I work full-time but over three condensed days, which means I have plenty of time during the rest of the week to dedicate to dog walking, sitting, and giving dogs the attention they deserve. I share my life with a rescue dog who is incredibly friendly and has never met another dog he didn’t like. We spend our days off exploring all kinds of places together—coastal paths, woodlands, beaches, as well as towns, villages, shops, and dog-friendly cafés. I’ve looked after many friends’ dogs over the years, from regular walks to overnight stays, and I always treat them as if they were my own. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a dog go home happy, content, and tired after a fun day. I work full-time over three condensed days, which means I have several days each week fully available for dog walking and sitting. My schedule is known up to 8 weeks in advance, so I can plan ahead and accommodate bookings where possible. On my days off, I usually start the day with a morning walk between 9–10am, lasting at least an hour. In good weather, this can turn into longer outings of several hours, with breaks for rest, water, and lunch. I also provide a shorter, calmer evening walk around 6pm for 20–30 minutes. Dogs in my care have regular access to the garden for toilet breaks throughout the day, and I always ensure a final toilet break around 9pm before settling in for the night. I’m happy to adapt my routine depending on each dog’s needs, whether they prefer longer adventures or a more relaxed pace. I provide a safe, relaxed, and home-from-home environment where dogs are treated like part of the family. In my home, dogs are welcome in all areas and can choose where they feel most comfortable—whether that’s on the sofa or in their own bed in the lounge. I have a fully secure, fenced garden with no external access, so they can safely enjoy time outside whenever needed. I don’t use crates, but I may be able to accommodate one for smaller dogs if that’s part of their usual routine. For overnight stays, dogs are welcome upstairs and can sleep on my bed or in the spare room—whatever helps them feel most settled and secure. Although my own dog is not food reactive, I always feed dogs separately to ensure they each eat their own meals safely and at their own pace. When caring for pets in an owner’s home, I am very respectful of routines and house rules. I would need to bring my own friendly, well-socialised dog with me, and I’m happy to follow your preferences—whether that’s keeping dogs off furniture or maintaining specific routines.

About: Hi, I've been a mum to furbabies for over 25 years and would like to offer the same mum experience to your pets while you're away from home. My Boston Terrier Griff, Frenchie Margot, and cats Riley & Rosa would stay at home with family while I was with yours. Having said that, Griff and Margot are always up for playdates if it were suitable to you I can be fully at home from Fri evening to Tuesday early morning. I may be able to book additional days as annual leave with 6 weeks or more notice I will ensure your pets have the same routine and service that they have with you so that they won't be disrupted or unsettled while you're away from home

About: I've had pets all my life from. From the time I could walk, I've taken care of our family Golden retriever, later on my adorable Patterjack terrier, and now Lurcher and Belgian shepherd. That's been alongside 3 ponies / horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, 5 cats and a bird. My two dogs (Lurcher and shepherd) are incredibly friendly and playful and we have regular doggie visitors including my sister's Segugio 'Bobby' and family friend Cocker Spaniel 'Lottie'. So my offer to you is that if you have a dog who is friendly, playful, and likes the company of other dogs, they will be very welcome here! I'm recently retired so have very few commitments and am available to look after dogs most of the time. I take my two dogs out for country walks daily and could take yours too. I have a fenced garden and two friendly dogs to keep your dog company. They can all play together if you wish, but if not, I can separate them, putting your dog in the living room - I'd rather they played together if possible though.

About: I have cared for animals since I was very young. Dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Fish, Guinea Pigs, Hamsters Chickens and Horses. Animals have always been a part of my everyday life. I am only work part-time so have plenty of time to give live and attention to your fur babies. For animals that wan't attention I am happy to play. I always ensure an owners home is looked after and secured as if it were my own home. I always keep it clean and tidy.
About: I've had dogs most of life: as loved family pets and taking care of friends and neighbours dogs for long and short stays. I love going out on the beach for a long walk with them, up on the common or playing games at home. I have 1 family dog who comes to stay often who is blind so I'm used to dogs who need a bit more love and attention. We'll start with a morning walk on the beach or the Maer, some breakfast and then a couple of hours down time until a lunch time wander. After work, we'll have a longer walk over the cliffs, on the common or along the beach. Can play fetch or other games and then home for a chilled evening. I work full time mostly from home and only have doggos to stay on days I am at home. I can use a crate for your dog if needed, or have plenty of space for a bed of theirs. They can bring toys over too. I don't have a garden but live right by the beach and gardens and can go out during the day as well as morning and after work if they need it. I'm happy to have your dog overnight too.

But I needn’t have worried Steven put me at ease as soon as I arrived … talked to my dogs as soon as we arrived . Steven listened to all my worries and took on board all the information I passed onto him regarding the care of my dogs. Since 2023 I have run a gundog kennels where I at one time had 22 dogs in my care. I have trained and rehabilitated rescue dogs and helped them find their forever homes. About: My partner and I have been around dogs very regularly ever since we were small. I had two family dogs (cocker spaniel & miniature schnauzer) and was always given feeding and walking responsibility on a daily basis. Since then, we have walked and cared for various other local dogs as we haven’t been in a position to have our own but always loved being around them. I work from home 90% of the time and Taylor works from home 100% of the time. Our working hours allow us to walk and let a dog out for the toilet very regularly. We are in a position to host any day of the week, including weekends that we either have dog friendly plans or no plans. We have a securely fenced garden that would allow your dog to comfortably relax in our home. We also have multiple areas throughout the house that could be used for sleeping arrangements to ensure they are happy at night. We have no other pets at home so they would have our undivided attention unless we were sitting for another dog however we would share this with you ahead of booking to see if this would be a suitable arrangement. We live a calm and quiet lifestyle and would very much enjoy the additional company.

About: I have been around dogs since a very young age and have always been very animal focused, I have taken care of dogs for family and friends for the past 12 years and I now have my own male cocker spaniel who is a very loved member of our family. I am currently working part time (Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday) but I am around all day on a Thursday Friday and weekend meaning that your dog wouldn’t be left alone for longer than a quick trip to the shop and on weekends we tend to do long family walks at the forest or beach. I have a large fenced garden and my own 6 month old cocker spaniel to keep your dog company, i also have a large kitchen where I could crate your dog with a stair gate to the living area where my dog is crated at night; so time out can be given when needed during the day too.

About: Hi! We're Angie & Alex, full-time professional house and pet sitters and dog walker. We have both always loved animals and grown up looking after dogs and cats. I (Angie) grew up with dogs (a spaniel, a lab and a German Shepherd), whilst Alex grew up with cats. We now move around looking after different, wonderful dogs and cats, and their owners' homes while they're on extended trips (usually 2+ weeks). We give all animals the individual care and attention they need. When we're not working, we're dedicated to the pets, and make any social plans fit around the animals' needs. We only do house-sitting, staying at the owner's house, and usually for 2+ weeks at a time. We take great care to learn from you what your animal needs and work with those needs. Lennie also doesn’t have to come for overnight stays if preferred no other dog to be there. I am good at noticing dogs behaviours, and having Lennie the place is set up for dogs! All food far away from access, tons of water bowls and fenced garden. Lennie is very good with other dogs in the house, and if I noticed a doggo feeling anxious or unwell I would straight away notify and make sure they are as comfortable as they can be.
About: I have lived with dogs all my life and I enjoy going on long walks with them. I have dog sat and cat sat before. I have even been to a voluntary week long naughty but nice dog training camp. I love spending time with all animals. During my time at university in Plymouth I dog and cat sat and absolutely loved it. I had many different types of bookings over the years. I have looked after cats and dogs from a young age to an adult age. I love walking it makes me happy, I love to be around the countryside and to go out for long walks. I love to sit and watch the water at the hoe or sit in the woods and listen to the trees. Dogs in my care have regular access to the garden for toilet breaks throughout the day, and I always ensure a final toilet break around 9pm before settling in for the night. About: I've had pets all my life from. From the time I could walk, I've taken care of our family Golden retriever, later on my adorable Patterjack terrier, and now Lurcher and Belgian shepherd. That's been alongside 3 ponies / horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, 5 cats and a bird. My two dogs (Lurcher and shepherd) are incredibly friendly and playful and we have regular doggie visitors including my sister's Segugio 'Bobby' and family friend Cocker Spaniel 'Lottie'. So my offer to you is that if you have a dog who is friendly, playful, and likes the company of other dogs, they will be very welcome here! I'm recently retired so have very few commitments and am available to look after dogs most of the time. I take my two dogs out for country walks daily and could take yours too. I have a fenced garden and two friendly dogs to keep your dog company. They can all play together if you wish, but if not, I can separate them, putting your dog in the living room - I'd rather they played together if possible though.

About: My partner and I have been around dogs very regularly ever since we were small. I had two family dogs (cocker spaniel & miniature schnauzer) and was always given feeding and walking responsibility on a daily basis. Since then, we have walked and cared for various other local dogs as we haven’t been in a position to have our own but always loved being around them. I work from home 90% of the time and Taylor works from home 100% of the time. Our working hours allow us to walk and let a dog out for the toilet very regularly. We are in a position to host any day of the week, including weekends that we either have dog friendly plans or no plans. We have a securely fenced garden that would allow your dog to comfortably relax in our home. We also have multiple areas throughout the house that could be used for sleeping arrangements to ensure they are happy at night. We have no other pets at home so they would have our undivided attention unless we were sitting for another dog however we would share this with you ahead of booking to see if this would be a suitable arrangement. We live a calm and quiet lifestyle and would very much enjoy the additional company.
