“We never had Scout stay in someone’s home before. Vivian’s reviews were outstanding, so we decided to give it a try. She asked us to come over for a visit before boarding. That visit calmed all our worries. Vivian and her family were so attentive to Scout and it was apparent that they were very loving and knowledgeable. When we dropped him off for his “vacation” she quickly escorted him to yard to allow him to get acclimated, while her husband helped us with Scout’s belongings. During the vacation, we received pictures two or three times a day. It was apparent that he was enjoying his stay. I am sure he especially enjoyed the walks and the trips in the car. When we have picked him up from boarding kennels before, he would not leave our side. When we picked him up from Vivian’s, he spent time jumping all over us and then bounced back and forth between her family and our family. It was obvious how much he loved them. We will definitely be scheduling more vacations with Vivian in the future. She and her family have given us peace of mind that we never had with anyone else taking care of Scout. Thank you Vivian and Family!!!! ?”

The daily updates about how Addie was doing, always with a picture of short video made me feel confident that Addie was happy, healthy, and safe. I have two children (ages 7 and 1½) who are gentle, curious, and adore spending time with pets. Alongside them is our friendly 4-year-old Dalmatian, who is crate-trained and well-socialized. We live on a spacious property with an invisible fence, but I understand not all pets are familiar with that setup—so your dog will always be walked on a leash for safety and comfort. I also have room for an additional crate to provide a secure space for your pet if I need to step out, ensuring their well-being at all times. Your furry family member will be treated with the same care and attentiveness I give my own.

About: I currently am a volunteer at a local animal shelter, and I have been for about 3 years. I volunteer with cats but I also frequently dog sit for friends and family! I work at a school district so I have lots of free time in the summer, and free time on the weekends and evenings during the school year! I can easily provide whatever you need within your home, and am more than willing to travel to your pets comfort space, rather than bringing them in to a new environment!

About: I am an average guy who works from home 3/4 time. I have a small but quaint place with a fenced in yard. I have 2 dogs who will keep your dog company who love to play, sleep and cuddle. I have plenty of dog toys and treats. I am able to attend to your dogs needs as needed but at least every hour in between my sessions. I have cameras tp observe the dogs when I am not home and friends close by should I absolutely need. I work from home and can have hourly bathroom breaks. I also have pee-pee pads available. I take daily walks with my girls or I can provide individual walks for my visitors. Weekends are usually light with plans but never far away. As mentioned, I will be able to be home with periodic office hours. I have toys and a small yard. If I am stopping into your home, I will respect your and your pets boundaries and expectations.

“Emily took excellent care of my Barkley while I was traveling for a family wedding. Barkley was dealing with some seasonal allergies, and Emily sent me updates daily to let me know how he was feeling. He needed to take some medications and supplements during his stay, and Emily did a great job providing those, as needed. This was Barkley's first visit, and he enjoyed exploring the fenced yard and spending time with Emily's dogs. It was nice to know that Barkley was well cared for while I was away!”
