About: Your pup will be treated like family! I have always been an animal lover and have treated all animals with kindness and compassion. I grew up with dogs (and a variety of other pets) and understand the commitment involved in taking good care of your beloved pet. I love watching Cesar Milan and know that rules, boundaries and limitations are also a key part of making a dog feel at ease. That being said, I'm quite a softy so there are generally very few rules as far as the house goes! :) My yard is completely fenced with lots of room to play. They can sleep wherever they choose and will always get plenty of time outdoors ( if they would like). I love walking and will take your pup for as many walks as you would like. My job is very flexible so while dog sitting I will always be at home and with your dog for the entire duration. I know that calmness and kindness are key to reassuring your pup and allowing them to feel happy and comfortable. About: My husband and I lost our great Pyrenees a few months ago. :( We have an older shihtzu and would like to watch another dog because our dog is getting older and does not like to hike anymore. She does enjoy her walks tho. We like all types of dogs as long as they are well behaved and get along with cats and other dogs. Our home is 2,800 sq ft and we have a 10,000 sq ft yard. We can only host 2 dogs max at a time so your dog will be well taken care. We prefer only one at a time tho since we also have a cat . I am currently working part time but work from home most of the time. My husband also works from home . We walk our dog 2 -3 times a day. We like to hike and during the summer and in winter we walk the trails that are right next to our home. I have a fenced yard , but can also crate your baby if you prefer. We have everything needed for a big or little dog.

About: During my childhood I often spent time with my grandmother and her pack of boxers. Now I have a Boston Terrier named Jack. I can handle a pack of up to 8 on my own I do currently have a job so I can be a bit busy sometimes. I live with quite a few people, we all help out with caring for the dogs in our care. About: I have 2 puppies, one is a year old and the other is 7 months! I have dog sat my friend’s and family members dogs before I moved to Montana! I haven’t had much experience with cats but I would love to start! I usually walk my dogs twice a day and I feel like walking other dogs during those days would be so fun! About: I love dogs, I like to do what they want! We live in Anchorage so dogs close by are preferable. We would love to do dog walks or drop in visits. We get outside a lot and like to get off leash if it's a safe area and your dog won't take off. Otherwise retractable leashes are the way to go. We are responsible about picking up dog poop. We will show your dog a good time! We will customize our care for your dog, just let us know any details you need us to know. On walks we will keep them on a leash unless it’s a dog park or an off leash area and know that they will return to our command. Whatever schedule is required is fine. Must check the calendar before full schedule is decided. Just let us know what time the walk would need to be and it should be fine. We can do a dog walks as needed, and I may have my son‘s help out. We usually try to keep them on, always to be safe.

“He did a phenomenal job. My husky loves to try to run away but was unable to, and the GPS tracker he has just in case made me feel more safe with the dogs in his hands. He took them on walks, played with them, and gave them the company they needed to not be stressed out. He kept me updated and sent pictures of them during the time away. Will definitely be using him again if I need to travel.”

While we didn’t have an opportunity for a meet and greet beforehand, she kindly responded to all my questions and concerns leading up to the stay. She sent a few quick updates and a couple photos during the two week stay, and didn’t report any issues. Suzanne was playing with my dog in the yard when I came to pick her up - they both looked like they were having a great time! Working with Suzanne was fuss-free and I would happily book with her again.”

“This is our first time using Rover, and we struck gold with Emily. It is difficult to leave a beloved dog with a stranger so we arranged a pre-travel meet & greet to ensure our pet’s need would be met—frequent walks, love, and attention. She brought her dogs and they made one big happy pack. Just before we left, our dog developed a limp. Emily was extra cautious with him and he was all better when we returned 5 days later. She was great about sending multiple daily photos and texts to keep us updated. We are very grateful to have found someone like her and will definitely ask her to watch him again.”

About: Would love to love on others pets as we unexpectedly lost our dog of 12 years and aren’t ready for another of our own yet I’m currently a stay home mom to a 3 year old daughter, we walk almost everyday and have more than enough time and love to give! We have a shared unfenced yard but walk around the neighborhood daily. We have an open space for playing around and lots of time to give!
