About: We have a large, fenced in, secure yard with lots of exciting smells and places to explore. Plenty of room inside our home as well, plus we both work from home, so your pet will never be left alone. My husband has been the manager of a farm at a children's summer camp for a number of years that has dogs, chickens, goats pigs and more. About: I have loved animals my entire life. Throughout college and high school, I worked as a dog walker for Wag and a kennel attendant at the local vet. I currently work on boats and do this in the off-season or when things are slow. I love spending time with animals and will treat your baby like one of my own, with lots of walks, cuddles, and attention. I love to go for walks, hikes, the beach and would love to take your dog with me. I've had to give senior dogs medication and look after them. My husband works from home so one of us is always home with your dog. I am ready when I get home to take your dog with me on a walk or hike. Your dog will have access to a dog run area all day long and a large backyard when we are home. I have a house with a large fenced in yard and your dog will have complete access to outside at all times. At this time I don't have a dog of my own, so there will be no conflict between dogs. I’d also enjoy taking them for a long walk in the evening or to the park—I believe a dog who gets plenty of walks and their energy out is a happy dog. I’ll make sure to meet your dog’s needs. If your dog prefers to stay home due to age, size, or other reasons, I’ll adjust the walking distance and schedule to keep them engaged, even when they’re at home. I don’t currently have any pets, so visiting dogs will receive my full attention. I’ll be home most of the time from Friday through Monday, allowing me to provide frequent supervision, potty breaks, walks, and companionship. I also have a crate available if your dog is crate-trained or if you would like them crated for sleeping or when appropriate. I’ll follow your pet’s regular routine and any specific care instructions to help them feel safe, comfortable, and at home during their stay.
