Bree took a ton of pics and shared with me so I could accurately speak with my insurance. Aside from that, my pups were very well taken care of. Bree kept me updated on when she was leaving, how the dogs were doing, play time, and sent a TON of pictures throughout the week that were sent to me. My dogs seemed very happy and were worn out when I got home. I will definitely be booking with Bree again as travel needs arise for work. If youre reading reviews on Rover and not sure how to start this process (like i was), start with Bree. She came to my house for a couple hours prior to the requested dates, met the pups and asked a ton of questions about their personalities. “This was our first time using anybody to watch our dog and home other than family or a boarding center, so we were super skeptical about the Rover process and hiring a stranger to watch our fur baby. However, quickly after meeting Logan, we knew we would welcome her in our home! She was very responsive, friendly and obviously loved animals. These traits were still apparent while she watched our dog in our home for 10 days. She sent us 2-3 pictures or videos of our dog daily (but also stated she didn’t have to if we didn’t want to be bothered on vacation) and we loved getting those updates! When we returned, the house was nice and clean, including fresh laundry and an empty dishwasher. She also offered to water our flowers and they were surprisingly healthier looking when we got back so I know she spent time holding up that offer too. Overall, our dog seemed happy and well cared for and we were pleased with the level of communication she provided. We will definitely use Logan again and would highly recommend her to anybody needing a pet sitter! We just hope she doesn’t get too popular! Thank you Logan!”
