“It was our first time using Rover. Our year old dog Sandee loved being with them. They have a sweet dog named Preston which she enjoyed playing with. Carina and Santiago's two daughters also help with the pet care. Felicia even made Sandee a couple handmade flowers for her collar. So sweet! They also offer for a small additional fee pick up and drop off of your pet if needed. They treat their Rover pets as part of the family. :) We will be regulars with them!!”

“We left our two 2 year-old canine companions with Lara and her family, which included four dogs of her own along with several borders, for nine nights. It was the first time we had left them anywhere. They had a fantastic time, playing incessantly with the other dogs. Lara sent us pictures and videos daily that showed clearly how comfortable they were and how much they were enjoying the stay. She has a large property, and the canines were essentially afforded free access to the large back yard as Lara kept a door open. She had several large dog beds around the house, some big enough that our two could sleep together, which improved their sense of comfort. We will definitely use Lara again if the need arises. Lastly, her rate was very reasonable given the outstanding setting and attention given to our two dogs.”

“Darlene went above and beyond with our little girl, Rosie. We really put her through the ringer. Rosie is older and has health issues that occasionally arise. Just before her stay, she started experiencing incontinence, which, though treated, was not yet under control during her stay with Darlene. Poor Darlene had to use her mop quite a bit, and despite the burden, she treated Rosie so gently and sweetly. Even though having accidents normally stresses Rosie out, she was very content at Darlene's. She was given a lot of love, a healthy amount of treats, and plenty of outside and playtime with Darlene's little pom, Foxi. We were able to relax knowing that Rosie was in great hands. We're big fans of Darlene. Will book again, if she'll have us.”

Our dog had a blast and was pulling on the leash to get back to the door when we brought her back after the first day. Ashley provided walks, training sessions,rest time and playtime. Our dog is on a low-fat diet for medical reasons and she conscientiously gave her the treats we brought. She sends several videos during the day so you can see your baby. There were a couple other dogs in care at the same time and she did an excellent job of introducing and monitoring the dogs. Overall a wonderful experience! About: My husband and I have retired and live in Saddlebrooke. We both watched dogs before when we lived in Columbus and now in Arizona and we LOVE it! Between the two of us we are home alot to spoil our (and your!) dogs, but do note that we do take bike rides etc in the 2-3 hour range several times a week. We watch ONLY ONE family’s dog(s) at one time so that we can give YOUR pet the special attention that he or she deserves. I have found each dog that we've watched to be a special gift in his or her own way and consider it a real blessing to be given the honor of watching your pet. I've been watching dogs for decades for family, neighbors and friends and loving it! I have always had dogs, helped my uncle raising schnauzer's, and done obedience work with several of my dogs - who were amazing! We have one dog, Emmie, a 15 yr old Havanese who while initially wary of new dogs and people becomes friends. She is pretty low key ( and toothless) and so dogs that have very high energy would not be a good fit. She accepts other dogs but doesn't usually care to play with them (but we do!!) We also require all dogs that we watch to be up to date on all immunizations, and are fully house broken and non aggressive. Dogs are welcome on our furniture and on our bed. We have a secure five foot fence in our back yard. My husband and I are retired and so are around home a lot, yet we are active and love to take walks and snuggle and play with the dogs! I have a five foot fenced in back yard. Dogs are welcome anywhere in our house including our bed. Our Havenese sleeps with us and yours is welcome too!

I truly understand animals and I treat every pet like part of the family. Caring for animals has always been part of my everyday life. Whether it’s early morning walks, playtime, or keeping a routine for feeding and medication, I naturally build my day around what pets need. I’m used to adjusting my schedule to fit each animal’s routine whether it’s a puppy who needs extra attention or a senior dog who needs a slower pace. Pet care isn’t just a task for me it’s something I genuinely enjoy and look forward to every day. I follow each pet’s routine closely whether I’m in my home or yours. That includes feeding, walks, playtime, and any special needs like meds or crate training. I focus on making pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved in a clean and calm environment.
About: Been around animals since I was a child , animals will have such a special place in my heart. I would love to care for your animals! I volunteer at a local cat shelter named Hunters Cat Cafe, they are a non profits organization. I have my own cat named “noody” who’s is a sphinx! I love caring for animals and people, currently in school and have extra time! Provide physical and mental companionship! Will feed, clean and play with every animal. Dog sat for 5+ years and provided medication & following instruction treatments
About: I grew up surrounded by pets, so caring for animals has always come naturally to me. I started dog sitting for friends while in college and have loved it ever since. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and making sure they feel happy, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. I work during the week, but I’m generally available in the evenings and have a flexible schedule on weekends. I’m happy to accommodate different needs whenever possible… it’s usually just a matter of coordinating schedules in advance 😊 I live in an apartment with access to a dog park right in the complex, so there is plenty of space for walks, playtime, and fresh air. I also love spending time outdoors and often visit parks, lakes, and hiking trails whenever I can. If a dog enjoys adventures, I would be happy to bring them along with me :)

“We left our two 2 year-old canine companions with Lara and her family, which included four dogs of her own along with several borders, for nine nights. It was the first time we had left them anywhere. They had a fantastic time, playing incessantly with the other dogs. Lara sent us pictures and videos daily that showed clearly how comfortable they were and how much they were enjoying the stay. She has a large property, and the canines were essentially afforded free access to the large back yard as Lara kept a door open. She had several large dog beds around the house, some big enough that our two could sleep together, which improved their sense of comfort. We will definitely use Lara again if the need arises. Lastly, her rate was very reasonable given the outstanding setting and attention given to our two dogs.”

Even though our ShihTzu was out of his element, and was a bit naughty, they handled it with lots of grace and patience! Roxi is a four-month-old Rottweiler who is still learning a lot — and after just one long weekend with Gidette, I learned so much more about our own dog. Gidette went above and beyond. She sent daily pictures and status updates that gave us real peace of mind, and she even helped Roxi start going to the bathroom outside instead of relying on the pads.
