“We have never used Rover before, but Miriam was wonderful. She took in our 2 dogs as if they were hers. She played with the guys and worked with them to get them to eat (which is no small chore with our guys). She has a wonderful house with a great back yard and our dogs made themselves at home. She sent us pictures and video's of the guys while we were on vacation and shared how they were progressing. It is obvious that she loves dogs and I would not hesitate to book her again if we went out of town. She went above and beyond in her caring for the dogs.”

About: I have always had cats since the day I was born, and I’m very experienced looking after cats of all ages and temperaments. We’ve had tiny kittens all the way up to 15 year old seniors, requiring different levels of care and attention. I’m not scared of cats and will happily spend as much or as little time with them as they want (they always get to decide, naturally). I’ve looked after cats with various dietary needs, as well, so happy to coax and cater to even the pickiest eaters!

We lost our last dog last year and don’t want the long term commitment of a new dog at this stage in our lives, but would love to take care of other people’s dogs. It is just myself and my husband in our household. I work from home part-time and if there are days that I would be showing property (realtor) I would not schedule a Rover sitting job. Also, I babysit a small child every Wednesday and Thursday. I have a fully fenced yard and no other dogs. I have no problem having dogs stay inside my home. We also welcome small stock animal care if you go out of town (rabbit, Guinea pig, turtle, etc) We have 1 rabbit with a spare cage on top! For dogs being trained, as well as those being boarded, I was responsible for feedings, any medications that needed to be administered, crating and uncrating dogs for bathroom breaks, cleaning of all outside kennels and inside crates, I also bathed and groomed dogs before they returned home. Other than dogs and cats, I'm also experienced in working with reptiles, rabbits, fish, etc. I am very careful and respectful to all animals and their environments and schedules. I've also done overnight house and dog sitting for friends and family. Outside of my resume, I truly love animals and enjoy meeting new furry friends. With that said, I look forward to taking care of your fur babies! I also work part-time, as well as from home, & will be able to give your pups all the exercise they need. Sometimes I will be in & out of your home, as I have other clients, but will always make sure your animals are taken care of regardless of my schedule. I will follow all procedures you give me. I am also very careful when entering & exiting your home to prevent any escapes. When I let your dogs out into the yard, they are always watched & never left alone.
About: I grew up having dogs and taking care of them. I also have 3 pups of my own that’s I’ve worked to train and care for for the last 4 years. She played with the guys and worked with them to get them to eat (which is no small chore with our guys). She has a wonderful house with a great back yard and our dogs made themselves at home. She sent us pictures and video's of the guys while we were on vacation and shared how they were progressing. It is obvious that she loves dogs and I would not hesitate to book her again if we went out of town. She went above and beyond in her caring for the dogs.”
