“This husband-and-wife team is absolutely amazing — responsible, loving, and caring. They treated our dog like their own and sent regular photo updates during the stay, which gave us such peace of mind. Their sweet dog Jaxson even showed ours how to use the doggie door! They were so thoughtful and even gave us a slow-feeding bowl to take home. We’ll definitely use them again on our next trip. Highly recommend!”

“Margie had a fantastic time with Beth! Beth was very affordable, communicative, and sent me pictures of Margie every morning showing me how much fun she was having. I will certainly board with Beth again!”

“My first ever time leaving my little Georgie, I felt comfortable knowing that he was in safe and knowledgeable hands. The proximity is a bonus too! I look forward to booking her for future drop ins!”

“We needed someone to watch our older dog while we were away for a week. Being new to the area we really didn't know anyone and we wanted our dog to be in a home environment where she wouldn't be alone. My wife found Cynthia on Rover and we went over to meet her. We were immediately impressed by the secure yard and surroundings. Our dog immediately bonded with her little dog Chewey. To make sure, we arranged two "play days" to make sure that all went well. Everything went better than expected and I, being an overly protective pet parent, felt at ease with leaving our dog for a week. I had nothing to worry about. Cynthia took great care of our dog, sent us regular updates including pictures and videos. She let our dog settle-in at her house where ever our dog felt most at ease and took her out for regular walks and time in the yard. When we came back we found that our dog had such a good time that I'm not sure she wanted to leave! Needless to say that Cynthia will be our first choice to watch our dog whenever the need arises! Your dog will be in good hands.”

“I really loved how active she was with Moose! It felt like he was also on vacation while we were on vacation. I appreciated the time she took to let us know how he was doing each day. I felt so relaxed about him being with her!”

“Gail was so great! She sent us pictures and kept in touch to let us know our dog was well. We were very lucky to find her and will definitely be using her as our dog sitter again.”

“I’m so thankful for the care Sylvie provided to my pup for an extended time that I was out of town. I will definitely ask Sylvie to sit for me again in the future!”

“Kat was great and very patient when we didn’t know how to use this app, and our flight was delayed overnight, and I’m sure we made the whole deal annoying for her, but she was kind and patient and very responsive to communication. And Paris really seemed to enjoy being there and playing with her dogs. Thank you, Kat!!”

“This is the second time our pup has stayed with Barbara, and once again she went above and beyond throughout the week. She helped arrange pick-up and drop-off, sent fabulous and frequent photos and videos, and once again Gizmo had so much fun he was almost sad to come home! We'll definitely keep booking with Barbara!”

“This is our first time leaving our dog with strangers. We weren't sure what to expect. After the initial meeting, we felt more at ease. Richard and Jeanette did a fantastic job! They sent us pictures to reassure us, followed our instructions and gave our dog plenty of TLC. We would definitely use them again!!”

“Ashley was very friendly and open. She met the needs of Holly. They were very interactive with her and sent many videos. They did a wonderful job job and Holly looked happy.”

“We felt very comfortable to leave Boomer with Dan. We even set a meet and greet and then a trial overnight stay. This was very important to us. Boomer loved Linus, Dan's pup. Dan provided great pics on their walks and with the pups playing. Thanks so much, Dan! We will definitely call again!”

“Kat took such great care of Luna. We were able to meet ahead of time for my dog to get acquainted with kat’s dog and house. Kat sent photos and kept us looped in the whole time we were away. I felt 100% confident that my dog was well cared for and happy.”

“Korrina was the sweetest! She asked all the questions and sent me daily updates. My puppy came back looking so happy and rested. Thank you so much for taking care of my Daisy. I will definitely be rebooking 🤗”

About: I didn’t get to take care of cats growing up, but it made seeking out cat sitting for friends so much more rewarding. I have seen cat personalities all across the spectrum, from not even being comfortable in the same room as people to being a floppy teddy bear in my arms, I honestly just care about experiencing your pet(s) and giving them the best time away from their parents. Having 6 cats, my partner and I have navigated so many situations that I feel confident entering new households prepared for the best and the worst.

“Amber/Ash was fantastic with my cats. She connected with them easily, kept their schedule, and was respectful and kind with all of us. They were clearly content and yet happy to see me when I returned. She was flexible when I decided to return a day earlier than planned and was responsive on the app when texting her. I'd have her back anytime!”

“Pamela is a warm, kind, and empathetic sitter who fully devotes herself to caring for the pets she watches. She is reliable and responsive and has helped me in many a last-minute pinch with nothing but grace. If I could give her ten stars, I would!”

“She’s responsible, loving, and incredibly caring with my kitties. On her first visit, I was amazed at how our shy Calico immediately warmed up to her, since then, the rest is history.! She is our favorite pet-sister 😽!”

About: I worked at a boarding business for cats and dogs and was around many different breeds, sizes, and ages of cats. In this job I had to clean out their litter box, feed them their desired food, and also give medicine to the ones that needed it. I also had to play and cuddle and spend time with each cat during a shift. I have always grown up around cats, my first ever pet was a cat, and I own a cat now as well. I can pick up on their moods fairly quickly and know basic knowledge of cats health.

“I can't say enough good things about Savannah! It’s obvious she is a real pet person who genuinely cares about our fur babies. She was diligent with updates, and she even bought toys to keep my pet happy and entertained. Thank you Savannah!”

“El was so sweet and a wonderful sitter for my kitty over the weekend. Excellent communication and lots of photos in the daily updates. I came back to a very tidy apartment and happy cat. I would definitely book her again!”

“Julie exceeded our expectations during her drop in! She played with our pup the entire time and walked him, we could tell from all the pics she sent that he was happy and loved her! Highly recommend!!”

About: I’ve cared for cats for several years and truly enjoy their unique personalities. I’m comfortable feeding, cleaning litter boxes, playing, and giving lots of attention so cats feel safe and relaxed while their owners are away. I’m patient, gentle, and respectful of each cat’s individual personality, space, and routine. I’m experienced in reading feline body language and knowing when they want affection, playtime, or simply some quiet space. I always let cats set the pace and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for as if they are my own!

“Another job well done. This is our third time having Laurel look after our 3 cats and she does a great job caring for them. We always appreciate the pictures and summaries she includes after each visit. We would definitely hire her again and recommend her to other pet parents!”

About: I grew up with all different types of dogs, ranging from pitbulls to shitzus. I grew up with cats as well (and currently have 3 of the sweetest cats you’ll ever meet). I also walked dogs professionally through Wag! from 2019-21. I recently separated from active duty military & moved to Tucson, so my schedule is pretty open for all pet sitting/walking appointments until the end of August! I follow instructions explicitly and believe in clear and open communication with owners to ensure the best care. I will care for your pets as if they are my own, with health and safety being my primary concern.
“My cat had a health emergency 2 days before I had a trip planned - Sabrina agreed to house sit for me last minute and give him meds 4 times a day. She is an angel! She totally saved me in this stressful situation. She took great care of both my cats, gave the sick one all his doses, and communicated well with me about his health status the whole time! My cats and I love her!!!! She's so sweet and caring and I instantly trusted her with my pets and she did NOT disappoint!!!”

About: If you know me, you know I love animals! My first job was working at PetsMart PetsHotel! From the tiniest frog to the biggest Great Dane, I love them all. I have 3 dogs of my own, 1 snake and 1 desert tortoise. In our home, we love all creatures big and small. I currently work from home with flexible hours to accommodate varying schedules. “Alondra was really awesome with our dog Mackie. She gave Mackie lots of exercise and playtime, played with family and met new friend puppies too. We left Mackie with Elondra on two separate consecutive days, he was always happy and wore out when we picked him up. There's a large secure yard in a very nice neighborhood, we didn't have to worry one bit about leaving our baby with Alondra. We'd give 10 stars if we could.”

“Our Aussiedoodle had a wonderful time with Barbara! He can be a little shy, but he happily ran out to play with the other sweet dogs that were there that day. Although Barbara's house isnt close for us, the drive was definitely worth the peace of mind knowing that Oliver was in safe hands. We'd definitely leave him with Barbara again!”

“Paloma was very sweet and made me feel at ease, even though I have a 75 lb bloodhound. Her comfort with dogs and herself made me feel confident that I could trust her with my big dog.”

About: I've had dogs most of my life. First was Lance, a Springer Spaniel, when i was 4-yrs old. Add German Shorthair Pointers, Weimeraners, Labs, both English and Anerican Cocker Spaniels, terrier mix breeds and my current pup is a Long Hair Chihuahua. Most of my dogs have been shelter rescues. Also, I foster dogs for local shelters. I am retired and spend most of my time at home working in my new garden reading, or crafting. When we have dog guests, our time is devoted primarily to our visitors. Human away time rarely exceeds 4-hrs per day. I have a large fenced yard to run and play in whenever they want Chewy, the Chihuahua, is a friendly companion. Indoors is a dog-friendly/dog priority 3-bdrm home. Plenty of space if a visitor needs some quiet privacy or a mim with pups wants separation. Daily walks add to our exercise regime. Balls, frisbees and dogs are shared. Treats abound!
“We are so grateful to have connected with Lesley. She is a remarkable human being and she treated our Edith with so much love and care. Already looking forward to their next day together. Can not thank you enough, Lesley. Blessings and peace to you.”

About: I've loved dogs my whole life! When I was born my mom had a chocolate lab and a doberman. Then my dad got a rescue pitbull and a husky mix. Right now my family has a mini golden doodle who's been with us for 14 years and a mini Aussie doodle. I also have a pitbull mix named nova! She's two years old. I’ve never met an animal that didn’t like me! I just graduated esthetician school and I’m currently starting my business. Everything I make on rover goes towards my career! Im currently starting my entrepreneurial journey. Right now I’m a full time pet care giver. I also work a weekend night job. I do not have a set schedule so I have open availability. During sittings I make sure to not only take great care of the pet but the clients home as well.

“Ashley is an excellent, loving sitter. She constantly connects with all of the dogs who stay with her, each in an individual way, greeting, encouraging, praising and correcting. My dog Sunny Girl benefited greatly from the few months of once or twice a week daycare she spent with Ashley and the other dogs, becoming calmer and more confident with the various dogs she met. I would recommend Ashley to anyone looking for safe, caring daycare or boarding services for their dogs.”

“Marley really enjoyed spending the day with Julie and the other pups! He seemed very happy when I picked him up! I felt very comfortable leaving him with Julie, and will definitely be booking with her again in the near future! Thank you so much for loving my baby Julie ♥️”

About: Hi! I've had my cat Olive for 11 years and my dog Bel for 3 years. I have also taken care of close to 70 foster animals mostly kittens, with a few medical fosters, and behavioral issues along the way. I have taken courses on behavioral training for dogs as my own dog is reactive towards dogs, so I am very familiar with dog reactivity. I currently run a small 1 man business from my home and have control over my schedule to provide care to other animals regularly. I also foster other animals from time to time. My own dog is reactive and high energy and needs 3 walks a day usually with a lot of play. My cat is a large maincoon that requires a strict diet and care regimen to keep her pre-diabetes in check.

About: Growing up I’ve always had dogs in my family. However now that I’m an out-of-state student, I’ve been feeling homesick and it especially doesn’t help that I’m not around any dog love anymore. I heard about Rover through a friend and felt that this would help me with what I’ve been feeling. I can’t wait to meet your furry friends! 🐾 I’m a full time student at the U of A with only morning classes, and plenty of time afterwards to have a fun playdate with your furry friend! 🐾 I’m a calm and respectful individual, who will do anything to assure you that your furry friend will be safe at all times in my care.

About: I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. My first dog was a Chihuahua who lived to be 18, so I learned a lot about caring for senior dogs and making sure they stay comfortable as they grow older. I've also grown up around horses and farm animals, and I even had a leopard gecko for a couple years. Most of my friends and family have dogs too, so I've spent plenty of time around all kinds of personalities and energy levels. Being around animals has always been something I enjoy! I'm a full time college student, so I have lots of extra time to care for your beloved companions! I have my own transportation and extremely flexible times. I live in an apartment with my Belgian Malinois, so I know firsthand how important exercise, structure, and routine can be, especially for high-energy dogs! About: Hi! I’m Madison — a lifelong animal lover and dog mom who knows how important it is to find someone you genuinely trust with your pet. 🐾 I have a Golden Retriever of my own, Paisley, who is truly my best friend and adventure buddy. We’ve spent the last few months traveling across the country together, exploring national parks, hiking trails, swimming in lakes, and finding just about every dog-friendly adventure we can along the way! I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I know every pet has their own routine, quirks, and comfort level. Whether your dog needs a good walk to burn off some energy, a quick drop-in for food and attention, or someone to stay with them while you’re away, I’ll treat them with the same patience, care, and attention I’d want someone to give my own dog. I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine, including walks, feeding schedules, medications/instructions, playtime, and plenty of cuddles. I also know how reassuring updates can be when you’re away, so expect pictures and check-ins! As someone who used to bartend, I understand how crazy some schedules can be & how last minute things happen but our pets still need walks and attention! I want pet owners to know I can be there for their last minute needs! Whenever I come to a clients home I will make sure the pet first trusts me but talking to them gently, letting them smell me & when I’m able to pet them I’ll know we’re off to a good start :) Depending on the pet will be what we will do! If they love pets & cuddles we’ll do some of that & then we will head outside to get their business done. If they need extra play time I can play fetch or tug of war with them - whatever the pet prefers!!

About: I am a lifelong animal lover, especially when it comes to dogs. I currently have my own pup, Roxy, who is a playful, well-socialized companion. I studied for 4 months as a veterinary assistant, and while I wasn’t able to finish my program, animals have always been my passion. Your dog will feel right at home—Roxy and I love to play, explore, and enjoy time in the yard. I ensure all pets are fed on time, get regular walks, potty breaks, and plenty of snuggles. I provide daily updates, pictures, and video calls, so you can see how your furry friend is doing. I accept all sizes of dogs, and I offer boarding, walks, drop-ins—whatever works best for you. I can’t wait to meet your pup and give them all the care they deserve!

“Gail was so great! She sent us pictures and kept in touch to let us know our dog was well. We were very lucky to find her and will definitely be using her as our dog sitter again.”

“Cathleen was a lifesaver as our old dog watcher was no longer in the business. Cathleen was very friendly and responsive to our request to watch our dog while we went out of state on vacation for several days. She kept us in the loop on how he was doing while we were gone and even sent us a few pictures. She took good care of our Bear and we will definitely call upon her services again in the future!”

“Kiana and Klayton were very friendly and easy to work with. After a successful Meet and Greet we felt comfortable leaving Luna for a long stay. Everything went well according to the frequent updates and photos. Our dog enjoyed spending time indoors with their dog, in their yard, and the family included her on walks around the neighborhood. I would highly recommend Kiana and Klayton.”

“Lorena did an amazing job with our pups. We got photo updates just about every day, her responses were fast and she was really flexible with us needing to change times last minute. We will 100% use her again 🫶🏼”

“Marshall had great time with Regina and her husband Michael! He got to go to the dog park, go on walks and sleep on the bed with them and their dog Zoey! It’s not easy for me to leave my furry friend behind and Regina made me feel at ease with pictures and that he was fitting in just fine!! I would definitely use them again!”
