About: I grew up in a family home where we had pets for over 25 years, including cats, dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, and rabbits. Looking after animals has always been a part of my daily life, giving me hands-on experience with feeding, exercising, cleaning, and caring for a wide range of pets. During school holidays I will be free every day apart from the Saturday with the availability starting from 5pm Saturday evening. I am also available. As a pet owner myself, caring for animals is already part of my daily routine. From the moment we met them, they were so friendly and welcoming, making sure both my partner and I felt completely comfortable leaving Bailey, our 2-year-old dachshund, in their care, especially as this was the first time we’d left him over night with someone new. They took the time to listen to all our needs and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. It’s so clear how much they truly love dogs, as the care and affection they showed Bailey was amazing. They kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which was such a comfort, and it was obvious how happy he was with them. They have a large garden, which was ideal for Bailey to have a run around to burn off energy and he loved having a sniff at all the smells in their garden which helped stimulate his brain. They took him on lovely long walks where he saw horses, cows and sheep, played all of his favourite games as well as enrichment activities, and gave him endless cuddles and attention. Bailey came home a very happy (and tired!) little dachshund, which says it all. We’re so grateful to Clare and Jack for looking after him as if he were their own, and we’ll definitely be asking them again in the future!”

About: Have always had dogs in my life and now retired I get to enjoy them even more. I started out as a carer for shared lives , a croydon initiative and incorporated dog walking and sitting. As such i have enhanced DBS check and I feel i give a relaxed dog walker and home sitter experience. I have my own dog Ziggy who is a six year old golden cavapoo and can be found alot around Riddlesdown , Selsdon Common and various other parks. I prefer 1 to 1 dog walking to give your pet the best attention Currently I own a very active Cockerspaniel called Ziggy who requires morning and afternoon walks. I am recently retired so I have alot more time these days. I am now taking new dogs on an ad hoc basis and specialise in one to one care. I leave the weekend free for family but if weekend care is needed then tjat is something that is possible. I dont take pets in at home but prefer to house sit. I have an enhanced DBS check as recently I am also a secondary carer for other carers who require holiday cover. At a dog owners house I would feed and walk the dog as per the owners wishes and check on them every four hours maximum.

About: I love dogs and all animals! I cannot shy away from them whenever I see one on the street. My very first best friend was my neighbours’ dog who was a chocolate labrador. I grew up with all sorts of animals (huskies, labradors and cockapoos) and cats. I have taken care of many dogs and cats throughout the years, even working for a local dog walking service. I’m definitely more suited to smaller/middle sized dogs, and during my time at university, I walked a miniature dachshund weekly. I love dogs so much!🥰 I work at home Monday and Friday, therefore am free from 5/6pm those days to dog sit, or, walk dogs during my lunch break! I am also free on weekends to help out to! I leave the weekend free for family but if weekend care is needed then tjat is something that is possible. I dont take pets in at home but prefer to house sit. I have an enhanced DBS check as recently I am also a secondary carer for other carers who require holiday cover. At a dog owners house I would feed and walk the dog as per the owners wishes and check on them every four hours maximum.

My boyfriend’s cockapoo on the other hand enjoys a running competition maybe a bit too much which often leads to her getting the well known zoomies when another dog challenges her. About: We are parents of a mini sausage dog and she is the centre of our home! We love to play, go on walks and have cuddles. About: I am a qualified Veterinary Surgeon with an undergraduate degree in animal behaviour and welfare. I regularly look after dog, cats, horses and farm animals in the local area. I have done this both here and in Somerset where I lived before for the last four years. I am able to pop in to feed cats and small animals before and after work. I can also do dog sitting, walking and boarding depending on dates and timings. Your pet will be treated like my own and cared for as such. As a vet I can assure a high standard of care. It’s so clear how much they truly love dogs, as the care and affection they showed Bailey was amazing. They kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which was such a comfort, and it was obvious how happy he was with them. They have a large garden, which was ideal for Bailey to have a run around to burn off energy and he loved having a sniff at all the smells in their garden which helped stimulate his brain. They took him on lovely long walks where he saw horses, cows and sheep, played all of his favourite games as well as enrichment activities, and gave him endless cuddles and attention. Bailey came home a very happy (and tired!) little dachshund, which says it all. We’re so grateful to Clare and Jack for looking after him as if he were their own, and we’ll definitely be asking them again in the future!”

About: I have loved dogs since I could say the word! I have looked after many family and friends dogs over the last 30 years. I have also done a first aid course for dogs. I work from home for the majority of the week and if I’m needed in office my days are flexible so I can accommodate different days each week. “Sarah looked after Thatch our cockapoo for 2 weeks whilst we went to Greece and had an amazing time. Thatch had his 2nd Birthday with her and she sent us a lovely photo of him with a birthday bandana on and sent photos and videos throughout his stay, which was lovely seeing him enjoying himself. She said he slept really well and ate his food every day, enjoyed his walks and loved playing with her dog Dolly. From the moment we met Sarah we felt relaxed. She is so friendly and made us feel very welcome in her lovely home. Her family also made us feel very welcome. Thatch settled in straight away and adored her dog Dolly. To see them playing together was lovely, Dolly looked sad when we picked him up! We had never used Rover before so I was nervous to leave Thatch with a stranger but Sarah made me feel so relaxed and I was able to enjoy my holiday without worrying about him. Highly recommend.
