About: I’ve had about 13 dogs of different breeds in my lifetime and two cats. Every animal that I’ve had in my life still carry on in my heart. I love and appreciate animals for their never ending love for us humans. “Nervous about leaving your new puppy in the care of a stranger? Don’t be when it’s Betty! My Cooper is 3 months old, naturally shy with strangers, and normally suffers with separation anxiety. The morning I dropped him off, I placed Cooper down on the pavement to see how he would react. To my amazement, Betty’s kind spirit attracted him like a moth to a flame. He ran over, pounced into her open arms, and followed her into her the house without so much as a cry. When I picked him up he that evening he gave her a million kisses before leaving. The following day, he did the same but with even more gusto. Literally lifesavers, I work really long hours and my husband, who usually watches our dog during the day, had to travel for work last minute. Shelby and Dalton agreed to watch my pup on one of my long days and were so understanding and flexible when I had to pick her up later in the evening - truly I don’t know what I would’ve done without them! They treated her as if she were their own and she LOVED playing with their sweet pup and cuddling with one of the cats, and I got lots of updates and pictures throughout the day. About: I grew up on a farm with many animals. We have raised our girls with many pets including: chickens, bunnies, several foster and adopted dogs, and rescuing cats that would have been euthanized to live on our farm. We have 1 acre of fully fenced yard in a cozy community. We recently had to put down our sweet pit bull and are looking to opening up our homes to care for others pets at this time. My regular job is a in-home healthcare for seniors so I’m always in their homes cleaning their houses and stuff like that, as well as as if they have pets taken care of those as well. I care for all of my pet clients just like I with them. I respect the houses that I work in like they are my own!
About: I've grown up with cats since I was 8 and began petsitting for people in my 1st couple years of college around 2015. I've done both dogsitting and catsitting for people and I love both animals equally! I have petsat for people with animals of all ages, with the youngest dog I have watched being about 8-10 months and the oldest being about 14 or 15. I love exploring new places and being outdoors especially since I live in one of the most beautiful places in the U.S. with the best weather! I find it equally enjoyable to see a dog smile and to see him/her bring joy to their owner and to people around them. I love to see how dogs can bring people together and get people to connect who would otherwise likely never talk to each other. I genuinely enjoy helping others and caring for pets really is its own kind of therapy! I will always clean up after pets even if its raining or if the dog wants to rush off and I have to step on the leash to keep him/her from taking off. I live by the golden rule and will do what I can to hold people accountable for pets that aren't being taken care of and/or cleaned up after. I'm currently working part time at San Diego Community College district as an Educational Coach with a students who are special needs or neurodivergent student population. I work about 17-19 hours a week for that job and am typically away from the home for 5 hours a day or less on Mon-Thurs depending on the day and number of students I'm meeting with. Some administrative tasks for my school job can be done remotely. I want to do more dog-walking and housesitting because it motivates me to stay active and foster connections with animals that my current living situation doesn't allow for. I also love hearing people's pet rescue stories and funny stories because each pet has its own personality and leaves pawprints on others hearts and lives! I love spending time with pets by throwing them their favorite toy and cuddling with them on the couch or bed. I also care for them by taking them for walks or finding the perfect new toy from an old volleyball, piece of rope, or other seemingly random objects that pets decide to take a liking to. Its interesting to see what they choose and of course there are limits there of things that should not be considered due to being hazardous due to being a choking hazard, but I'm all about finding new ways for them to have fun. I will feed them as often as you need and I have also given a dog its pills disguised in peanut butter or in its kibble a few times. If your animal is only allowed in parts of the house or yard I will keep the pens up and only allow it out as directed. I will provide them water as well as with treats or dental chews as preferred. I will take dogs out to use the bathroom as often as I am able, typically once every couple hours while I'm home and once every few hours if I'm going out. About: Being raised in the rural parts of El Cajon, with my mom being apart of the AKC- American Kennel Club, I spent a lot of time around animals. Learning at a young age how to properly interact with dogs. I have walked up to three small dogs at the same time that belonged to my land-lord of 5 years. Even though these three dogs were considered aggressive toward other people, they loved and trusted me and I loved them back. I enjoy being around small animals and spending quality time with them. I only take care of crate trained animals in my home. Animals who are potty trained, and nothing bigger than 25lbs. I do live in a gated community with plenty of room to walk and run around outdoors. I also have a spacious living room and dining room area with no furniture. Spacious for small animals, their crates, and their zoomies! I do not have any pets or children. About: I’ve had a guinea pig, a bunny, and 2 dogs. I’ve always been an animal person. And I help my friends out by taking care of there pets. It depends on the my work day sense I do freelance contracting for production work. But I would have to what day you would want to book me for and times.
