“John and his wife went above and beyond looking after Steve. True animal lovers. Steve had an amazing time and so glad we found them to look after him. Can't recommend enough. Will definitely use them again in future.”

“I couldn’t recommend Sally anymore. The second she walked in you could tell she loved dogs. My dog loved her too. Fab communication and went out of her way to accommodate me. My dog loved her stay so much I think she’s sad she’s home!!! Thanks so much again 🤩”

“Jack was so wonderful and patient with Cora! She's definitely not the easiest of pups (anxious, high energy) but Jack was very open and kept us in the loop with how she was doing plenty of times. His communication really put us at ease and we felt confident our doggy was in safe hands. He asked all the right questions beforehand to make sure Cora was cared for as closely as she is at home and even treated her to a big walk out in the peaks! Jack has a dog seat belt attachment in his car so Cora was properly transported. She came home clean and happy and we couldn't have hoped for anything better. He listened to any care instructions and advice we gave him and even prepared treats for when she arrived. We'll definitely consider Jack again in future as he's a lovely lad too and very reasonably priced.”

“Jack looked after Missy for 5 nights over Christmas, we would not hesitate to recommend Jacks services, he provided us with regular updates, gave Missy loads of exercise which she needs as she is very active, and kept us assured during her stay, we will 100% be using jack again in the future, lovely young man!!”

“Megan was amazing, this was a hard leave for me due to Tilly having a few health issues over the last few weeks. I chose Megan due to Tilly been the only animal there. Tilly was so happy when she came home I was updated daily on her feeding been happy as well has her medication and if she had any seizures. Thank you again Megan”

“Karen offered Sodapop a relaxing and secure environment for her overnight stay. Karen is clearly an experienced and knowledgeable dog lover and we felt extremely comfortable leaving Sodapop in her care. She provided regular updates and photos of their time together which was very reassuring. We will definitely use Karen's services again.”

“Demi was brilliant sent photos and a video of Kia my fur baby she made herself comfortable on the sofa with Demi husband and made my time leaving with them so easy Kia got sulks on with me when I got her home because she had such a good time playing with Demi dog and cats. Definitely recommend Demi to any dog owners who after leave there pets whilst they are away. Thank you Demi I think Kia would like to come back for another good time.”

“Katie has walked Otto before and is brilliant with him but this was his first time boarding overnight....he loved it! Katie and her family are so caring and welcoming and clearly love animals. We were kept updated with messages, photos & videos and Otto (who can be anxious and my little velcro dog) fit right in and became part of their family and was clearly very happy & calm. They have a safe, enclosed garden and a beautiful walking trail behind their home which is perfect for dog walks. 100% recommended. Thanks so much!”

“Liz is a wonderful sitter! She is so easy to coordinate drop off and pick up times with, and always sends photos and updates! We’ve had her watch our dog twice so far and wouldn’t hesitate to do so in the future!”

“This was our first time using Rover, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Communication was excellent throughout, giving us complete peace of mind. Oz absolutely loved his stay with Ebony, Rueben, Shaz, and Mark, and was clearly in cuddle heaven! He was treated like one of the family, and we came home to a very happy boy. We wouldn't hesitate to book again—highly recommended! Thank you so much.”

“I had the pleasure of having Nichola look after my little Teddy for one night this past Friday, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and attention he received. From start to finish, Nichola demonstrated a genuine love for animals and a commitment to ensuring Teddy's comfort and wellbeing. Nichola's communication was fabulous, providing regular updates and even sending adorable photos of Teddy enjoying his time under her care. This not only reassured me but also allowed me to relax and enjoy my time away, knowing Teddy was in capable hands. What stood out the most was Nichola's understanding Teddy's 'specific' needs (bed time water and snuggles!). She took the time to learn about his routine, dietary requirements, and favorite activities. It was evident that she went above and beyond to make Teddy feel at home. I highly recommend Nichola's dog sitting services to anyone seeking a responsible and caring pet sitter. Teddy had such a positive experience that I wouldn't hesitate to entrust Nichola with his care again in the future. Thank you, Nichola, for providing Teddy with a home away from home!”

“Soraya has been amazing with my doggy, left with her on a very cold and wet week they had lots of walks and chills too! Couldn’t be happier, great communication whilst trusting he’s in good hands!”

“Ana was brilliant with our nervy puppy, Lola, and was able to accommodate us at short notice! She was happy to have a couple of meet & greets with us so Lola could get used to her, it was her first time being away from all of our family. I think she dedicated all her time to Lola, making her feel welcome, and she kept us updated with photos and videos.”

“Joey loved her stay with Arman, we got regular updates and we could see she was having a great time. Communication was great. Would definitely recommend & use again! Thankyou for looking after her so well ☺️”

“Sara looked after my 6-month-old puppy Tiny for two weeks and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning she was friendly, reassuring, and clearly very experienced with dogs, which immediately put me at ease. While Tiny was with her, Sara kept in constant contact and sent twice-daily updates with lovely photos. It was so nice to see how well Tiny was settling in and enjoying herself, and it really helped me relax while I was away. When I picked Tiny up, she was happy, relaxed, and clearly very well cared for. You could tell she had been given lots of attention, love, and exercise. It’s never easy leaving a young puppy, but Sara made the whole experience completely stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Sara again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable dog sitter. She truly went above and beyond.”

“Danielle had a great rapport with Phife straightaway at our meet up before the booking, so when it came to our weekend away we felt really comfortable and it all went well for Phife, communication was great too!”

“Minjia looked after our dog extremely well. Even included a small 'grooming session'. She provided us with regular updates, videos and pictures which kept us at peace whilst travelling and being away from our dog. She is also very responsive and our dog was very comfortable around her. Definitely would use again and recommend. Thank you”

“Erin had our dog lily to stay with her for the weekend she kept us updated with what Lily was up to for the entire weekend with via videos and pictures I would definitely recommend Erin has a dog border”

She came every day for half an hour to sit with my little cat Beans, who loved having a cuddle and fuss from Megan. I would defo have Megan back again to look after my cat and fish.”

“Lauren was absolutely lovely with my Naala, she came to meet her beforehand and jot down any special instructions. She sent lots of pictures and videos during the visits and spent time fussing over Naala, who was happy and relaxed when I got home. Can't recommend Lauren enough!”

“Came to our house everyday to take care of our cats and did a great job! Fed them both, gave them treats and cleaned the litter. We got updates every day with pictures so we could see them while we were away. The cats seemed to have a good time. Would book again. :)”

About: I’ve always had cats, always had dogs all my life. If I’m honest they help me, support me and generally make me happy. I’m recently retired, doing some dog walking and boarding under the Proper Dog Walking Co. I’ve recently started the Proper Cat Feeding Service. The use of the word proper is a bit tongue in cheek and relates to something my dad used to say about dogs needing a proper walk. I have two Main Coons and 3 dogs. I take their care seriously and would like to help where I can.
About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was a child and I’ve always had a passion for pets. I’ve rescued numerous animals in and around my neighbourhood, including two baby squirrels, and cared for and reunited them with their owners. I am happy to care for cats and dogs with different needs and will try my best to accommodate. I currently work part-time and have a young child. However, I love animals and will accommodate as much as I can to ensure that they’re in safe, loving hands. I offer care in pet owners home and will always ensure that the owners rules are followed. In my own home we have baby gates, doors and a large fenced garden to ensure the safety of your animal.

“Mason was incredibly helpful, stepping in to take care of our cats on short notice while we dealt with a family emergency. He was very capable and gave us regular updates to let us know the cats were fine which was very important to us as we didn’t have the mental space to be worrying about them as well. Our cats are a little skittish, and he managed that just fine, making sure that they were well cared for.”

About: Both myself and my partner Matt have grown up with dogs all our life. Up until August 2025, we also had a Samoyed who unfortunately passed away. Max is a highly energetic dog who loves to play so we’ve got more than enough experience with him alone. Our garden is fully fenced off and quite large so lots of space for your pets to run around! We also live close to Waverley lakes so have lots of great walks nearby! We already walk Max each day so what’s the harm in one more!? We have an 12 year old son who absolutely adores animals so is very excited to join us on this venture and give your pet all the love! We also have a newborn baby. Currently Matt works Monday to Friday so ideally we keep to boarding on the weekend so that we are both available for your pets. I am currently on maternity so I’m happy and available to do drop in visits and walks during the week. Myself & my partner Matt will be looking after your pets so you’ll have both of us to provide that extra care. Feel free to ask any further questions you need! Matt works Monday to Friday whilst I’m currently on maternity leave. Our preference is to board on a weekend as we are both available to look after your pets. I am available for drop in visits throughout the whole week. We have a secure garden and we have a dog to offer your pet lots of play time if wanted! We are happy to crate your dog if needed but you will need to provide the crate.

“Kirsty looked after my little one while I was away for a few days for the first time after moving house. She was fantastic, gained the trust of Sayang and was very communicative, keeping me updated with pictures every day.”

About: I’ve had cats throughout different stages of my life, and most recently I raised a kitten from 8 weeks old who’s now a happy, confident 2‑year‑old. When I moved back home, he went to live with my sister but I was his main person from day one. From litter training and feeding routines to playtime and building trust, I’ve had hands‑on experience with the full journey from kitten to adult cat. I’m comfortable with shy, independent cats as well as affectionate, social ones, and I always take the time to understand what each cat needs to feel safe and settled.

“Michelle is a lovely cat person! We came home to 2 very happy and comfortable cats who had been well fed and looked after!! She even visited an hour earlier when the clocks changed so they were fed on time!! Added to my favourites and will definitely book again! Thank you Michelle!! X”

About: Ever since I can remember dogs were a big part of the family! And that has never changed! As a pet owner (dog and hamsters) I know how important it is that our pets get the care and attention they need and that we are there when they need us! I would love to give your pet (and mine!) the attention they need when you have important things to do! :-) I work remotely so I have availability to do dog walks and drop in visits throughout the day and evenings. I like a good early start with Willow (my Shiba Inu) before starting my day. I love to spend time and socialising my Shiba with other pets (dogs and cats alike) whenever possible! She gets along with other dogs once comfortable and also happy to do the walks with just your dog if you prefer!
About: I am a huge dog lover and have been taking care of them professionally for the last few years but have had pups my entire life. I have lots of experience of walking and caring for all different kinds of doggos, big and small, with various needs and personalities. I promise to care for your fur babies as I do my own, with lots of love and play and will give them a home away from home where they can relax and feel comfortable. I’m currently fully available for walks any day of the week. Whether this be for a regular same time walk or a last minute one off. I would treat your pets just like I treat my own, with lots of love and play. I am used to caring for dogs of all ages, I recently lost my Peaches at the age of 12, she had a push chair and needed extra time on her walks. Whilst my Pru at age 3 and Folly at 10 months are both full of energy and zoomies.

“Gypsy-Jasmine took exceptional care of our cats, Oscar and Alfie, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Oscar requires regular injections, which she handled with real confidence and diligence. It gave us huge peace of mind knowing he was in such capable hands. Her updates were one of the highlights of our trip! Thoughtful, funny, and full of personality, with some brilliant photos that genuinely made us smile (and laugh), helping us feel reassured that our cats were happy and safe. We came home to two very content, relaxed cats and a house that was spotless and beautifully looked after. What really stood out was how much Gypsy genuinely cares. She went above and beyond to make sure not just that our cats were safe and well, but that we felt completely comfortable and reassured while we were away. Gypsy and her partner even adjusted their original plans to accommodate our needs, which we highly appreciated. We would recommend her without hesitation.”

About: I grew up in a household with both dogs and cats, and like I always say, a house without them is not a home. They are our "other" children. You can rely on me to love your pets as if they were my own, to care for them, play with them, walk them, bathe them, brush them, give them their medication. My current work is from home, and part time, so I feel like I have all the time in the world, and not much to fill it with, now that my child is grown up. My garden is spacious and fenced, and inside my home pets are allowed everywhere. Unless otherwise specified by the owner, they sleep on my bed, lay on my couch, play with my child's old plushies.
“Marie carried out Doggy day care for our dog whilst we were away and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the service provided. Nothing was too much trouble and we were kept up dated which was really nice. We will definitely be booking again.”

“Ellie was brilliant taking care of Otis. She was very accommodating agreeing to meeting him before the daycare day and she sent me lots of updates throughout the day. I felt very confident leaving Otis there and looks like he had a fab time. Thank you Ellie!”

About: I have done pet sitting on and off as a side project for many years, including while living in Los Angeles, as you can see from my profile. I had been travelling and pet sitting until recently settling in Sheffield. I work from home and love having animals around. I don't have any pets of my own because I travel intermittently, so I enjoy looking after other people's pets when I can. There are several large parks near the house which are excellent for long walks where needed. While I am mostly at home, I do go out from time to time, so primarily sit for animals who are OK for up to four hours by themselves. I will do my best to check we have similar expectations before the sit begins. I work from home, so it's pretty easy to factor in any pet care routines and pick up and drop offs. I do have a back garden so there's some outside space here, and many parks close by for walks. I'm adjusting to pet sitting expectations in the UK so am prepared there may be slight differences to the US. I would usually expect that people bring their own litter tray for cats and poo bags for dogs but if that is unusual let me know. I have a relaxed home, animals are welcome on furniture, but of course if that clashes with home realities and you would prefer they don't, just let me know.
About: Our Labrador Benji has come such a long way! When we rescued him two years ago, he was anxious and struggled with trust. Today, he's the sweetest, most playful boy you'll meet. His journey taught us patience, compassion, and what dogs truly need to thrive. We'll give your dog that same dedication—plus a built-in playmate who never says no to a game of fetch! As a work-from-home couple, we're around virtually all day—your pup will never be alone! We welcome guests on weekdays and weekends. Benji gets two daily walks to our local park, and your dog will join us. Off-lead dogs can enjoy fetch and play sessions together, while dogs who prefer staying on-lead will get quality walking time and gentle companionship at their own pace. Between walks, we will be relaxing at home with access to our fenced garden as well as treats! As we work from home, there is always someone around. The dogs will have access to our fenced garden for their needs or to play. Plenty of toys and napping spots are available too!

“Anna & Liam were absolutely great with Molly. It was her first time staying with Anna & Liam, & i’m always a little anxious when leaving Molly with someone new, but Anna & Liam put my mind at ease by sending updates & pictures throughout the day with Molly. She was tired out when Liam kindly dropped her back home......a tired dog is a happy dog! Thanks again to the both of you for taking care of Molly! We will be seeing you again very soon 😊”

“Buster loves his new day care home, he loved it so much on his first day that he didn’t want to come home, and whenever we say the words “where’s Trisha” he runs to his coat, think he has found some forever friends”

About: Always had animals from being so little, we had a golden Labrador when I was 11 and she was my baby. I now have a cat who I love to bits. Animals are just the best thing on earth! So Monday Tuesday Wednesday isn’t possible for me as I work 7-7 but the rest of the week I don’t work so I can fit around the cat/ dog perfect! So I have a huge garden with fencing around. I do have a cat but she’s really friendly with dogs and people, she can be with cats but that just depends how the other cat is around her.

I can provide walks, playtime, feeding, fresh water, cuddles and regular updates for owners, so you always know your pet is in good hands. I take pet safety seriously and always aim to create a calm, clean and positive environment. I have a flexible schedule and can provide loving, reliable care throughout the week and weekends. I am available for walks, drop-in visits, daycare and boarding. Your pet will receive plenty of attention, playtime, exercise and care during their stay with me. I provide a safe, clean and calm environment where pets can feel comfortable and relaxed. I always follow the owner’s instructions regarding feeding, walks, medication and routines. Pets are supervised carefully, treated with kindness, and their safety is always my top priority.
About: I bring more than just love for animals, I bring a lifetime of experience. Having shared my life with both cats and dogs for over 40 years, I’ve cared for pets through every stage, from their first clumsy steps to their golden years. Friends and family always count on me as their go-to pet sitter when they travel or host guests, because they know their fur-babies will be treated like my own. Whether it’s daily walks, cuddles on the sofa, or gentle care for older pets, I offer reliable, thoughtful, and genuine companionship. When I’m not buried in books, I’m happiest spending time with furry friends. Since I only work part-time in academia, I have plenty of free hours to dedicate to walks, cuddles, and check-ins. My schedule is flexible, so I can easily adjust to your pet’s routine, whether that means early-morning walkies, evening playtime, or cozy overnight care. In my home, pets get the full “grandma’s house” treatment; cozy, relaxed, and just a little bit spoiled. They’re welcome everywhere: on the sofa, on the bed, or curled up at my feet while I read. I have a little backyard where we can enjoy fresh air and shade, and just a short walk away are the parks, perfect for ball games, stick-chasing, or gentle strolls. Cats are just as welcome here, whether they prefer a quiet nap in a sunny spot, brushing sessions, or a bit of playful pouncing. When I care for pets in the owner’s home, I make sure to keep their routine consistent and their environment safe, as if you’d never left. Whether it’s walks, cuddles, feeding, playtime, or simply quiet companionship, I treat every pet as though they were my own, with love, respect, and lots of attention.
“Erin helped me out very last minute by looking after Manny while I had to attend a medical appointment. She did a great job adapting and taking care of him on a hot day, thinking about his safety and comfort. He had a wonderful time and it was very reassuring. Absolutely recommend. She is knowledgeable with rescues and sensitive dogs.”

“Thanks for taking Nova for the day! It was really important that she spent the day with you so got to know you before our week long trip! She looked happy in photos and slept in the car the whole way home- that’s a sign that she’s had a good time! 💖”

“Edie had a lovely morning with Briony! We got some lovely pictures of her playing and relaxing, so it looks like she made herself right at home! Looking forward to bringing her again 😊”

“Rosalind helped pur friends with walks whilst they looked after our lovely dog. She went out of her way to be helpful and communicative with us all. Even though the dig was with friends, she updated us too so we had absolute peace of mind. She was fab and I wouldn't hesitate to leave Charley with her again 💕”

“I can't recommend Megan highly enough! From the moment we met, it was clear that she has a genuine love for dogs and a deep understanding of their needs. She’s punctual, reliable, and goes above and beyond to ensure my dog is well taken care of. (And has amazing photos after each walk) Megan appears to have a natural ability to connect with my Buddy, and I have felt at ease knowing she’s out with him. He absolutely adores her, so much so when I look into his eyes I can see he’s thinking ‘When is she coming back??’ If you're looking for someone trustworthy, kind, and professional to look after your dog, Megan is the one!”

About: I always wanted dogs growing up, and have often cared for friends’ pets when needed, and when I moved to Whiston I finally got the chance to have one full time - my ex-partner’s family dog needed to move, and we took him in. As we’re no longer together I don’t have him any more, and I would love to be able to give the care and attention to pets who need a home from home. I’m comfortable administering mediation (the dog mentioned took 4 different tablets, twice a day) and promise to always provide them with as many walks, playtime and treats as they want (treats within moderation obviously)! My work is hybrid so I’m able to be at home a lot, and I would never commit to taking in a pet if there was a chance I couldn’t be at home with them all the time. When working from home I can be flexible to ensure I can match your pets normal routine as closely as possible. They’ll also provide me with the perfect distraction to procrastinate! Although the back garden is unfenced, I would never leave your pet there unsupervised. I do have a fenced and gated front driveway. I would stick to your usual routine as closely as possible - pets are allowed wherever they are comfiest in my house, so they’d have full and complete roam of the house to make sure they found their most comfy spot! I’ll send photos and updates every day to let you know how they’re doing and what we’ve been up to for your peace of mind!

Gypsy is an expert in cat care, with a lifetime of general cat care experience and over 15 years in cat rescue and rehabilitation. This means she can administer medication expertly, is patient and understanding of timid and nervous cats, and skilled in feline health and hygiene. Having also previously volunteered at a number of veterinary clinics in and around Birmingham before she moved to Yorkshire, she also has experience in caring for rodents, birds, reptiles and some farm animals. She will travel anywhere for the chance to look after animals, and we have our own car. Mark is a gentle giant, retired and adores all animals regardless of their species. He is more the playful-spend-time type, while Gypsy takes care of the animal's needs (food, litter trays, hygiene care etc). He keeps a calm head in stressful situations, can deal with small handy-man type jobs, and also has a lifetime experience with a variety of animals including cats and avians. Both of us are non-drinkers and non-smokers. We don't eat meat, so we won't be preparing or bringing meat into your home except for your pets or upon your request. We will observe and respect any religious requirements when in your home, and we both enjoy exploring and seeing new places. We're a very quiet couple. rarely having the TV on if at all, unless the pets need this as some do. There won't be any issues with noise from us in regards to neighbours, thin walls and nervous animals. We can provide an up to date DBS check upon request. We have a large SUV, perfect for any size dog and multiples. We have reputable seatbelt-harness straps but feel free to provide your own for peace of mind. We carry a pet safe first aid kit that we've built up ourselves, with pet-safe antiseptic and bug repellents, just in case of any oopsies or frolicking in the irresistible long grass. We are very cautious with walks with long grass in the spring and summer, however, and we thoroughly check any pets in our care for ticks daily and after walks. Gypsy holds diplomas in Animal Psychology, and, Petsitting and Dogwalking. She is working on a Level 3 Animal Care course from Oxbridge. We are making our way in the world by offering exceptional petsitting and housesitting services. We both have bags of patience and understanding, both educationally and practically and, if we may say so, through pure common sense. We will follow your instructions to the letter if you have a specific routine, or, we will learn your pet's language fast enough understand *their* routine. Rest assured, discretion is at the heart of our mission. Sensitive information of any kind will not go beyond us, messages will be taken discreetly without informing the other party of your absence. We have experience providing discreet and reliable pet care services for high-profile clients, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Also - Gypsy loves jetwashers. If you have a jetwash, and want your patio or house or pool or entire dang street jetwashed, she's all over it.
About: I've studied animal management at college which I hold a HND (Higher National Diploma) qualification for. I did animal behaviour, training, welfare and ethics etc. I did work experience in a kennels, so I am used to dog walking, cleaning up after dogs, feeding etc. I can work with senior animals, adults, puppies etc. I work with dogs, cats, small mammals, reptiles and invertebrates. I work part time as a carer at my home for my autistic brother. However I take bookings based on what ones I already have on (so long as the pet owner doesn't mind me popping out from time to time then I'll take it on) We have fencing to keep our dogs in the garden. In someone else's home I'd keep windows shut, doors locked unless going out, and only walk your pets in areas you advise as safe for peace of mind.

About: I have a pet dog who we raised back home in the south who I raised since he was 6 weeks. We trained him to do above average levels of commands until his illness took root and we had to reduce the exercise he had. But always able to provide fun and friendly care for animals! I’m currently not working so I’m available all day and weekends of daycare, boarding or pet sitting. I’m an outdoorsy person and couple so walks will always be common with any services. I have a ground floor pet friendly apartment with a riverside greenery area just outside common with city suburbs dog walkers for socialising, walks and playtime
About: I’ve had dogs of one sort or another all my life. They have been my constant source of support, company and joy. Now retired after years working from home I am walking dogs for those that need help and support. I am now retired, after years of working from home and looking after the family’s various dogs, cats and assorted weird and wonderful pets. As a retiree, I really don’t have a schedule. As always my dogs dictate my day and we try to be flexible with each other. I really am free to meet the needs of my customers and will always negotiate a way to help. My dogs and cats share my home. I keep them fed and watered and cared for and loved. I consider them my friends and family. I will treat your animals with the same care and consideration.

About: Me and my partner have both always had big dogs ever since we were little, both with family dogs (and other pets). We have a love for all animals. I currently work nights so my days are free to give you the satisfaction of knowing your dog is taken care of, walked, fed and loved. My partner (Carys) also works along side me so we have 24/7 availability. I have a fully fenced off garden, with plenty of room to run and play. Our full attention will be given to providing the safest and most calm enviroment.
“Alex was very generous during our first walk and meet-and-greet. He took the time to listen carefully to Fred’s needs and to the type of training we want him to continue with. It’s clear that Alex is confident working with large and power breeds. We will definitely continue booking walks with him, and so far we are very satisfied.”

About: I’ve grown up with animals and currently have one dog and three cats, so caring for pets is just part of my everyday life. I’m used to the little messes, the different personalities, and the routines that come with them, and I genuinely enjoy it. Being around animals feels natural to me, and I’m patient, attentive, and comfortable handling whatever comes up. I’ll treat your pets with the same care and attention I give my own. I’ve recently graduated from university and am currently based at home, which means I have a very flexible schedule. I’m available throughout most of the week and can dedicate plenty of time and attention to caring for pets, whether that’s regular check-ins, longer stays, or last-minute needs. While I’m not able to board pets in my own home, I’m very happy to care for them in the place they feel safest in your home. I understand how important it is for pets to stay in their usual environment and routine, especially when their owners are away. I can stay in your home to provide consistent care and companionship, or carry out regular check-ins to make sure they’re fed, comfortable, and doing well. I’ll always treat your home and your pets with respect, and make sure you feel updated and reassured while you’re away.
About: Dogs have been a part of my life since I was a baby, and until recently my husband and I have always had rescue dogs. Sadly last year I lost my beloved golden retriever, and I have a dog shaped hole in my heart. I am therefore looking to fill that, by caring for other pet owners pooches 🐶 I have a wealth of experience and love to give, I am patient, always kind and caring 🐕 This is my full time job - I admit I do have the best job in the world!! I structure my day around the pets I need to visit, ensuring that they each receive quality care I treat every pet owner's home with respect and whilst at the property look for any possible security risks (open windows etc). I also leave the house very clean and tidy, and ensure that mail is collected and put out of sight, bins are put out/in, lights on/off, plants watered, curtains etc
“Marie and Tony provided exceptionally professional walking services, keeping me updated with regular photos while I was away. Since my Akita is naturally cautious and stubborn with strangers—especially males—I was thrilled at how quickly he warmed up to Tony. I highly recommend them and will certainly use their services again - Axl will be looking forward to it. Thanks to both of you.”

“Soraya has been amazing with my doggy, left with her on a very cold and wet week they had lots of walks and chills too! Couldn’t be happier, great communication whilst trusting he’s in good hands!”

“Joey loved her stay with Arman, we got regular updates and we could see she was having a great time. Communication was great. Would definitely recommend & use again! Thankyou for looking after her so well ☺️”

“Erin had our dog lily to stay with her for the weekend she kept us updated with what Lily was up to for the entire weekend with via videos and pictures I would definitely recommend Erin has a dog border”

“What can I say but highly recommend this lovely family! I was sent various pictures and videos day and night of walking, eating, sleeping, playing and resting. Luna definitely enjoyed her stay and was very well looked and cared after with lots of love. . Much better way than taking our fur babies to kennels. Highly recommend.”

About: An experienced dog owner who has looked after many family & friends dogs too. I have experience with rescue dogs, anxious/nervous dogs, senior dogs and puppies. Available for home visits, walkies and day care in my own home. I have sadly just lost my beloved 16 year old Staffy and I'm looking to support local owners with dog care needs and fill my days with the tippy tap of paws again. I live extremely close to hillsborough park so days will be spent with cuddles, walks, free treats (as I also happen to work for Pooch & Mutt dog food remotely) or whatever your dog needs! I am happy to ensure your dog(s) are the only pets I sit at one time to make sure they are comfortable and get all the attention they deserve! I work from home 100% of the time (minus the odd business trip) and have flexi working opportunities. I can be available all day, any week day from 8am to 8pm and occasionally on weekends too. I am happy to do multiple home visits or walks a day so long as this is local. If your dog comes to our house for the day, I can fit in up to 3 walks to keep minds & bodies busy as well as plenty of play and rest time. I work for a dog food company so we're never short on treats here but I am of course happy to cater to your requests and requirements - you know what's best for your pet! Before any dog visits my home or I visit theirs, I'd appreciate a meet and greet so we can all get to know eachother and build trust. I have a secure fenced garden. There are steps leading up to our property but i am used to carrying those dogs who struggle with mobility up them & also have a hoist to help.

“Thank you for taking great care of Kobe! Great communication throughout with quick replies, we had a ‘meet and greet’ beforehand and I received lots of pics and updates of Kobe having a fun time when he stayed over for the night. I would definitely recommend Rebecca and will be asking again if will dog sit Kobe when needed in the future! Thanks so much :)”

About: I’ve been around dogs for as long as I can remember and have grown up with both large and small breeds, from German Shepherds to little terriers. I currently have a 6-month-old Sprocker Spaniel, so I’m very familiar with the energy, enthusiasm, and affection that dogs bring into our lives. Spending time with dogs is something I genuinely love, whether that’s taking them on long walks, playing with them, or simply making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I treat every dog as if they were my own and understand how important it is for owners to know their pet is in safe, caring hands. Alongside caring for healthy, active dogs, I also have experience looking after senior dogs with mobility issues, ensuring they receive the patience, support, and extra care they need. I’ve cared for rescue dogs, helped build confidence in dogs struggling with social anxiety, and supported dogs with medical conditions, including epilepsy, always following owners’ guidance and routines closely. My experience with dogs of different ages, temperaments, and needs has helped me become adaptable, attentive, and confident in providing the individual care each dog deserves. I work from home three days a week, which gives me plenty of time and flexibility to provide attentive pet care throughout the day. I have my own dog, so caring for pets is already a big part of my daily routine. We enjoy three walks a day (one long walk and two shorter walks), along with playtime, training sessions, enrichment activities, and lots of cuddles. I like to pay close attention to each dog’s personality, energy levels, and mood so I can tailor their day to what they enjoy most and what makes them feel comfortable and happy. I provide a safe, loving, and calm environment where pets are treated like part of the family. I take the time to get to know each dog’s routine, preferences, and needs to help them feel secure and settled. Whether caring for pets in my home or in their owner’s home, I ensure they receive regular exercise, playtime, mental stimulation, fresh water, feeding according to instructions, and plenty of affection. I always monitor how a dog is feeling and adapt activities to suit their energy level and comfort, while maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment at all times.
“Savina was wonderful with my husky, especially during the heat. They showed great knowledge including first aid for dogs and I was kept up to date with photos, I felt so at ease! I would highly recommend Savina and definitely would book again :) thank you x”

“Karolina looked after Jarvis for 8 nights. Unfortunately Jarvis caught a vomiting bug a day or so before we left him with her but she handled this very well, took him to the vet when he struggled to get better and kept us informed. She obviously loves dogs and we are very, very happy with the care Jarvis received and all the photos we received. I recommend Karolina unreservedly and can only hope she is available next time we need a sitter.”

About: I’m a qualified Veterinary Care Assistant with over six years of veterinary experience, and caring for animals has always been my passion. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a wide range of species, breeds, and temperaments, giving me the confidence and knowledge to care for all kinds of pets. Whether they’re nervous, anxious, reactive, or simply full of energy, I understand that every animal is unique and deserves patient, compassionate care. At home, I have one dog, three cats, and horses, so animals have always been a huge part of my everyday life. I genuinely love spending time with them and treat every pet in my care as if they were my own. My Home My home is safe, secure, and fully pet-friendly, providing a calm environment where your pet can relax and feel at home. One of the reasons I decided to offer pet care is because I know exactly how it feels to leave your own dog behind. Whenever I’ve looked at kennels for my dog, I’ve always worried that she wouldn’t receive the same love, attention, and affection she gets at home. It made me feel anxious, and I know many owners feel exactly the same. That’s why I wanted to create a true home-from-home experience. When your pet stays with me, they’ll be loved, cared for, kept safe, and treated like part of the family. My goal is to give you complete peace of mind, knowing your pet is happy, secure, and receiving the individual attention they deserve. My Services Pet Boarding Your pet will enjoy a comfortable home environment with plenty of love, attention, and companionship. Dogs will be walked twice a day (tailored to their age, health, and routine) and will have lots of supervised playtime in our secure garden. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playing fetch, or simply relaxing with company, I’ll make sure they have a happy and enjoyable stay. Doggy Day Care A fun, safe, and caring environment where your dog can play, socialise, relax, and enjoy plenty of attention throughout the day. Drop-In Visits Ideal for feeding, toilet breaks, companionship, playtime, administering medication if needed, and ensuring your pet is comfortable while you’re away. I know how much your pets mean to you because I feel exactly the same about mine. I’ll keep you updated with regular photos and messages, so you can relax knowing your beloved companion is safe, loved, and in experienced hands. I’m currently on maternity leave, which means I have plenty of time to dedicate to caring for your pets and providing them with the attention, companionship, and care they deserve. I offer a flexible schedule and can accommodate pet care throughout the week, including weekdays and weekends, subject to availability. Every pet has their own routine, so I do my best to work around their usual schedule to help them feel comfortable and settled. Whether you need pet boarding, doggy day care, or drop-in visits, your pet will receive lots of love, attention, playtime, and regular updates while they’re in my care. If you have specific dates or requirements, please don’t hesitate to get in touch—I’ll always do my best to accommodate you. Your pet’s safety, happiness, and wellbeing will always be my top priority. I care for every pet as if they were one of my own, ensuring they receive plenty of love, attention, exercise, and companionship throughout their stay. My home has a secure, enclosed garden where dogs can safely play, explore, and enjoy supervised outdoor time. I’m also fortunate to have access to plenty of surrounding land, making it the perfect setting for long, enjoyable walks tailored to your dog’s age, fitness level, and individual needs. I always take the time to get to know each pet’s personality and routine, whether they love being active, enjoy playing games, or prefer a quieter, more relaxed environment. I’ll follow your instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, medication, and any special requirements, so your pet feels as comfortable and settled as possible. With my background as a qualified Veterinary Care Assistant and over six years of veterinary experience, you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is in experienced, caring hands. My aim is to provide a genuine home-from-home experience where every pet feels safe, secure, loved, and happy while you’re away.
