About: Born and raised in Germany with beautiful cats of all shapes and sizes. My very first cat was my beloved Minki that was a proud 17 years and deaf in both ears! If that wasn't enough, she also only had three teeth and was rescued from the roads. She taught both my mother and I how to be responsible and how pets ARE family. After Minkis passing, my beloved Imy has entered our hearts. Imy was a strong headed almost human-like boy. He knew how to potty on the human toilet, went on walks with me and accompanied me to my school. He was very protactive of us and very clingy. We unfortunately lost him in 2014. Also his name choice might be surprising, but I was a little girl that thought that pretty kitty must be a girl! Well, the name stuck with us! In 2014 we adopted two pretty twin kittens Pixel and Gray. They are going strong at 11 years old, and live with my mother in Germany. After leaving my life behind in Germany to be with my husband, I was determined to be pet free, no hair, no bills - yay! Until we drove to an appointment on a super cold day and encountered a barely alive kitten - our now baby boy Basil. Basil is the light of our hearts and became a big brother as we adopted Toast just a little over a month ago! I have experience with both female and male cats, disabled, old and young. Both indoor and outdoor cats are familiar to me as I had lived with both at some point. Currently my cats are indoor with occasional cat-walks outside on the leash or when heading out with a cat stroller. My husband has experience with farm cats as he grew up on a farm in Wisconsin. I am a 911 dispatcher and my schedule varies. I work 12 hour shifts and my husband is currently in the process to become a trucker. He will not be over the road, and comes home after his shift. I have several days off due to me working a stretch, but my cats are truly taken care of. We rent a small 2 bedroom house with access to a front and backyard. We live next to neighbors that have a beautiful male ragdoll cat that likes to visit from time to time. I love to clean and am very adament about my cats hygiene as well. Their litter boxes are cleaned up to 4 times a day, they never live in filth, they receive hair care and groom care. Their nails are trimmed regularly, and they receive wet food including dental care. I am also very concious of their safety. Basil tends to be scared of strangers at first, but we own a kitty cam, the cats have plenty of room, with access to all rooms, except basement (as it is not directly accessible through the home). Have window benches, a cat tree, and are allowed to lay wherever they want. The only boundary we have is them being on the kitchen counter.

“First time using this service and was very pleased. Jennifer R. was great! I have a 10 yr old rescue dog and only had her for little over 1 year so I wasn't sure how she would be with other dogs. Needed a sitter for an overnight and didn't know what I should do. I know Bagels doesn't like to be kenneled. So I found Jennifer on Rover and was the best thing I did. She made me feel better about my choice when I received a text message letting me know my dog was doing well in her care. That was nice to hear and made my day! Definitely will use Jennifer again for watching Bagels! Thank you Jennifer for taking great care of Bagels!”

“Michael did an amazing job with our dog, Murphy. It was nice to do a brief meet and greet to make sure Mike and Murphy were a good fit for one another. Murphy readily took to Mike and she seemed relaxed and okay to stay. Mike was in touch shortly after we left to let us know that Murphy had settled in, and I received various photos and correspondence while we were away. We will definitely book Mike to watch Murphy again and I would absolutely recommend Mike to others!”

“Marissa is absolutely AMAZING! She took on our babies an hour after requesting when we were left in a bind. Her house is beautiful and immaculately clean. They have multiple methods of safety for those considered a flight risk and worried mom's such as myself! Excellent communication and lightning fast responses with picture and video updates! Marrisa and her parents have taken excellent care of my babies and put my mind to ease.. my girls warmed up to her so much we booked another stay! I won't ever hesitate to use her when we come back to visit! Thanks Marissa!”

“Kennedi has such a joyful presence—humble, responsible, and clearly a true dog lover! It was obvious from her profile, and even more so when we met her, that she genuinely enjoys spending time with dogs and was excited to make a new pup friend. We were so grateful that she was available on short notice—just a week before our weekend trip. From the start, she was incredibly responsive and proactive, asking thoughtful questions to ensure a smooth transition for our pup. We sent her a document ahead of time to help her get to know Maple, and she not only reviewed it carefully but also followed up with insightful questions. During Maple’s stay, she made sure she got plenty of activity and fun. We loved receiving photo updates of a happy, relaxed Maple, which truly put our minds at ease. As a former Rover sitter myself, I can confidently say Kennedi is everything you'd want in a pet sitter. We highly recommend her and would absolutely book with her again!”

“Destiny was so great! Fenway is still sleeping after all the play that he got. They went above and beyond with baths, pictures, and play time! Will for sure be contacting again for future care!”

“Kailey is amazing! She gave me updates of how Moose was doing and sent pictures of him. Her dog, Veela, is a sweetheart, and Moose took to her instantly. All in all, it was a great experience for the Mooster. ❤️ Thank you again.”

About: I can walk, doggy-sit during evenings and weekends. Prior military knows how difficult it is to trust others to care for your dog. Always a concern of mine when I had to go away for any period of time and so am empathetic to that type of worry and concerns. I can also offer overnights, my home or yours, and negotiable for longer periods. I grew up with dogs so am not intimidated by even the large types, but will need to overnight at your home if the dog is over 40lbs. I have a small female franchie that loves other dogs, cats and people. I work from home most days so can have your dog at my place while you work or are out. My frenchie goes out every 4-5 hours, working from home makes that more convenient. If your dog needs to go out more often it is no problem. My dog is also not allowed to have food constantly, she is fed 3 times a day and sometimes a treat or two, mainly to control her allergies. I have an apartment, the bedroom has carpet but the rest of the apartment does not so I keep my frenchie out of bedroom due to her allergies. If you have a dog with allergies I am familiar with medications and anything else you might need. I have 6 years of experience specific to the bully breed and 10 years or more with other breeds. I prefer that you can drop your dog off with me but can discuss if you need me to pick them up. I also can only take one animal at a time daily.

“Ashley was great. She gave us a few quick updates while we away. She seemed to enjoy having Ruby scratching and petting her upon drop off and pick up. We will keep Ashley in mind for other visits.”

About: I have had dogs, cats, and a variety of small pets in my home all my life, and have 8 years of experience in pet sitting. I am a Lead Animal Caregiver at Dunn County Humane Society, and I have been caring for the dogs, cats and the occasional small animals there for the last 5 years. Additionally, I have experience in pet sitting bearded dragons, snakes, exotic fish, exotic cats, donkeys, sheep, rodents, and chickens. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy with years of animal experience, I hope you’ll consider me a good fit for taking care of your pets! I currently work full-time at the humane society, so I am best fit for your pets that need someone for feeding, cleaning, walks, or potty breaks. I would make sure your pets get their necessary resources (food and water), clean any messes or litter boxes, pick up fecal matter in the yard, administer any medication needed (oral or injectable), and get some energy out with some play time.

About: Hello! My name is Tyler. I have been pet sitting for friends and family for several years and have experience with multiple dog and pet households. I am trustworthy, honest and dependable and take pride in being neat and orderly. I have taken care of all breeds from small to large. I have been around dogs my whole life and have experience taking care of them. I look forward to walking your dog and keeping them active. I look forward to talking with you and determining if I will fit you and your pets needs. I’m currently a stay at home mom so I am around all day and able to give your pet the time and energy they deserve! I am able to take your dog on walks to give them exercise however long or short. I can feed your fur baby and play with their favorite toy.

About: I have worked with and cared for animals since I was 12 for fitness and family. I have always grown up with animals of all kinds. I have trained all my dogs I’ve had myself. I am comfortable with dogs of all breeds and sizes, as well as dogs with behaviors such as reactivity. I work in a school during the school year and can come those days before 10 and after 2:30. Summers I have plenty of time to spend and play with your fur babies. Weekends I am pretty busy but can make time to spend with your pets. I have a big 4 acre yard with the ability to crate or leash your dog if needed. I have two cats in my home and my family has 3 dogs in their home on the property. I am willing to work on training and work around a feeding schedule if needed. I am very flexible and am willing to do what will make your pet the most happy.

About: I'm a 21 year old college student who has always had a deep love for animals, and I plan on working with them for the rest of my life. I’ve worked in the Pet Care department at PetSmart—including cat adoptions—for over 2.5 years, and I’m currently a doggy daycare attendant and groomer at Waggin’ Tails in Menomonie, where I’ve been for the past 8 months. Each day, I care for groups of 15+ dogs, making sure they’re not only safe, but having fun, getting the enrichment they need, and going home happy and well-cared for. I’ve worked with a wide range of dogs, from energetic puppies to sweet seniors, as well as dogs who are deaf, blind, anxious, or need a little extra patience. This has given me valuable experience with dog behavior, basic training, crate and kennel handling, grooming, hygiene, and more. I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life, and now that I’m in college and living in an apartment, I truly cherish my time working with animals. I recently adopted two sweet cats, and they tolerate dogs, though due to my small apartment size, I usually prefer pet sitting or visits at your home. That said, depending on the pet, I’m open to discussing care in my space as well. In addition to my dog care experience, I have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with a variety of pets, including birds, small animals, reptiles, and fish. I’m a proud crested gecko and frog mama, and have a well-maintained fish tank. This broad experience has deepened my understanding of the specific needs and care requirements of different types of animals, allowing me to provide well-rounded care for all kinds of pets. Whether your pet needs a walk, a drop-in for feeding and play, or full-time care while you’re away, I will treat them like one of my own—with love, patience, and plenty of attention. I believe working with animals is my true calling, and I would be honored to meet your pet and be part of their care team! I work at Waggin’ Tails Doggy Daycare on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Outside of those hours, I have a very flexible schedule and am available for pet care—including evenings and weekends. Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities—whether they’re in my care at your home or mine. I live in a pet-friendly apartment with two cats who tolerate dogs. While my apartment is small and cozy, it has a large yard just outside my door (unfortunately, it’s not fenced), I’m open to hosting dogs depending on their temperament and needs. However, due to my cats’ personalities, I’m unable to house additional cats at my home. That said, I typically prefer caring for pets in the comfort of their own home, where they feel most secure. I offer a variety of services, including walks, potty breaks, feeding, playtime, enrichment activities, and even administering medication or supplements if needed. I have personal experience with administering daily medications to my own cats, so I’m gentle and thorough with this process. When caring for pets in your home, I always respect your space and follow any specific routines or care instructions you provide. My goal is to ensure your pet feels safe, secure, and loved while you’re away.
