I felt completely comfortable knowing he was in such good hands. Saddaf was also outstanding with communication and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. When I was a child, I had a golden retriever puppy named Rollie, who I adored. As Rollie aged, I learned to be particularly gentle and attentive to her. Because of that experience, I feel comfortable taking care of older dogs. On the other side of the spectrum, I am also comfortable taking care of puppies! After Rollie passed, I adopted an energetic and quirky puppy from the local humane society and we shared 12 beautiful years together. “Our cats had a great time vacationing with Charles and his family. 10/10 would recommend. I only have one concern.. Simba came home with his tale tucked.. not only bc we had to give him calming medication or that we had an hour drive home.. but bc he met an angel named Halo (Charles' cat) and is lovesick. He seems to have found love, so I have a suspicion I have been replaced as Simba's #1 girl. I thought #2 isn't so bad right? But I soon came to learn I actually have dropped to #3, bc Simba has found a new bestie in Charles' daughter. Who is #1 between Halo and daughter? Idk maybe y'all can ask Charles 😒 No amount of cat nip can cure my blues. You can call him for all your cat sitting needs but when you call you might wanna address that man as Mr. SYC (Mr. Steal Your Cat).”

About: I’ve had about 13 dogs of different breeds in my lifetime and two cats. Every animal that I’ve had in my life still carry on in my heart. I love and appreciate animals for their never ending love for us humans. Rest assured that I was responsible for all of my pets and made sure to attend to their needs in a safe manner, so my experience can be valuable when it comes to caring for other pets. I’m able to work any day of the week as long as it’s 8-3pm. I’m just not available around 4-6, but I am able to care for them in my home if necessary. We have a screen door and our parking lot is gated, so there is no way for them to get through. There is also a park nearby that is great for walking.

The morning I dropped him off, I placed Cooper down on the pavement to see how he would react. To my amazement, Betty’s kind spirit attracted him like a moth to a flame. He ran over, pounced into her open arms, and followed her into her the house without so much as a cry. When I picked him up he that evening he gave her a million kisses before leaving. The following day, he did the same but with even more gusto. When things slow down and I enjoy watching the dogs run around the yard while I work on projects around the house. In our home, dogs have the opportunity to venture between the house and the patio or back yard freely (so long as you are okay w that). The backyard is completely fenced in and double-gated. There is also fresh water dispersed around the property, along with plenty of toys and chews to play with. There is also a patio area so our furry friends can get some shade, if needed. When it comes to cats, I am more than happy to accommodate any size cat, I have a loft in my house that cats love to climb up into and laze about. They have toys and scratching posts up there as well for enrichment. I also have a beautiful beam that stretches above my kitchen that they tend to love to lay on and watch people walk around below. Every animal is different with its own unique temperament . What I enjoy doing is creating a comfy, secure, calm, and fun environment for each and every animal I get the opportunity to meet and care for.
About: I have been a petsitter for over 5 years now. I share this account with my fiancée who is also a petsitter here on Rover. We live in a spacious two bedroom in a dog friendly neighborhood very close to dog parks and open fields where we like to walk and take the pups to run around. About: I am an uncle to many cats and dogs over the years. I have lived with pets all my life. Most recently, 2 years with a Shih Tzu, Sola, and have cared for her throughout our time together. I have watched over my friend’s pets for weeks on end and enjoy the time we spend together. I love seeing the bond between people and their furry friends! I have helped raised a surprise litter of puppies, trained them, and helped them find good homes! We still keep in contact with their new loving families! Sola has two small homes she uses as her safety zone. A crate is for when she is feeling stressed and a fuzzy home for when she wants privacy. We have an understanding to not cross her boundaries and when she enters those spaces, we give her the privacy she requests. Understanding animals boundaries is important to me, for my safety, their wellbeing, and to maintain trust, especially if I’m a stranger to them.

About: I personally have 3 dogs so I know how to deal with multiples in families. I used to walk for WAG before I got an office job, very experienced in drop-ins and Housesitting. About: I lost my sweet dog 2 years ago. It was very painful and left me feeling empty. Thinking of getting another dog has not been some thing I’ve considered, as I don’t want to go through loss again. But at the same time, I truly miss the love and affection pups bring to us! I’ve been watching friends and families pets since and this has truly filled the void and emptiness. I currently have a full-time job working from home so this allows me to be able to watch pets at anytime. Since I work remote I can travel to any pets home and have plenty of time to walk them and play :) I pride myself in the trust I have built between my current clients.
