“I boarded my 20 pound Miniature Schnauzer with Ron for a period of ten days while in Hawaii. My pup is an important part of my family and I want him to feel as if he is also having a vacation while I am away. After carefully researching every available boarding option I decided on Ron. I met Ron for a meet and greet before the actual boarding and his responsible and trustworthy nature was evident. Ron also has a beautifully landscaped and secure back yard. Lastly, Ron's Poodle Lily made an excellent companion to my proportionately sized Miniature Schnauzer. In my opinion, the combination of these qualities make's Ron the best choice for small dog boarding in Tucson. My schnauzer had a joyous time frolicking and cuddling with Ron's poodle while I was away. Ron did a great job of sending photos. The photos showed that my pup was eating, enjoying time on the couch and even cuddled in bed next to Ron's poodle. I received photos throughout my trip (not just the first few days) and these photos convinced me that my pup was having just as much fun as I was. Ron is a primary school teacher which is an occupation that I have much respect for and is illustrative of his good character. Ron also has a love of plants which is evident in his beautiful green yard with lots of shady places for dogs to rest and play. I was also very pleased that Ron has a dog door that my 20 pound schnauzer was able to fit through easily for constant back yard access. Overall, I do not think there is a better choice for small dog boarding in Tucson. My pup actually seemed sad to leave Ron and his poodle Lily. It was a great opportunity for my dog to socialize and play with another well trained dog. My dog came back happy, well exercised and without a trace of anxiety. In conclusion, Ron is a kind, intelligent, and caring animal lover. I would not hesitate to board my much loved miniature schnauzer with him next time I go on vacation. Ron's tranquil home and general attitude make the experience a vacation for your pet.”

“I cannot express how great Christina is. It is always hard to leave your fur babies but with Christina I had the most peace and I wasn’t worried one bit. Not only is her home warm and inviting, her dogs are the best but most of all she has the sweetest heart. I knew my dogs would be loved and taken care of. Normally with other sitters my dogs are ready to come home, they had a good time but they are ready to be home. With Christina my dogs were sad to leave, my male dog was depressed the rest of the night. That is now his home away from home. “Averi is absolutely AMAZING!! Kitty Cat, Bali absolutely loves her! Bali wants to be friendly and social; but he is not easy to warm up to new people. However, when Averi came for the initial visit, Bali ran after her after his initial "hiss"; Averi said at that point that she knew that would be great friends. Averi is wonderful because she really knows cats and she made Bali feel less stressed. I could tell from every picture she sent, that Bali was relaxed and happy to see her. Averi is also very responsive to the animal's needs. Anyone would do well to have Averi as their pet caregiver.”

About: I have had numerous dogs over the years. I currently have 4 - a beagle mix who came to us with a broken paw and 3 jack-a-poos (from the same litter). Being a home schooling grandparent, I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. About: I have taken care of dogs my entire life in my own home and popped by friends' & neighbors' homes to take care of their pets. I have been relied upon to watch, walk, play with, & feed dogs. About: I’ve been an animal lover for many years! Friends and family always come to me for their needs in any situation with their pets. I graduated in 2018 from the PMI from Veterinary Tech program. I have worked at four different clinics in Tucson and have loved each and every doctor I have had the pleasure to work under. I also care often for my bestfriends two dogs (Belle -terrier mix and Lulu-heeler mix) who are crate trained which means I have experience with moving, cleaning and keeping on a schedule with crate trained animals. I often picked up extra shifts at one of the boarding facilities connected to a clinic I worked at, where I dog walked, bathed, fed and played with larger dogs mostly and a few small ones. My fur babies are apart of my family and I will treat yours as they are mine. I have the up most confidence in taking care of your pet as this has been a passion of mine for many years.
