“Janine is great sitter and has been exceptionally helpful since my little sausage had a disc rupture and is paralysed in his back legs. He requires extra care (and cuddles) and Janine has been fantastic. My other sausage is also quite nervous with new people to begin with and Janine was very patient (and put up with the barking!) so much so that my sausage fell asleep next to her eventually! Not only did Janine go out of her way to be flexible with timings when I was in a bind getting to the airport but she sent me regular photo updates, which put my mind at ease. Janine has never let me down and I would highly recommend her for dog sitting.”
“Nadiia did a great job of looking after our puppy, River. We were nervous about leaving her for a long period of time for the first time, however, Nadiia was very reassuring and provided us with many pictures throughout the day which put our minds at ease. We would definitely recommend her to others as she was fantastic.”

“Katie was absolutely perfect. Bentley felt so comfortable and safe that he cuddled straight up to her! I felt totally comfortable leaving Katie in our home with our boy & would highly recommend to anyone. Will definitely use again when needed in the future x”

“Steph was fantastic and everything you would hope for in a sitter. Great communication, lots of pics and updates and most importantly looked after our pet so well! Can’t recommend highly enough and would use Steph again in a heartbeat!”

“Melissa was great, Bee really warmed to her straight away, and seemed to really enjoy herself! Melissa kept us up to date with daily pics/ videos, and when we returned the house was pristine! Thanks very much ❤️”

“We have a very anxious dog and some small animals so Suzy stayed at our house for a week to look after them whilst we went on holiday. We was regularly updated and the pets seemed happy and well looked after on our return. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Suzy! Xx”

About: Both myself & partner work from home so are able to give lots of cuddles and walks. We have a gorgeous puppy called coco who loves being around other dogs. We have grown up around dogs and would love to have our coco around other dogs as often as possible. We are able to stick to routines that your dogs have and allow full access of the house & garden (if this is what you want for your dog) x I work from home so plenty of love to give, lots of walks & cuddles. I have a cockapoo too who loves other dogs and would love the company. We have a fenced garden totally safe and big to run around, plus a very loving home that they are free to roam wherever they would like.

About: I have had 3 dogs throughout my life (as well as a cat, hamster and fish to name a few!) I have always loved animals and caring for them. When family or friends are away, many of them look towards me to look after their pet as they know they will get the best care and love for their pet. I have a pet care business myself where i am fully insured and DBS checked and many people recommend me! Whether it’s a playful puppy, a senior dog, an independent cat or a nervous rescue, I take the time to get to know each pet and care for them as if they were my own. I offer house sitting, drop in visits and dog walking, and I’m happy to stick closely to your pet’s usual routine, including feeding, walks, playtime, medication (if required) and lots of affection. I’ll also send regular photo and video updates so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. I’m reliable and organised, and my goal is always to make every pet feel comfortable, loved and stress-free while you’re away. I’d love to meet you and your furry family! I work as a primary school cleaner in afternoons (very short shifts) so I am currently available all summer holidays and will be available from September as well with slightly varying hours. Your pet’s safety and wellbeing are my top priority. To help me provide the best possible care, please let me know before your booking about any medical conditions, medications, allergies, behavioural quirks, anxiety, aggression, escape tendencies, or anything else I should be aware of. As I’ll be caring for your pet in your home, I ask that it is safe and secure, and that I’m informed of any alarms, access instructions, hazards, or other pets in the household. In the event of an emergency, I will always try to contact you first and, if necessary, seek veterinary care in your pet’s best interests. I will always treat your home with respect, follow your instructions carefully, keep your property secure, and leave everything as I found it.
“Chloe is very friendly and has a calm, relaxed energy - perfect for keeping my pups from getting agitated when I left them with her. She was very attentive and communicative as well.”

About: I’ve grown up around cats and dogs from a young age, so caring for pets has always been a natural part of my life. I’m very comfortable with different personalities, whether that’s an energetic dog who loves long walks and playtime or a quieter cat who prefers a calm, gentle approach. I make sure pets stick to their usual routines for feeding, exercise, and cuddles, and I always treat them as if they were my own. My aim is to make every pet feel safe, relaxed, and happy while their owners are away🐱🐶 I currently work shift patterns so would have to fit caring responsibilities around my days off. I get three days off so have plenty of time available. I live in a second floor flat with loads of outside space around me, so your pet has plenty of chances for nice, long walks.
“I was worried leaving our rescue dog for the 1st time especially as she can be nervous however she took to Amelie straight away. We were kept regularly updated with how the dogs were doing and they seemed content. We came home to a nice clean looked home and happy dogs. Highly recommend”

“Danni was amazing with Romeo who is a senior dog with a collapsing trachea. I couldn’t have asked for anyone else for the entire day when I needed to attend a friend’s wedding. She kept me informed throughout, and sent me updates. Thank you- will def be using her in the future :)”

Pet owners share their Rover experiences - Witham
We asked Nadiia to house sit our puppy pretty last minute and she did an amazing job. You can tell she really loves dogs and knows how to communicate with them, our puppy seemed to be completely in love with her. The communication with Nadiia was amazing, she sent me lots of pictures throughout the day so I was able to relax and know my dog is in great hands. We will definitely be asking her to watch Elsie again! :)

Very thankful to Darren and Janine coming to rescue to dog sit our 11 week puppy with only a few days notice. Darren had a meet and greet with us the day before and our puppy clearly liked him. During the sit Darren was very attentive, constantly updating me with pictures and following all of our asks regarding food, toilets breaks etc. She has woken up this morning very happy and well rested. Thanks again!
