About: Although I have never owned a dog myself, I have several years of experience caring for family dogs. My sister has had a dog since 2016, and my mom got a dog in 2023. I regularly help care for them when my family is out of town, including feeding them on schedule, providing fresh food and water, taking them on walks, and making sure they are safe and comfortable. “This was Kat's first time sitting for our kitten Peanut, and she exceeded our expectations across the board. Communication was excellent — she shared regular updates and sent us genuinely fun photos that we loved getting throughout the trip. When we hit an unexpected schedule change, Kat was completely accommodating and made it a non-issue. The house was just as clean as we left it. She followed everything we asked, from the litter box routine to stripping the bed before we got back. It was my first time leaving him with a sitter since he was diagnosed with diabetes (and stage 2 kidney disease) and I was a bit nervous at first. But Olivia came by for a meet-and-greet and put me at ease with her obvious comfort with cats, and particularly her experience taking care of diabetic cats and injecting insulin. While I was away she sent thorough updates and it was clear that my cat was well taken care of, and that his insulin and pills were being administered as expected. After my trip, I came home to a happy cat and Olivia immediately arranged to come by and drop off the keys. When walking, adventuring out is essential to broadening a dogs territory and decreasing the occurrence of aggression. About: I grew up with dogs, currently I have an in door out door cat and have had bunnies as an adult as as well. I really enjoy playing with animals and always have since I was a child. About: I bond quickly with animals and I make sure to properly introduce myself so they don’t feel intimidated in their own home. To them I want to be a friend rather than someone who is just there I live across from a park where walking/playing with your dogs is fun and easy! I like to go outside for at least 30 minutes a day to get some fresh air and exercise. I am up early, making it easy to get dogs their first bathroom break in the morning. I have a short commute, so that means less time they have to be alone! I will stick to any schedules that they may have that way they feel a little bit more comfortable without their parents around. If anyone is feeling extra shy, I’ll slowly introduce myself until they are comfortable.

About: I have cared for a wide variety of animals over the years. I spent several years volunteering at a veterinary clinic and later at a humane society, where I gained hands-on experience in animal care, handling, and support. I telework so I am at home most of the day. When I do leave, dogs hang out in the dog run where they have access to comfy beds, toys and access to an upstairs patio where they can keep an eye on all the goings-on. I have a fully fenced yard that provides a safe, secure space for dogs to run, play, or relax comfortably. I provide supervised playtime in the yard several times a day and at least one 20-30 minute walk around the neighborhood.
