“Brooke and her husband were amazing. Incredibly loving, kind, and my dogs loved being there. After we left, something came up with one of my dogs, and Brooke handled it so well. She sent me tons of updates and pictures, and I will absolutely use her again!”

“They were awesome! I got updated photos throughout my puppers stay. We booked through them twice and the second time my dogs were excited to go back. My dogs came back home happy and healthy and that’s all I could have asked for. A big plus was the reasonable price as well. Thank you so much Jennifer for taking great care of my babies!”

“Hands down absolutely the best. I’ve never left my baby with non-family but they took amazing care of Steve, with daily photos and updates, and even stayed up late to make sure I could pickup my baby as soon as I got home. What an awesome experience to find someone like Lisa who I can trust & highly recommend!”

“Taylor and Andrew spoiled Rafi! They gave her extra treats, made sure she ate, gave her run of their home and yard, took her for walks, and gave her affection. They were good about providing updates and sent photos. Rafi was with them for 2 wks., and when I picked her up I witnessed her seek attention and affection from them, she interacted well with their dogs, and had no initial interest in my return. I recommend them and will definitely use them again. I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you!”

“Madison took the most wonderful care of our girls during the busy holiday season while we were traveling internationally to visit grandparents! She sent us updates and pictures and even sent a sweet NYE picture of them to me. My anxious girls were able to play and feel right at home, and I’m so thankful they were in loving hands. G & Stormy will choose Madison’s every time 💜”

“Terri is a true animal lover. She cared for my dog Lucy over the weekend. She took Lucy for plenty of walks and even took her to the lake a couple times. Baked her some dog treats and even sent her home with a batch. Plenty of pictures. We are very pleased.”

“It was Astros first time boarding with a dog sitter for a whole weekend so he was a little anxious. But Anyely and her family took good care of him: I received several updates and pictures on how he's doing. I appreciated it so much. She also has a cat and a dog so Astro got to play. I'm sure Astro loved their backyard since we don't have one. Anyway we appreciate you so much Anyely we hope to see you again soon.”

“Kristen was amazing! My pup was super happy she was great with communication and flexibility and I loved getting photos of my dog. He was super happy during this three day stay!”

“While I was away, I received regular updates, photos, and messages that showed how happy and well cared my dogs were. It was obvious that my dogs felt comfortable and loved. When I returned, my dogs were relaxed, healthy, and clearly had been in great hands. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, responsible, and truly passionate about animals, Ashley is the perfect choice. I will definitely be booking with her again!”

“We absolutely LOVE Bailey and her family, they are so wonderful to our Roxie when she stays. She even got to be part of the her girls birthday party this last stay. We don't trust many but Bailey and her family are always our #1 choice if we need a sitter. Thank you for always treating Roxie like part of the family when she is with you all!! ❤️❤️”

“Tiffany & her family provided Rocket with suck love and care while we were out of town for the day. Knowing that he was in kind capable hands gave us peace of mind. Bonus was Rocket met a new friend, Tiffany’s poodle, Cookie. Tiffany thank you again for taking care of our Rocket!”

“Darylee and her family were wonderful! She sent pictures to update us on how Dash was doing. It brought us much joy/peace knowing that Dash was in great hands and having a great time running around in their large fenced-in back yard and playing with the goats. :)”

“So happy we found Erica. She was amazing with Simba and I can tell she loves dog. She sent us regular updates to let us know how simba was and she was responsive. He came back happy and tired because of the playing he got to do with other dogs. Thank you Erica, for caring for our dog.”
“Berenice was absolutely incredible. Sent multiple updates and our dogs came home so happy, well taken care of, and begging to return! I have already recommended her home to friends. The best dog care we have ever found.”

“Virginia was great and Stella came home happy and exhausted! This was my first time leaving Stella (9 yo) with someone that I didn’t know. I was nervous, but Virginia was great - she communicated and sent pictures every day. Stella can be difficult with strangers, but she was great around Virginia. We’ll definitely be booking again when needed.”

“Betty was such a blessing watching our dog while we were out of town. She made sure to send pictures daily and keep us well informed of how he was doing. We will for sure be bringing our dog back to stay with Betty in the future! Thank you again!”

About: I have been a dog mama for 30 years and I have fostered many many dogs for multiple rescues in NJ and CA for over 20 years. I am recently retired and my 3 adult kids are independent. I have the time to give your pet all my attention. I now have very little daily responsibilities. I live in a house where our 1/2 acre of backyard is completely fenced. If you were to trust me with your pet, he/she would be treated like my own and would not be left outside unattended. Your dog would be allowed on my furniture and beds Cs and would get daily walks.
“Josiane took great care of my fur baby, Copper. She sent pictures of how he was spending his vacation; walks around the lake, playing with toys and just lounging around. Next time I need to be out of town, wouldn’t hesitate to leave Copper in her care.”

About: I have extensive experience caring for cats and truly understand their unique personalities and needs. I’ve cared for cats of different ages, from playful kittens to senior cats who require extra patience and attention. My experience includes feeding according to specific schedules, cleaning and maintaining litter boxes, administering medications when needed, brushing and light grooming, and providing companionship without overwhelming them.
About: Being around dogs since childhood, I'm very sensitive to their needs. As a prior dog owner myself, I've dealt with several situations, in working with dogs during rehab, caring for a dog with special needs and adapting to senior care. I have also taken care of dogs for friends and coworkers. For the time being, my services come as a package deal. Please only book if your dog is for certain comfortable with toddlers. My child has been exposed to different dogs, including larger dogs such as a lab, and he knows to be respectful and give them their space. There will be no tail pulling, taunting or any other form of bullying permitted while we are with your pet, as we are to be gentle with all animals. For shorter drop-ins or walks I can have my child secured in a hiking backpack. Currently, I/we are best available for weekend sits, though weekend or evening walks and check-ins are also available. We are also available for longer stays if your pet is used to you being at work during the week. We'd love the opportunity to get puppy love when when possible. First and foremost, I understand that every pet is different, with unique needs, temperaments and personalities. Some are just fine while their owner is away, while others may display anxious behavior during this time. It is my goal that no matter what they experience, that they be as comfortable as possible. Of course I would be mindful of what your pets are and are not allowed... in my own experience, I was never one to give my dog human treats unless it was a very special occasion, so I can be respectful and understanding of any rules specific to your preference for your dog(s). I am happy to take them outside, drive them to a nearby park if that is something you are comfortable with, I think communication when it comes to your loved one is key.

About: I adore cats! Ive had cat since I was 2. I currently have one kitty and her name is lily. I have taken care of other people's kitties as well and I adore it. I will administer meds, change litter, do anything that is needed to take care of them.
About: I have always been the biggest animal lover. I am vegan for ethical reasons! I used to volunteer for the Paws Adoption Center in Chicago. There, I was involved with the community outreach team, and I’d help put together adoption packets and pamphlets. I mostly spent my time doing physical labor— that is, walking the dogs, cleaning up after them, etc. In San Diego, I live with my roommate’s friendly little Maltese dog in a pet-friendly apartment. Growing up, my family has had a total of four dogs. Three of them we adopted about 15 years ago, and I witnessed them through their teething process and helped potty trained them. A couple of years ago, we welcomed a new, adult dog into our home in Chicago. During winter break of 2017, I successfully taught her several new tricks. In addition, family members and friends have asked me to pet-sit during special events or lengthy vacations. I am very willing to work with new dogs with different personalities who may require special care. My schedule is completely open, and my apartment is a comfortable, clean, and spacious place for dogs to stay in. I am especially willing to travel to your home if that happens to be your preferred option. I am looking forward to accommodating dogs to their own special needs. I am working part-time and can check on your dog at least every six hours! Many days, I only work four hour shifts, so I can probably check on them even more often! I am very neat and clean! I will treat your space with respect the way I do mine. Let me know which spaces your pet is allowed to go into!
“Our cats had a great time vacationing with Charles and his family. 10/10 would recommend. I only have one concern.. Simba came home with his tale tucked.. not only bc we had to give him calming medication or that we had an hour drive home.. but bc he met an angel named Halo (Charles' cat) and is lovesick. He seems to have found love, so I have a suspicion I have been replaced as Simba's #1 girl. I thought #2 isn't so bad right? But I soon came to learn I actually have dropped to #3, bc Simba has found a new bestie in Charles' daughter. Who is #1 between Halo and daughter? Idk maybe y'all can ask Charles 😒 No amount of cat nip can cure my blues. You can call him for all your cat sitting needs but when you call you might wanna address that man as Mr. SYC (Mr. Steal Your Cat).”

“I highly recommend Evan, she’s friendly, punctual and communicates well. She accepted the unusual task of walking my cat. Yes, we walk him everyday. Evan has been a cat “walker” and house sitter for me. She sent me pictures daily, updates about how Joey was doing, and reached out with questions if she ever needed to know anything. She really did her best to make Joey as comfortable and loved as she could in our absence. As long as Evan is with Rover I’ll be reaching out to her whenever I need help with Joey. He gives her two paws up!”

About: My dedication to kitty care is evident in the expertise I have gained through years of hands-on experience. I have mastered the art of nurturing cats, intuitively understanding their needs and providing a safe, loving environment where they truly thrive. I would love to take care of your furry friends! 💖🐾🐾
“Sommer was great and I’ll definitely be booking with her again for future needs. From the initial meet-and-greet to the daily check-ins and pictures, she really knows how to put you at ease knowing your pups are in good hands. I have a senior dog (maltipoo) who needs to be carried up and down the stairs, as well as a younger dog (pit/lab mix) who can be a handful and she gave both of them the attention and care they needed. She also administered daily medication and was always thorough, communicative and reliable throughout the week. Thank you so much, Sommer!”

About: I have fostered Bichons thru Bichon Fur Kids Rescue in addition to previous dog sitting. I have also shown in AKC dog shows. Love dogs ! I am available 7 days a week. Walking on leash in the park is fun too.

“Brooke and her husband, Steven, were amazing! (I hope I got his name right, my dog was rather excited when he introduced himself). My stay was very last minute as I was coming down from LA, so they didn't have a chance to meet my dog before his stay with them. They were SUPER accommodating in taking him in really early in the morning and late at night (9:30 pm), so I could go do touristy things in SD. My dog is an excited barker when he meets people, and bright at 8:30 am, the two of them came out to greet him extremely cheerful and thankfully very nice and understanding while I apologized for his barking. They have a great house with a backyard. They were super chill about Marty hanging out with them on the couch and it seemed like they had a mellow day. Since it was only a day, I mentioned they didn't have to take photos of him, but throughout the day, they sent me adorable selfies of them having fun with my pup and it made my day! Their positivity and enthusiasm made me feel so at ease and I highly recommend them. I will definitely contact them when I'm back in town again.”

About: I started my career early volunteering as a teenager at the local humane society. ❤️ Working at the humane society we had dogs and kitties from every background come our way, and it was our job to take care of them, help them grow, and make sure they were comfortable every single day. My experience includes 15 years of taking care of puppies, mid-age doggies and elderly doggies of all sizes. On top of professional time spent with doggies my family dogs were a big beautiful boxer bull mastiff named Layla, and a little Sheltie named Lady. I now have a one year old Golden Sammy named Zena. I’m currently working part time which gives me the flexibility to keep taking care of dogs. Send a message for your desired dates and times. I have had dogs for my entire life. I currently have a fenced in yard and a year old trained and submissive sweet golden Sammy named zena.
About: Hello🤗! I’ve been caring for dogs since I was a little girl. I’ve honestly always had some type of dog in my life. My first dog was a schnauzer, and I cared for her all the way into her senior years, so I’m comfortable with both playful pups and older dogs who need extra patience and attentiveness. During COVID, our lab had a litter of six puppies, so I have hands on experience with puppy care, feeding schedules, and managing lots of energy in the cutest way possible. I’ve also been around cats for many years. Before I moved away, my family rescued a Siamese kitten who still needed milk from her mother. We actually found her in a tennis court, and helping care for her from such a young age taught me how attentive, patient, and gentle you have to be with cats. Since then, I’ve become very comfortable understanding different cat personalities I’ve come across, from shy and cautious to playful and affectionate. Recently, a friend trusted me to stay in their home and care for their dog for a week and a half, and that experience made me realize how much I genuinely enjoy this. It did not feel like a job. It felt natural and fulfilling. That is when I decided to take pet sitting more seriously. I am also very active and love going on morning runs, so high energy dogs are more than welcome. I enjoy structured walks, playtime, and making sure every pup gets the physical and mental stimulation they need. I am located in a very dog friendly neighborhood with wide sidewalks, grassy areas, designated walking paths, and convenient potty stations. It is a safe and spacious environment for structured walks and comfortable exploration. Above all, I am attentive, reliable, and big on communication. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, loved, and cared for while keeping you fully at ease. I currently have a flexible schedule and can dedicate time to caring for your pets throughout the day. I make sure feeding times, walks, playtime, and check-ins fit naturally into my routine so your pet receives consistent care and attention. I’m reliable with schedules and always prioritize your pet’s comfort and routine while you’re away. Safety and comfort are my top priorities when caring for pets. I always follow the owner’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications, and routines. I pay attention to pets’ behavior and needs to make sure they feel secure and relaxed. Whether in my home or a client’s home, I maintain a calm and clean environment where pets can feel safe and cared for.
“Tater & Gemma loved spending time at Jennifer’s! They’re puppies and they got new experiences annd socialization and came home happy and tired. Gemma cuddled up with Jennifer at pick up, so I know she felt the love in Jennifer’s home. To top it off, both pups required meds and some extra attention to stitches and staples (darn puppies), and Jennifer was happy to tend to those needs. I’ve already booked another stay with Jennifer!”

About: Hi! My name is Isabelle. I’ve been dog sitting for friends, family, and neighbors for at least 10 years! I miss having dogs around so I will love yours like my own. I work from home full time and can easily take lots of breaks to let your dog out! I also take 1-2 long walks a day. Feel free to bring their bed and any toys your dog may want to have with them. I don’t have a yard but plenty of space to walk them around.
“Madison & Moses are awesome! So easy to communicate with and both have a great, calm energy that was perfect for helping my shy, anxious, rescue pittie feel right at home. It’s clear they’re both well-versed in dog behavior and I appreciate that they met my dog right where she was at. They had no issues giving her the time, space and patience needed to open up in her own time - it made all the difference. Thankful to have found them!”

I take time to learn every pet’s routine, personality, energy level, and comfort needs so they feel safe and relaxed while their owner is away. I’m especially attentive to behavior and body language, which helps me respond quickly if a pet is stressed, anxious, or needs extra support. For dogs, that means consistent routines, safe walks, positive reinforcement, and plenty of engagement. For cats, it means respecting their space, maintaining a calm environment, and offering affection on their terms. Communication is also a big differentiator for me. I provide regular updates, photos, and check-ins so pet parents feel at ease. I treat every pet as if they were my own, prioritizing safety, cleanliness, and emotional well-being at all times. I work from home most days as a business owner. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I plan my schedule around feeding times, walks, playtime, and check-ins to make sure each pet receives consistent care and attention. I’m very organized and reliable, so pets can stay on their normal routine, which helps reduce stress while their owners are away. Throughout the day, I make time for exercise, companionship, cleaning litter boxes, refreshing food and water, and monitoring each pet’s wellbeing. I also build in time for updates to pet parents, including photos and notes. Because I prioritize pet care, I’m flexible and able to adjust my routine to meet each pet’s specific needs. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and focus on keeping the pet’s routine consistent. This includes feeding, walks, litter box maintenance, playtime, medication administration if needed, and companionship. I also keep the home tidy, bring in mail if requested, and provide regular updates with photos and notes so pet parents feel confident and informed.
“My family and I highly recommend Alexis and Adam as dog walkers! They walked my two German Shepherd mixes early in the morning for 16 consecutive days for an hour each while we were on vacation. Always on time, always submitting report cards with photos and the route they walked. On top of that, my dogs, who are rescues with shyness or aggression toward strangers AND severe dog reactivity on walks, LOVED Lex and Adam! As a professional dog trainer and walker myself, I’m extremely careful with people who interact with my dogs, and Lex and Adam exceeded my expectations! It’s clear to me that they take caring for their clients’ dogs seriously and both are extremely nice and personable. Thank you Lex and Adam!!”

About: I genuinely enjoy being around dogs and making them feel comfortable, safe, and loved. I'm active, patient, and love going on walks, playing, or just keeping them company. I'll care for your dog the same way I would my own. Pet care is already part of my everyday life because of my own dog, Taco. He's super active, so walks and park trips are already part of my everyday routine. I genuinely enjoy being around dogs, so dog walking and drop in visits fit naturally into my schedule. I'm available weekday afternoons and anytime on weekends. I always want dogs to feel safe and comfortable around me. On walks, I pay attention to their pace, surroundings, and anything that could stress them out. In a client's home, I follow their routine and make sure their dog feels relaxed and cared for. I treat my dog like they're my own ❤️
“Jalen did a great job walking my big dog that loves to pull on his leash. He gave good daily updates and photos and I had great peace of mind while on my vacation knowing my dog was being well cared for. Will definitely be booking again.”

About: I have taken care of dogs for 10 years. Love taking walks and able to give meds. I am very sensitive to a dogs feelings and enjoy seeing them happy. I'll do whatever it takes. I am retired so I have plenty of time to spend and play with my furry friends! I'll be staying at your home, so I will stay close in the community. I also love to help people with their garden! I am great at following all instructions given by the owner. I take them on long walks, playing fetch and cuddling up on the couch with them.
“Okay for starters, Evan is already a GREAT care taker for my pup, but this week, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND. My dog apparently got sick in the 4 hours between me leaving the house and Evan showing up and he was covered in diarrhea when she showed up. Instead of leaving him covered in crap and leaving his crate full of crap, she thoroughly cleaned max, his crate and made sure he had everything he needed along with his regular walk. If that is not a blatant display of reliability, kindness, professional caretaking and a genuine love for animals and their well-being I don’t know what is. Evan is not a person who just wants to make money, she actually cares about your pup and their well-being, so you’ve found the right person for the job if you’re reading this! :)”

“Rachel is a wonderful dog walker. She has an easy repore with my dog, it is clear that she loves animals! I would recommend Rachel as a dog sitter. I will be using her in the future.”
“Stephanie has been an amazing dog walker/companion for my pup while I’m at work. She’s been walking my baby Nahua consistently for about a month now. When I first found her on Rover she was kind enough to take time out of her day for a meet and greet . My baby is usually very apprehensive to meet people and does not trust easily. But after only 1 walk she now gets excited to see her. Stephanie has an electric and upbeat energy about her. She responds promptly, makes sure to keep me updated with multiple photos and detailed updates about their walks together . She is consistent, reliable, dedicated and goes above and beyond to care for my pup. More often that not she even extends the walk to give my baby more time outdoors. I would highly recommend her to care for your four legged children 🦮🐾. I hope Stephanie can continue to pencil us in for her services for a long time to come.”

“So happy we found Erica. She was amazing with Simba and I can tell she loves dog. She sent us regular updates to let us know how simba was and she was responsive. He came back happy and tired because of the playing he got to do with other dogs. Thank you Erica, for caring for our dog.”

“I’ve taken my Malinois here a few times and he loves it. He is always well cared for and leaves happy. I’ve left him here for up to a week and am totally comfortable doing so. I will definitely continue using their services.”

“Isabelle was great! This was my dog’s first sitter experience so I was a bit worried about how she would react, but I was glad to see that she was happy, comfortable, and well taken care of! I also appreciated Isabelle sending updates and pictures of my dog while we were away. I’ll be using Isabelle’s services again, and I highly recommend her!”

“I had an amazing experience with our dog sitter! They took excellent care of our dogs and went above and beyond to ensure they had a blast. Our pups absolutely loved the pool time and had so much fun splashing around. It was clear that our sitter prioritized their safety and well-being throughout their stay. We couldn't have asked for a better caregiver for our furry friends. Highly recommended!”
