7. Amy J.
“Amy is an animal lover through and through. She is so attentive and caring to her own dogs and whoever else’s happen to be around. For example, I have an 13 year old schnoodle and Amy took it upon herself to clean his ears without my asking and he loved it! At the same time, she is respectful of the owner’s desires and is perfectly willing to follow strict rules and care instructions. Her extensive experience raising, fostering, and adopting dogs makes her a complete natural when it comes to knowing what is best for your pup. She has handled all varieties of dogs... big, small, playful, timid rescues, and nippy puppies. Amy is responsible and responsive and may just take care of your dog better than you do!”

8. Ricky H.
About: Right now will be only offering walking, client home baths, etc. I do have PTSD and animals is one thing that helps me. I love dogs and animals in general. I love to watch them act as goofballs, I have had pets since I was young, I listed 20 years but it's much longer than that. I have a german shepherd service dog that is 4 years old and a 18 week old plott hound I rescued. My kids have a cat named Binx, and a Gecko. I have taken care of cats several times with no problems. Can't wait to take care of your pets! Retired Volunteer Fire Chief/Medical Responder Coach Little Baseball and Basketball President Of Nonprofit for Veterans, 1st Responders, Nurses with mental illness. My schedule is very open. I do occasionally have dr appointments, and help take and pickup my kids from school. But I will work around that the best I can. I will come to your house and spoil your baby. Take them on leashed walks, bathe if needed and just spend good quality time with them.

9. Kourtney & Myles M.

10. Ashlen D.
“Ashlen is the best caregiver for our fur babies! She pays attention to detail, and gives each of them the love and attention they need while we’re gone. Ashlen is reliable and trustworthy and our animals love seeing her.”

11. Benjamin P.
About: **Please note I am disabled and hard of hearing. I will always prefer texts over phone calls. **Check out what your babies get up to and the pictures/videos I didn’t end up sending on our Facebook or Instagram page, Zig Zag Wag pet care! I have experience with a variety of animals, including dogs and cats, horses and livestock, rodents and reptiles, and everything from basic grooming including nail trims and baths to basic behavior training. (See safety section for further details) I have experience with basic first aid. I have pretty much free and short notice availability, thought I limit bookings on WEDNESDAYS and SUNDAYS as my days off. I have a whole zoo worth of pets and need to stop by my own house throughout the day, so any house sitting will be based on regular visits. I have reliable transportation and excellent driving skills in case of needing to transport. My vehicle has a crash tested seat belt and I have a few crash tested harnesses if you do not have one, though providing your own sized for your dog is preferred. I will not provide transport for animals other than cats or dogs and cats and small dogs must be tolerant of being crated for the ride. I am great at working with your schedule with at least 2 hours notice, but Rover does not allow easy schedule changes. If you need to reduce your visits, CANCEL the booking and REBOOK with your new dates, as once Rover confirms your booking it won’t let you reduce the current rate. In your home, I offer basic cleaning services and can ensure any messes get cleaned. I can meet many varied needs and am meticulous with following your house rules for your pets. I do not offer boarding or allow client pets at my home. I will not provide food or other consumables, though I will confirm what treats your pets can have because all good pets deserve treats. I provide basic behavior assistance such as teaching your dog that jumping on people is inappropriate, basic tricks (sit, down, paw), leash manners, but I DO NOT OFFER PAID TRAINING. I am not a certified trainer in any capacity, though I have trained many of my own animals (including rats and cats!)

12. Jessica M.
“Jessica takes pet care and pet ownership very seriously. She knows what she is doing when it comes to caring for dogs and cats, from both experience and personal research. I would trust her with my pets well before anyone else that I know. Not only is she knowledgeable but she LOVES animals fiercely. When she’s around my pets she treats them like her own and loves them despite their bad habits or behaviors. She is kind and patient and understand, especially when it comes to animal care, and she’s stern when it counts. I would definitely recommend Jessica to watch your fur babies!”

I know she would take amazing care of your dogs as well!”

19. Alex L.
“Alex has a ton of experience caring for her own dogs and others as well. Back a few years ago, I had a Rover account and took in dozens of dogs during a period when my freelance work was sporadic. Alex actually did 90% of the work even though I was responsible for the results. Together, we earned a consistent 5-star reputation and enjoyed a lot of repeat business. (Look up Justin Lambert in Stony Point, NC) Since then, she's also studied and become adept as a dog trainer. Her own dog, Fezzik, is the smartest, most obedient dog we've ever owned.”

20. Sabrina W.
“I can't recommend Sabrina highly enough for her exceptional care of my dogs. She consistently goes above and beyond, taking them on long, enjoyable walks and ensuring they get plenty of attention and playtime. Her dedication to their well-being is evident in their happy demeanor and wagging tails every time she arrives. Sabrina’s reliable and affectionate approach has made her an invaluable part of my pets' lives. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares and treats your dogs like their own, Sabrina is the perfect choice.”
