I also had a dog with a history of seizures, and had to monitor him closely for his medication needs as well as watch for triggers in his surroundings. Over the years I've done pet sitting, fostered, and owned pets of my own. I'm here to help you with your pets if you're away for an extended period of time on the weekends. Need to go to a baseball tournament? No worries, I can tend to your pets so that you don't have to rush home. I can either walk your dog, or let them out and play with them (and feed them of course)! I can also help train your puppy using positive reinforcement! Let me know how I can help! I am available on most weekends for drop-ins from 7am - 7pm. Drop-ins will be from 20 - 30 minutes. At least 24 hours are needed for bookings and cancellations. If you do not have a fenced yard, I will require that a leash and harness (or collar) to be available for dogs. If dogs need to be walked, it is assumed that your dog will be familiar with and well-behaved while walking on a leash.

About: I love my pets so much and I love to see them with other pets (my spouse won’t let me get anymore) so yes this is the meeting ground for that :). Your kids are my kids and I will love them so much like my own :)) I keep my pets on a schedule and know how to treat them if they give signs of any sickness I have gone through it and know all the remedies to help. I love playing with my fur babies and having them fur baby friends. I also like to take my fur babies on walks even my cats in a cat backpack so they can see the world. My home has a pet room near a window so they can see outside (they love this) and they can sleep by the window on a comfortable bed (SPOILED). Dogs are a wonderful part of a family and teach us about relationships. I work 4 days a week. I’m available 24/7 Friday, Saturday & Sunday. I’m also available Thursday evenings after 6 pm. I live in a pet approved apartment complex where we have plenty of walking areas for pets. They will need to be leash trained or small enough I can carry them to our fenced in pet area for potty/ outdoor play time. I have two cats but have no problem with keeping them put up in my bedroom while your pet is staying with me. They are both spayed and neutered and have their vaccines. I am doing daily cat care and dog care with my own animals and it’s something I often find myself enjoying doing. I also clean and care for my rats. I make sure my dogs and cats eat a full meal every day, they enjoy going for walks and spending a lot of time outside, as well as cuddling and making they sure they have all the love they could ever need.

About: Recently moved to Dothan to be with family. I’ve had pets all my life whether it was a dog, cat, bird, I’ve even babysat a bunny! It’s never a dull moment with me as I’m always ready to play with my furry friends. Having taken care of my first (solo) pet, a cat who’s now 4 years old has challenged me so much, I am ready for just about anything! I love walking and going on hikes. Can’t wait to meet you and your bestie! I currently am working with Rover full time. On my days off I enjoy maintaining an active lifestyle to counteract my unofficial job of eating food 24/7! Although I will not tolerate scratching the couch, peeing on the floor, ect I understand animals make mistakes too and will be considerate- clean up the mess and try to assist correcting the problem by showing them where to pee or playing with them to release extra energy or tension they might have. Sometimes pets just want company and I’m more than happy to do just that as well.

Pet car fits perfectly into my schedule as I complete college online and am home majority of the day they always have my undivided attention. I have a semi fenced yard but so much for them to run in the back. I have a fur baby of my own who loves to play, he’s gentle and sweet. He treats other dogs with respect and knows to set a boundary if they want to play or not.

About: I have taken care of pets from puppies to 100+ lbs since I was a young child. I have experience with petsitting my families pets and bathing them. I work part-time, only from 4.5-8 hour shifts with breaks in between. Scheduling a few days in advance works best and anytime on my off days! I am in an upstairs apartment, fenced in. I have a medium sized fur baby to keep your pet company or if needed can keep separated. I have a crate if needed and toys for them to play with. Pets are allowed on the couch/bed. I offer bath time as well for a small extra fee!
