They were accomdating when I had to urgently travel abroad and even refused to take additional pets, as my Yorkie does not get along with all dogs. I also have fostered many dogs including a whole litter of puppies from the Arizona Small Dog Rescue in Phoenix as well as adopted a maltipoo named chopsticks from them. I am someone who works full time working from home. I am flexible throughout the day. During the meet and greet we can discuss schedules. I understand your needs for each animal is different. I want to understand your pets boundaries when I come into their space. I understand how important walks and exercise is for the mental and physical health of any pet. Let me know if walks are needed, playing fetch in the backyard or if going to a dog park is appropriate. Also if you just need some one to snuggle with your pet I can do that there is plenty of me. I am more than willing to send you pictures throughout the day or on visits to reassure you of the happiness of your pet. About: Hello there! I hope to make your acquaintance. My greatest passion for life stems from a deep-rooted love and appreciation of nature. Not only do animals encourage me to spend more time outdoors, they also lift my spirits. I have yet to meet one whose company or quirks did not bring me enjoyment; from my best friend’s sixty-four slithering snakes, to the most docile (and most dastardly) of llamas. As a child, my favourite playmates were fickle felines, slobber-faced dogs, flopsy rabbits, furry scurriers, flittering birds, flashy fish, and even the occasional amphibian, reptilian, or arthropod to cross my path. Not much has changed since then. About: I have taken care of dogs for about three years now. I have experience walking, feeding, bathing, and teaching basic commands (sit, stay, wait). I also have experience with dogs that have epilepsy and take medications, as the dog that I have has epilepsy and takes medications, so I know how to handle seizures and tremors when they occur. I work Friday-Monday pretty much all day - but I am free for a limited time after 7PM on those days. Or I am free Tuesday mornings and all day Wednesday-Thursday!
