I work part-time, only from 4.5-8 hour shifts with breaks in between. Scheduling a few days in advance works best and anytime on my off days! I am in an upstairs apartment, fenced in. About: Hello there and welcome to my Rover site! Thanks for taking a look and I'm hoping to be able to be your animal's friend during the time you're away. I have been with dogs since I was a baby as well as taking care of them since I was 12, when I got my own first German Shepherd. Been there for many animals from puppies to senior and everywhere in between. Many friends, family members and neighbors have come to me to watch their babies while gone, to check in on them or take them on walks. I have dealt with most breeds and understand basic needs, medical concerns and safety of everyone. I'm a retired veteran from the US Army and a full time stay at home mom. My day to day is getting kids ready for school, drop off, pick up and homework time. In between all that, Im doing chores or watching some episodes of my favorite shows, so I will have plenty of time to be with your pet. My kids are 5 and 7, so most of the day they are at school. When they are home they help out with the animals and give them even more attention and love. John, my husband, works full time. With our schedule, if there is ever a time I need to step out, he is always here to help. I always prefer a meet and greet before we set up anything so the animal can acknowledge who I am or where they will be staying, even when doing drop ins. This makes the transition alot easier on both sides. We stick to one client at a time to keep the house easier to maintain and also for the safety of your pet and mine, as well as the family. We have a large fenced in yard to keep your pet safe but have plenty of room to run and play. We also have a crate for crate training or sleeping if you so prefer. We allow pets on the furniture unless you say otherwise. We will always follow by the owner's rules and ways of doing things in our home.

About: Hello! My name is Giovanna, and I’d love to share a little about myself. Growing up, I was never allowed to have pets (other than a goldfish). My dad would take me to the pet store, and I would beg for even a hamster, but he never budged. So naturally, whenever I visited friends or went to gatherings, I was always the one playing with and loving on the pets. I jumped at every opportunity to help care for my friends’ and family’s animals. When I finally moved out on my own, I adopted my very first pet, my cat, Winnie, within 10 days. Not long after, I decided Winnie needed a friend, so I adopted my second cat, Apache. Later, when I moved in with my now husband, I finally convinced him to get a dog, something I had wanted my entire life. After lots of research, I chose a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and that’s how we welcomed Emmett into our family. One of my favorite hobbies is training Emmett, working on obedience, tricks, and even some agility. I love the moment when something finally “clicks” for him (it’s like finally understanding a math problem!). Growing up, people would always say their pets were family, and I didn’t fully understand that until I had my own. Now, I don’t even see them as pets, they are my children. Because of that, I deeply understand the trust and responsibility that comes with caring for someone else’s animals. I will always treat your pets like my own, with love, patience, and attention. About: I have taken care of pets from puppies to 100+ lbs since I was a young child. I have experience with petsitting my families pets and bathing them. I work part-time, only from 4.5-8 hour shifts with breaks in between. Scheduling a few days in advance works best and anytime on my off days! I am in an upstairs apartment, fenced in. I have a medium sized fur baby to keep your pet company or if needed can keep separated. I have a crate if needed and toys for them to play with. Pets are allowed on the couch/bed. I offer bath time as well for a small extra fee!

I follow any specific instructions the owner gives me to make sure their pet feels comfortable and secure. Whether it's feeding schedules, medication, or favorite toys, I make sure to keep everything consistent so the pet feels right at home.

She was very attentive to Lulu and made me feel comfortable leaving my fur baby in her care. She sent photos and videos, provided reassurance, and kept me updated throughout Lulu’s stay. I highly recommend Kimberly! I left in a rush because I did not account for the time zone change while heading back home, but I wanted to make sure she knew how much I appreciated her watching Lulu.”
“Hayley and Charlie are not only friendly and accommodating, they went above and beyond to make sure my very active dog (aussie) got plenty of time outside doing what he loves over a 4-day stay. Hayley is a serious dog sitter with a perfect set-up for multiple dogs to live comfortably for any amount of time. For multi-day stays they offer a complimentary bath (weather pending) in addition to many other add-on services. I certainly plan on booking with her again.”
