“I booked my two cats for boarding over six nights. My Mamacat is 17+ years old. Patch is 11+, diabetic and requires a daily insulin injections. They are 100% indoor cats. Mamacat is terribly nervous with new people, Patch not so much, but cautious. But I think I was more nervous for my babies, than any of us. I was so pleased with the reality of their stay. Due to all their existing issues, Teri housed them in a more isolated area of her home, by her master bedroom. So their contact was basically limited to Teri and her husband. Photos and updates came daily showing evidence of my kitties' progressive relaxation and adjustment. My heart was breathing a sigh of relief. One note. Due to the need of a more isolated & protected area, there was cigarette smoking in the farthest area where they were housed. For me this wasn't an issue at all. I only mention it since, in a similarly limiting need as mine, it might make a difference in decisions. It protected my "nervous nellies"; they were at ease, and I was pleased. In fact, I've already made a second booking!! I'm so grateful to have found Teri for watching my somewhat special needs furry family members. P.S. I saw a beautiful, healthy horse in the adjacent pasture. Then her personal cat came walking across the yard. As a cat lover I'm compelled to attempt petting all that I see. He was friendly, healthy and obviously happy. My nervousness immediately lowered a couple notches. I absolutely recommend Teri to look after your furbearing loved ones.”

About: Ever since I was 6 years old I’ve had an unusual connection with dogs. They are my world. For some reason they always seem to find me. I’m the person you see on the highway going after a lost dog. I’ve had 6 dogs at once before. I can’t seem to say no to dogs needing a home. It’s my happiness. I have my own company and pick my own hours so I’m able to work around schedules to make sure I take care of the animals. I do want to be fully transparent—I live in a trailer in a quiet trailer park, which unfortunately isn’t an option to select on Rover (they only allow “home,” “apartment,” or “farm”). While my neighborhood might seem a little rough around the edges, I promise it’s much friendlier than it looks. All of my neighbors are senior citizens and truly some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. My best friend lives next door and helps keep an eye on my little one if I ever need to step out for errands or groceries, so your dog will always be safe and looked after. I also have a fully fenced-in backyard and typically leave the back door open so dogs can go in and out as they please. About: I own a small kennel,Small Paws Kennel, for small to medium sized dogs in Sterrett. I currently have a few empty kennels,to be used for dog boarding and daytime care. Dogs will not be around cats,and will remain away from children if nervous or aggressive. They will be homed in a kennel with plenty of food,water,treats,and an outdoor run of their own. They will not have to interact with other dogs. I have pet sitter in the past,and try to make sure to follow notes about a dog's preference of what makes them nervous,what treats they like,any meds needed,and so forth. There are separate indoor kennels,with dog doors that lead out to 4*8 separated runs,so dogs are separate and safe. These runs are surrounded by a larger cattle fence,that fence in all the runs together and allows for a play yard for exercise outside of the runs. That way each dog can get out daily for some play time with toys and a small pool,for hot days.

We have toys, beds, and blankets throughout our home. Water is available 24 hours a day. Every pet is fed individually. We have potty break/play time outdoors every 2-3 hours.

I can take care of all medical needs and anything that’s needed from puppy’s to elderly baby’s . I have two dogs and four cats myself . “I booked my two cats for boarding over six nights. My Mamacat is 17+ years old. Patch is 11+, diabetic and requires a daily insulin injections. They are 100% indoor cats. Mamacat is terribly nervous with new people, Patch not so much, but cautious. But I think I was more nervous for my babies, than any of us. I was so pleased with the reality of their stay. Due to all their existing issues, Teri housed them in a more isolated area of her home, by her master bedroom. So their contact was basically limited to Teri and her husband. Photos and updates came daily showing evidence of my kitties' progressive relaxation and adjustment. My heart was breathing a sigh of relief. One note. Due to the need of a more isolated & protected area, there was cigarette smoking in the farthest area where they were housed. For me this wasn't an issue at all. I only mention it since, in a similarly limiting need as mine, it might make a difference in decisions. It protected my "nervous nellies"; they were at ease, and I was pleased. In fact, I've already made a second booking!! I'm so grateful to have found Teri for watching my somewhat special needs furry family members. P.S. I saw a beautiful, healthy horse in the adjacent pasture. Then her personal cat came walking across the yard. As a cat lover I'm compelled to attempt petting all that I see. He was friendly, healthy and obviously happy. My nervousness immediately lowered a couple notches. I absolutely recommend Teri to look after your furbearing loved ones.”
About: I’ve taken care of dogs both full time and part time since I was around 14. I was the sole caregiver for my previous dog (American Staffy) for 4 years as well as pet sitting for family. I’m currently home from college and work from home, so I am able to give your pets plenty of attention and care. I’m also an active person who loves outside. About: I had such a good experience with having my own taken care of by Rover sitters, I wanted to get involved to help other people with their fur babies, too. You dog will be fed, watered, treated, walked etc to your liking and all the loving I can give! Stay at home mom able to provide your needs! Routine based on what dog is used to is what I will try to follow to the best of my ability, so the more info you give me concerning your pet, the better I can provide some familiarity and fun for them!
