporty! He made him feel super comfortable and sent constant updates. He was so awesome Sporty will be returning to stay with him for 5 days for our upcoming travels.”

“We are so grateful for Tiffany and her family, and the love they showed Winston for his 2 week stay! She provided us with regular updates and pictures / videos, allowed him to swim in their pool when he jumped in (and even gave him a bath after!), and treated him as one of their own when they dressed him up in Christmas clothes with their other dogs. He had such a great time with their two dogs who matched his energy well!”

“Anh and William were amazing! They sent updates and photos of Yeti every day. They took him on daily walks and their whole family played with him. They got to know Yeti pretty well and he had a great time with their dog as well! Super awesome!”

“Stacey took amazing care of our beagle. She gave him lots of attention and played with him. He just loves her! She sent daily pictures of him. We feel so fortunate to have found Stacey and highly recommend her!”

“Alexis and Melisa have watched my dogs three times now and they are fantastic. They send regular updates and my pups are made to feel right at home. Well cared for and loved. I am so thankful. Highly highly recommend. I have already booked my next stay!”

“Nicole went above and beyond with our new dog Charlie (Chuck the Duck). She sent pictures everyday and let us know how he was doing. Took him on walks and made sure he was comfortable in their home. She even helped him out when he had tummy issues by giving him pumpkin! I can’t recommend her enough. We will most definitely be using her again. I’m pretty sure Charlie was upset he had to come home. I mean, I would be.”

“Laura was very accommodating to our last minute schedule adjustment. She took great care of our girl, sent pictures and communicated regularly with courtesy updates. She was kind, professional and we will definitely use Laura again!”

“Kayla was so sweet and took such great care of my dog! She communicated with me throughout the whole time and made me feel completely comfortable leaving my dog with her. You can tell she genuinely cares, and I would definitely trust her again in the future. Highly recommend!”

I'm a full time animal care service provider. My schedule works around my clients and their schedules, very flexible with changing dates if needed, i only ask you give me a heads up notice of 1 day or more.
“I had to leave my 15-year-old puppy for the first time to go on a weekend trip, and I’m so glad to found Dina to watch him. Dina was thoughtful and understanding when I told her about all of my puppy’s special needs, including his separation anxiety, and she gave him all of the attention he needed. I got regular updates and photos throughout the weekend, and when my flight home got unexpectedly delayed for five hours, Dina graciously volunteered to watch him for another night. Dina is trustworthy, dependable, and communicative, and I like forward to leaving my puppy with her again in the future”

“We are so grateful to have found Irina to watch our dog Teddy! She reassured us and provided so many updates with cute photos and videos of Teddy. It made me feel so much better being away from him knowing that he was being taken care of so well by Irina! Plus she has the cutest pup Sugar that played so well with Teddy. :) Thank you Irina for caring for Teddy like your own! I highly recommend Irina to watch any animal of yours!”
