“She was wonderful!!! Not only did she handle my chaotic energy when I showed up (doesn’t happen often but that day was something else) she was also so attentive to my dog and love him like her own. She sent me updates and pictures and even dropped him off at my cousins for me, which I greatly appreciated! This was my 1st time leaving him alone with someone I have never met and I was honestly never stressed about what was going on or if he was being loved or taken care of well! Our Shepsky hasnt been with us an entire year yet so while she is a good girl, we were reserved wondering if she would feel comfortable and how she'd settle in around strangers. Within a few hours I got a couple of the pictures I needed. Belly up on the couch with some good people and good pets. Rachael seems to know dogs well but is incredibly humble which I believe is SUPER important when it comes to keeping dogs safe and not making assumptions. When our dog was returned to us she was tired and even more friendly and settled in than when we dropped her off. I can tell she was spoiled! Upon eye contact she is now gushing and loving up on people. (Sorry, have to add: she was a day away from euthanasia when I picked her up at the shelter and to see her leave Rachael's home a happy, perfect little princess made me cry) So thankful for Rachael's care!”

About: Throughout my life, I have raised and trained multiple puppies and taken care of dogs of all sizes and ages! I’ve spent my days walking, feeding, bathing, training, and loving my cattle dog and shepherd mix named Moose for the last two years. I also regularly sit for a miniature schnauzer named Gandalf the Grey and for a tabby cat named Ronnie! I am experienced in basic skills training and loving all kinds of little furry friends! I’m currently working part-time as a student, so I have ample time to check in and take the best care of your little loved ones! In my home, I regularly clean and refill the water and food bowls and keep my furry baby on a yummy and clean diet! Her frequency of communication left me with ZERO questions as to how my senior kitty was doing while I was gone. She took great attention to detail when it came to my cats meals and medications. My cats medication instructions can be intricate and even seem tedious to me on some days as I have to inject specific doses into individual treats and wait for her to eat them, and she took on this task with an open mind and heart which I was SO beyond thankful for. She would let me know when the cat was medicated which again, brought me so much peace of mind. She took wonderful care of my home as well. She swept, and did dishes. She left my place sparkling😊! About: When i was 8 years old, I got a dog (my sister basically) at my family’s place for 18 years. Camilla was her name. She passed away a few years ago and i felt devastated by it, since I shared basically my entire childhood with her. I love dogs more than anything else. I usually watch a friend of mine’s dog, Biscuit, a Shiba Inu. He stays and sleep with me in my room, in a house, where all my 7 housemates love dogs. I’d love to get my own dog, but right now I just don’t have the time and commitment to get one due to work and travel. I’d love to take care of someone else dog with drop ins or also at your place. My work schedule is very flexible and usually work 4-6 hours per day. Originally I was a flying nanny so I was never home, but I was transporting dogs and cats all over the United States from state to state. I had Alicia watch Gracie (my extremely timid 3.5 month old jack Russell) over the weekend while I was at work and not only did Gracie come home tuckered out, she was always so happy - wagging her tail and relaxing - whenever I’d come to pick her up. So it was very easy to tell that she had a good time and wasn’t in a rush to go home. Which if you’re like me and your pup is basically your child, you know how great and important that feeling is because you want your baby to be safe AND also NOT be miserable lol. About: I have had a dog since I was a child and have cared for all types of dogs, from a mini dachshund to a great dane mix. I have experience with shelters dogs, dogs with anxiety, and service dogs. I currently work from home and do not have a set schedule. About: My name is Evelyn and I have taken care of my own pets for about 10 year. I own one dog named Bella, and we have 2 cats in the house. Typically I feed pets around 8am and take them out for 10 minutes for morning potty break. I work from home so there's plenty of potty breaks and just hanging around inside. Sometimes I'll take them out for a walk to the park .5 miles away. I work from home so I'm already taking care of my dog. Just feeding her and giving her attention throughout the day. Adding another dog for a day or as needed wouldn't change much for us. :) I first learn their feeding schedule and energy levels. Based on that I will make a schedule for play time with them, have plenty of water and treats, and a comfy bed for them to lay on.

About: I’ve had pets my entire life. My family had a two high energy dogs growing up and even from a young age I would enjoy caring for the two of them. After they passed, I volunteered at my local humane society, working mainly with dogs. When I was about 17, I convinced my family to adopt a puppy. I taught him basic commands, potty training, and basic leash skills. I currently own a cat who is equal parts sweetheart and menace. Being tasked with raising a kitten turned out to have a massive learning curve, but he is absolutely spoiled with playtime, toys, and treats. He is currently being leash trained and we’re working on anxiety associated with his crate. I have a PRN position at a children’s hospital, so I have plenty of time to check in on your baby/babies. I work a short Monday shift from 12-4PM. I have a hybrid pharmacy schedule, so I am able to attend classes from wherever I am. I care for all pets with love and respect. My schedule is flexible, allowing for frequent potty breaks every 2–3 hours and mid-day play sessions. I usually take a longer walk in the late afternoon to help them burn off energy before dinner. Your pet's safety is my top priority. I require a meet-and-greet to ensure we are a perfect match. I only communicate through Rover for your security and mine. I am highly observant of behavior, ensuring pets are never put in stressful situations and that their environment is secure.
