After meeting a few sitters, our dog immediately connected with Susan—and since Mochi only gives cuddles to very special people, I knew she was the one. We boarded Mochi with Susan for a few nights while we were away, and she was incredibly attentive to her needs. She took her on daily walks, played lots of ball with her—Mochi is a serious ball-aholic—and, most importantly, loved her like her own. She also sent updates and photos, which meant so much to us. At one point, I even joked that she shouldn’t spoil Mochi too much or she’d go into Susan withdrawal when she got home… and honestly, she did the next day! Susan is an absolute gem. About: I have loved dogs ever since I got my first pet @ 12. The love has grown to encompass all animals. I have 3 of years experience training dogs on basic commands and house manners I currently work 1:30 pm– 6:30 pm, M-F. So I am able to feed and walk dogs in the morning before work and give them plenty of attention after work. Caring for your pet in your home will be as per your instructions. Are they allowed on furniture, in the kitchen, or any other rooms that might be off limits? How often should they be fed and walked?

About: Growing up, I always had a lot of love for animals and had many different pets from fishes, birds, guinea pig, and dogs. I had a toy poodle for 14 years before she passed and growing up as an only child, she was my best friend and more than a dog. Now, although I don’t have any pets of my own (eventually will!) She sends us pictures at least twice or thrice a day keeping us updated about how our dog is doing which kept us informed and at peace. Our dog loves to spend time with lily and her family and we have seen this first hand when our dog gets super excited when we enter their street. “April and Josh took care of our Charlie so well. Charlie is a high energetic Labrador with too much of separation anxiety and we were really worried to leave him for 2 nights. We did a meet & greet the day before, and Charlie got instantly comfortable. Their dog Boba is very lovable and gentle. April communicated regularly and responded in a timely fashion and also sent lots of pictures. Charlie was very happy and well taken care of! I would feel completely comfortable leaving Charlie in their care again!”
“Dana really took a very good care of our pet, Dasher. Our original sitter canceled last minute and I found Dana on the Rover app. She made sure Dasher felt at home, safe, loved, and cared. She was also very responsive to messages. She shared pictures of Dasher with us while we were away. I could see Dasher got really attached to Dana and was constantly looking for her while we were trying to bring him back. Recommended 100%.”

They already have a large breed at theirs so it was very relieving and didn’t have a worry much about running them through big dog details.
