“I never once felt worried while Ashton was in Michelle’s care. From the very beginning, she made me feel completely comfortable and reassured. It was clear how much Ashton was genuinely cared for - my dog was happy, well-loved, and treated like their own. I’m so grateful to have found someone I can truly trust and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, reliable puppy babysitter.”

“Our energetic 2 year old Golden Doodle just spent 5 glorious days with Lara and her family. Lara sent MANY photos and videos and it was clear that Clancy was having a wonderful time. He had never seen a horse before but learned to walk alongside one and also alongside their buggy pulled by a miniature horse! Going to Lara’s is like sending your dog to a 5 star resort. (I kind of wanted to stay at their beautiful home and property myself!) It was a comfort to know that Clancy was well cared for. I cannot recommend Lara enough! Clancy will be going back!”

“Lauren did an excellent job with my dog, she communicated very well regarding his daily activities and sent pictures. She even got him to eat while I was away which he normally doesn't do. Her apt was clean and dog friendly. Would re-book again.”

“Sara and Family are fantastic. My pup stayed with them a week. I got lots of pics and updates. It’s like my pup was part of the family. Booking was super efficient - very responsive. Great communication throughout.”

“Royce and Bentley had a great time exploring in the yard and rolling on the turf. Royce enjoyed his belly rubs, and Bentley got plenty of exercise from playing ball. They were so well taken care of, I’m not sure they even missed me!”

“Wow! What great fortune to find Seth, Connie and their daughters to take care of our loveable but rather problematic Stella. They did a fantastic job and we are very grateful to them. From the initial phone call when they took the time to give us a thorough orientation, to all the ongoing communication up to the sitting, to the welcome they gave Stellla, and especially to the patience and understanding they had with her foibles—they were great!! Also fun to get regular ipdates and pictures while Stella was with them. We definitely look forward to using them in the future!”

“Antonio took great care of our pup. He was very easy to communicate with and provided updates throughout the stay with pictures and videos. We would definitely use him again to watch our pup and recommend him.”

“First time using Rover.com and couldn’t be more pleased. Beth is such a caring dog person. Paige immediately went to her at the meet and greet jumping up on her lap and relaxing. That is good for 6month old pup. Beth kept me updated daily on Paige and went above and beyond to make sure she was well and happy. Thank you Beth!!”

Whether your pup is energetic, shy, a senior needing extra care, or a young dog still learning, I'll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I'll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you're away. I work from home, which allows me to provide attentive, consistent care throughout the day. Spending time with dogs is something I genuinely enjoy, and it helps create a calm, positive balance in my daily routine. I provide a safe, loving environment where dogs can relax, play, and feel at home while their owners are away. My flexible schedule allows me to give each pet the attention, companionship, and care they deserve. I enjoy daily afternoon walks, providing dogs with exercise, fresh air, and companionship. I will provide a safe, calm, and loving environment where your pet will receive plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. I enjoy building a bond with each pet so they can feel comfortable, adjust quickly, and feel at home in my care.
“Rocco's fourth and longest stay with Andreah was great. She worked with us to resolve a small issue in timing between her schedule and our travel plans so we could board Rocco with her.”

“Gail is a wonderful pup sitter! MacGyver enjoyed his time there playing with other dogs. Drop off and pick up were a breeze and we even fit in a short visit before our trip to make sure this was a good fit for all involved.”

“Brittani is everything I’d want in a dog sitter and much, much more. She not only provides individualized care and attention, she understands dog behavior, and the psychology behind why they do what they do especially in relation to the dogs and humans in their orbit. I totally recommend Brittani for overnight stays and/or doggie day care. She’s the real deal!”

“I boarded my 20 pound Miniature Schnauzer with Ron for a period of ten days while in Hawaii. My pup is an important part of my family and I want him to feel as if he is also having a vacation while I am away. After carefully researching every available boarding option I decided on Ron. I met Ron for a meet and greet before the actual boarding and his responsible and trustworthy nature was evident. Ron also has a beautifully landscaped and secure back yard. Lastly, Ron's Poodle Lily made an excellent companion to my proportionately sized Miniature Schnauzer. In my opinion, the combination of these qualities make's Ron the best choice for small dog boarding in Tucson. My schnauzer had a joyous time frolicking and cuddling with Ron's poodle while I was away. Ron did a great job of sending photos. The photos showed that my pup was eating, enjoying time on the couch and even cuddled in bed next to Ron's poodle. I received photos throughout my trip (not just the first few days) and these photos convinced me that my pup was having just as much fun as I was. Ron is a primary school teacher which is an occupation that I have much respect for and is illustrative of his good character. Ron also has a love of plants which is evident in his beautiful green yard with lots of shady places for dogs to rest and play. I was also very pleased that Ron has a dog door that my 20 pound schnauzer was able to fit through easily for constant back yard access. Overall, I do not think there is a better choice for small dog boarding in Tucson. My pup actually seemed sad to leave Ron and his poodle Lily. It was a great opportunity for my dog to socialize and play with another well trained dog. My dog came back happy, well exercised and without a trace of anxiety. In conclusion, Ron is a kind, intelligent, and caring animal lover. I would not hesitate to board my much loved miniature schnauzer with him next time I go on vacation. Ron's tranquil home and general attitude make the experience a vacation for your pet.”

“Erica is absolutely the best. Rickey felt right at home and was able to socialize and go on walks and get plenty of love. We could not be happier with her stay and can’t wait to have Erica watch her again.”

My kitties immediately gravitated to her, even my shy girl. Thank you!”

“I’ve had a couple of bad experiences using Rover in the past with boarding in someone else’s home so I decided to give drop in visits a try. “Karol visited my sweet cats while im away to see family and in addition to giving them their wet food, freshened up their water, she searched them out in their hiding spots to give them some pets and send me photos of them. I really appreciated her going the extra mile to make sure they got that human interaction they are used to having <3”

“Melayna took such amazing care of my cats while I was away. As somebody in the veterinary field it can be hard to trust someone to care for my animals, but it was very obvious from the beginning how much she truly loves and cares about the animals she watches. I had full trust that they were in good hands the entire time I was gone and that means everything to me! I would absolutely have her watch them again and will definitely be recommending her to anyone that needs a pet sitter in the future! :)”

“Sky was absolutely amazing with my 3 cats. They loved her! She sent pictures and updates at every visit and always arrived in a timely manner for my kitties. Communication was amazing and I will definitely be rebooking Sky in the future.”

“Heather was awesome! We came back to a happy and healthy cat just the way we left her- and she went out of her way to make sure she was taken care of. Your pet is definitely in good hands with her!”

“First of all, Tara’s place is very suitable for dogs. It is secure with plenty room to run around. We left our 6 month old high energy golden-doodle with Tara for the day. It was the first time being away from us we were worried he would have some anxiety. Tara was great giving us updates throughout the day with pictures. Without hesitation we plan on bringing him back for our next vacation. Thank you Tara!”

“Layla spent her days with a 3 year old to play with and was spoiled rotten. She looked so happy in the pictures I was sent so I didn't have to worry about Layla while at work!”

“We were dealing with severe separation anxiety with our boy Winston when we started looking for a day care option for when we were at work. Lynda, Roberto, and Maria were absolutely fantastic with our doggie. They have been extremely accommodating with pick up and drop off times. They provide a very safe and loving environment for Winston to sleep and play in each day. They have great communication and we love receiving pictures throughout the day from them of what our boy is up to. Winston loves their home so much, he hardly wants to leave at the end of the day. They have been very adaptable to both our needs and the needs of our greyhound and are very knowledgeable about many breeds. Very kind and welcoming family. My partner and I couldn’t be happier that we found them!”

I pride myself on being available to the dogs and a present pet parent. I work from home and your pet will be included in my day to day activities as if it were my own. I am very attentive caring and sensitive to the needs of my pets which in turn will make me sensitive to the needs of your pet. The pets in my home are cared for as family, they get free reign of the house, they have full access to my back yard and they are not left alone in the back yard.
“Felt very safe leaving Zarina with her. She was very communicative and patient with me. As an out of towner my guesses of how long everything would take was a bit off. lol traffic! I will use her again!”

“Yaneli took great care of our pup who came home happy and tired. Yaneli has a large, secure backyard where dogs have plenty of room to run around. Stormy, Yaneli’s friendly and energetic pup, was a wonderful playmate. We received pictures and a video during the day which really put our mind at ease. We’d definitely book Yaneli again!”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was a kid. I finally adopted my own 13 years ago as puppies and rescued 2 in 2021. They are all senior dogs now with special needs- diet and medical. My one is diabetic and requires 2 injections a day. They all take medication and follow a schedule. I work from home which allows me to care for my four dogs. I have the ability to help others at this time and would love to make sure their pets are well cared for. I know how challenging it was to find care for our boys when I didn’t work from home. I care for someone’s pet as they ask me too and as I do my own. No feeding food they aren’t allowed (treats that aren’t authorized), hand feeding if necessary, plenty of potty breaks in the backyard to run (my dogs prance) and roll in the grass. I have beds and blankets for them to choose from and cuddle time on the sofa too.
“What a great family! We did a drop off day care with them. Coco's tail was wagging away when we arrived, she knew she was in for some fun. They were so easy to communicate with, and you can tell that they all love pups. We were very happy with Coco's stay - we will definitely ask them again. Thank you Seth and Connie”

“Kat has taken care of my large dog on multiple occasions, always treating him with love and patience. He is loving but excitable, and Kat always knows how to calm him and provide him a happy space.”

“So glad I found Beth and her doggie haven. Ollie recently lost his best friend and needs some extra love and support while I am away long hours at work. Beth was able to accommodate my times and I loved meeting her and her pups. Ollie had a great time and will be coming back soon!”

“Barbara was so kind and easy to work with. She sent pictures and updates of our pup throughout his stay which made me feel relaxed knowing he was safe and having a good time. He got play time and walks and was tuckered out when he got home. It was clear Barbara enjoys what she is doing, which really makes a difference. Will definitely be a repeat customer.”

About: Hello! I am a stay at home mom which means I am pretty much always home and available to help you with your pet related needs. Currently I have an 11 month old lab retriever who is very friendly and playful. I also have 2 kids who love playing with animals too! They help feed and pick up poop 🙌I know it can be scary when trying to find someone to look after your fur babies but I hope I can make the experience easy and pain free. I can send pictures or respond to texts frequently and give any updates you would like. I look forward to helping you by caring for your pets when you are unable and if you have any questions feel free to reach out. Things I will ask about your dog: how do they get along with other dogs and children? Obviously my kids and dog are my #1 priority so I can only have pets who get along well with other animals and little kids. Some animals get really skittish around little ones so they wouldn't be a good fit for me. Does your dog have toy or food aggression\territorial? This is important so I know if I need to feed pups separately or put up any toys. Please note- boarding rates are based on 24 hour increments for example if you drop off at 10 AM they should be picked up by 10 AM. If you are late then late fees will apply and need to be paid before pick up. For example $15 if 2 hours late and daycare fee will apply if over 4 hours. If you're running late please communicate with me! I'm a stay at home mom and homebody so I am available often. I do vacation to California quite often but I will try to keep my schedule as updated as possible! I have a fenced in backyard, an 11 month old puppy who is very playful and entergetic, I also have kids who love to cuddle and love on your puppies too! Boarding will require your dog to be crate trained for sleeping! This means they can't whine or bark in their cages all night! If they do bark\whine all night I will add a fee of $10 per boarding night.

“Wonderful person and so happy to find someone trustworthy to walk my dog on the weekends! She responded quickly with little notice due to my poor planning during my move to Lakewood ranch and that was above and beyond in my eyes. Thanks so much Chloe!”

“Ariel came by to walk my big boy, Wilbur (~100 lb Presa Canario). She was great! Came by to meet him before and took down lots of notes. He felt comfortable around her and I didn’t have a single concern after the trial visit! Her rates are unmatched and she provides quality care. 10/10 recommend!”

“Pamela is a good communicator, prompt, and very kind to my Pippi. In less than a month, Pippi has fallen in love and eagerly walks out the door with Pamela. I feel completely comfortable knowing she is safe and in good hands. I have not used Pamela's services for overnight stays but I wouldn't hesitate to do so. Pamela's Pippi rating is A++!”

“We are so pleased with Jennifer’s work ethic and communication. There were a few glitches on our side, she gladly worked with us. We will definitely use her again for our dog, and our family dogs.”

About: Why Rover: Growing up with pets my whole life, I know much we love our animals. I have two dogs of my own, have fostered over 200 puppies through Home2Home STL, have trained two service dogs over the span of two years, and there is nothing I would rather do in my free time than spend it with pets! About Me: I am 21 years old and I recently moved to from St. Louis to Tucson. I am a full time student pursuing a degree in marketing. In March of 2026, with the help of Arizona State University, I was able to create my initiative titled "Speak For Those Who Can't" with the mission of helping local shelters and educating the public on unhomed dogs in Pima County. Professional Experience I am currently employed at a senior living facility. During my time in St. Louis I worked at McCready Law and was Team Lead at Everbowl. I have also been a professional nanny and have extensive childcare experience and certifications. I am trustworthy, hardworking, and responsible--but importantly, I will care for your pets as if they were my own. Feel free to check out my gallery to see images of my own dogs as well as some that I have cared for, and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions! As a college student completing my degree online, I have a fairly flexible schedule. I understand that every pet is different, and that they like to stick to their routine-especially if their owner is away. Whatever your pet needs (specific feeding times, their favorite walking route, toys, etc.) I will be able to provide! In my home, I own two dogs- one pug (Bella) and one lab (Penny.) For their safety I do not bring client's animals into my home, but since I own my own dogs, I know how important it is to trust whoever is taking care of them. When letting someone into your home and around your animals, I understand first-hand how important safety is on both ends. I have nannied and pet sat professionally since I was 16 and am now 21, and I can assure you that safety and respect for your pets and your home are my top priority.
About: I have had dog and cats of my own from childhood to adult. I grew up with cats and continue to care and love our friends kitties. Unfortunately a family member is allergic so I don't get to have them in my home but love to play with them in yours. We have had Australian Shepperd mixes, cattle dogs, mutts, and pugs. When our old pugs died, we decided to just foster or pet sit. We fostered pugs and pug mixes for 3 years and continue to volunteer our time with the rescue organization. We pet sit for friends and house and pet sit through another service. I love to cuddle and play with all the furr-babies. A loved, exercised dog or cat, is a happy pet. I also have no problem with older animals who need medication or shots. I have done all of this and am comfortable with minor animal care. Can't wait to care for your babies. I am retired but do volunteer and attend other activities during the day and the evening. Some of this is flexible to meet your needs. I can stay in your home or drop by for feeding and walks, whatever fits your needs. You can book either a drop in or an overnight stay. I would keep your dogs and cats in your own home. Dogs and cats are typically more comfortable and behaved in their own surroundings. I would follow any safety rules you have established for your pets. I can keep small to medium potty, and preferably crate-trained, dogs in my home.

“They were the best. Truly listening to what the needs were for Sophie to have a comfortable stay, they delivered 100%. It is challenging to find the right fit for a dog that is accustomed to spending most of her time with her humans. We are so happy that they were available and flexible!”

“Yanelli was friendly and flexible with pickup & drop-off times. Her yard was big and my medium-sized dog was returned healthy, had been exercised, and seemed comfortable when I picked her up, not exhibiting any tell-tale signs of a bad experience. My dog and hers didn't play but co-existed comfortably (although my dog acted out a little by taking over her dog's kennel). I'll bring my dog back again.”

“We needed someone to watch our older dog while we were away for a week. Being new to the area we really didn't know anyone and we wanted our dog to be in a home environment where she wouldn't be alone. My wife found Cynthia on Rover and we went over to meet her. We were immediately impressed by the secure yard and surroundings. Our dog immediately bonded with her little dog Chewey. To make sure, we arranged two "play days" to make sure that all went well. Everything went better than expected and I, being an overly protective pet parent, felt at ease with leaving our dog for a week. I had nothing to worry about. Cynthia took great care of our dog, sent us regular updates including pictures and videos. She let our dog settle-in at her house where ever our dog felt most at ease and took her out for regular walks and time in the yard. When we came back we found that our dog had such a good time that I'm not sure she wanted to leave! Needless to say that Cynthia will be our first choice to watch our dog whenever the need arises! Your dog will be in good hands.”

“Awesome sauce ?! She was the warmest with our four legged friend and she was super tentative our girl. T was great to know we went on vacation for a special treat away, but so did our girl. Thanks Vicky!”

“An amazing sitter that’s really takes the time to learn and love your dog. She observes and teaches you things that even you may miss about your dog. Gives updates with many detail to put you at ease while away from your pup and she really makes your dog feel like family. Highly Recommend”
